Abstract

Sukuk is one of the investment instruments that provide opportunities for Muslim and non-Muslim investors to start investing in Indonesia. Macroeconomic variables can reflect a country's economic stability. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of interest rates, sukuk yields and GDP on sukuk demand in Indonesia. Data analysis is done using multiple linear regression methods, using the smallest square (ordinary leas Square). Data processing using SPSS 25.0. From the results of the research that the first hypothesis proposed is the variable Deposit Rate statistically. Judging from the regression coefficient which is worth 0.854 (Positive). So the value of the statement in the first hypothesis is supported in this study. The second hypothesis proposed is the Sukuk Yield variable that sukuk yield has a positive influence on sukuk demand and the third hypothesis proposed is that GDP results positively on sukuk demand in Indonesia.Keywords : Interest rates, sukuk yields, gross domestic product, sukuk. community related to the importance of investment one of which is sukuk. Abstract

Sebagai pengguna aplikasi WhatsApp tentunya kita menginginkan keamanan privasi dan sejauh mungkin terhindar dari kejahatan siber. Akun tersebut bisa dimanfaatkan pelaku kejahatan untuk melakukan penipuan. Akun WhatsApp atau WA kerap menjadi sasaran peretasan. Modus yang dilakukan peretas, biasanya menggunakan rekayasa sosial. Sistem keamanan dan privasi WhatsApp sering kali menjadi target peretasan oleh orang-orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Padahal, bisa dipastikan bahwa sistem keamanan aplikasi chatting yang satu ini tentu tinggi. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan banyaknya kasus peretasan akun WhatsApp yang merugikan. Mulai dari data keamanan tersusupi, sejumlah uang yang ada di rekening bank hingga dompet elektronik juga bisa diretas. Untuk mengantisipasi pembajakan, tentunya bisa melakukan langkah pencegahan sebelum menjadi korban para peretas. Tujuan dan target yang ingin dicapai dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan dengan memanfaatkan fitur aplikasi WhatApp untuk kemananan data dari para hacker. Adapun materi yang diberikan adalah cara mengamankan akun WhatsApp dari peretasan, workshop hingga project dan evaluasi. Diharapkan dengan adanya pengabdian masyarakat ini para tenaga pengajar di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Mu’tashim Billah Pontianak ini dapat memanfaatkan dan mempergunakan WhatsApp untuk kegiatan sehari-hari dengan aman dan terlindungi dari peretasan.

Abstract

CV. Sumber Rejeki Abadi atau yang lebih dikenal dengan nama Sra Catering adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa catering. Dalam proses pemesanan makanan untuk mencatat transaksi pembayaran, data pemesanan, dan laporan pemesanan perusahaan sudah menggunakan Microsoft exel namun masih sederhana dan belum maksimal. Penyimpanan data pemesanan makanan juga kurang terekap dengan baik dan rapi sehingga kadang sulit mencari data setiap akhir bulan untuk disusun sebagai laporan. Hambatan lainnya yaitu data pesanan yang hilang juga berdampak pada terlambatnya dalam pencarian data- data yang dibutuhkan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan pada metode pengembangan software menggunakan model waterfall. Dengan menggunakan sarana program sebagai alat bantu dalam pengolahan data pemesanan jasa catering pada perusahaan CV. Sumber Rejeki Abadi dapat memudahkan perusahaan untuk mencatat pemesanan catering secara cepat dan lebih rapi serta dapat meminimalisir kesalahan dan menghemat waktu juga tenaga.

Abstract

Peran teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi pada masa Covid-19 ini sangatlah besar, contohnya saja seperti belajar dari rumah, pembelajaran ini dilakukan melalui DARING atau dalam jaringan dengan memanfaatkan Whatsapp, Google Classroom, Google Form, Gmail, Video Conference seperti Zoom, Google Meet, Aplikasi E-Learning, Video Pembelajaran yang di share pada Youtube dan media pembelajaran lainnya serta jaringan internet yang dapat menghubungkan guru dan siswa. Kebutuhan akan peran teknologi berbasis TIK juga dibutuhkan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran pada anggota Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) Ciledug.

Abstract

Papaya California (Carica papaya L) is one of the agricultural commodities in the tropics and has a very big opportunity to develop in Indonesia as an agribusiness venture with quite promising prospects. So the quality of papaya fruit is determined by the level of maturity of the fruit, the hardness of the fruit, and its appearance. Papaya fruit undergoes a marked change in color during the ripening process, which indicates chemical changes in the fruit. The change in papaya color from green to yellow is due to the loss of chlorophyll. During storage, the papaya fruit is initially green, then turns slightly yellow. The longer the storage color, the changes to mature the yellow. The process of classifying papaya fruit's ripeness level is usually done manually by business actors, that is, by simply looking at the color of the papaya with the normal eye. Based on the problems that exist in classifying the ripeness level of papaya fruit, in this research, we create a system that can be used to classify papaya fruit skin color using a digital image processing approach. The method used to classify the maturity level of papaya fruit is the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) Architecture to classify the texture and color of the fruit. This study uses eight transfer learning architectures with 216 simulations with parameter constraints such as optimizer, learning rate, batch size, number of layers, epoch, and dense and can classify the ripeness level of the papaya fruit with a fairly high accuracy of 97%. Farmers use the results of the research in classifying papaya fruit to be harvested by differentiating the maturity level of the fruit more accurately and maintaining the quality of the papaya fruit.

Abstract

Media sosial banyak dimanfaatkan masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi, demikian juga lembaga pemerintahan, banyak yang menggunakan media sosial dalam menyebarkan informasi. Salah satunya adalah Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK) melalui halaman Facebook fanpage-nya. Informasi yang diberikan pada umumnya berbentuk teks atau video dan gambar disertai penjelasan teks. Untuk itu,penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik informasi tekstual terhadap ketertarikan minat pengunjung pada halaman Facebook fanpage KLHK. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara melakukan scraping dan dilanjutkan pemrosesan bahasa alamiah (Natural Language Processing) untuk mengetahui karakteristik teks. Minat masyarakat diukur berdasarkan likes, shares, dan comments, dan disusun ke dalam klaster dengan metode Kmeans. Frekuensi kata yang sering muncul pada setiap klaster di analisis menggunakan similaritas cosine agar dapat dilakukan inferensi sesuai dengan domain KLHK. Relabeling dilakukan untuk menarik inferensi pada klaster yang terbentuk. Penelitian yang dilakukan dapat membentuk empat klaster. Klaster-klaster tersebut adalah klaster pengelolaan sumber daya alam nasional, pelestarian satwa liar, kegiatan pelestarian satwa liar,dan tim konservasi. Minat masyarakat tertinggi terdapat pada klaster pelestarian satwa liar yang ditunjukan dengan jumlah likes terbanyak. Sedangkan klaster yang paling banyak dibagikan dan dikomentari adalah klaster tim konservasi. Informasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh lembaga terkait dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan penyebaran informasi melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Jakarta Islamic Center (JIC) is a local government institution that includes elements of local government and society with main tasks including human resources development, information and communication and business development. In the information and communication function, JIC requires a medium that can be used for broadcasting Islamic proselytizing optimally and managed professionally with an attractive and up to date appearance. Therefore, a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Information Technology, Nusa Mandiri University (FTI UNM) conducted community service in the form of training on how to design UI / UX with figma on mobile apps for JIC mosque teenagers. The training was held on October 15, 2022 at the Damai campus with 14 participants through presentations, demonstrations, discussions and questions and answers. The results of the research can equip new knowledge and knowledge for participants so that they have skills in creating and managing information and communication media in the form of mobile apps with attractive designs and in accordance with the needs of visitors

Abstract

The management of inactive records in government institutions often faces challenges such as limited storage space, difficulties in document retrieval, and the risk of physical damage. This study aims to develop a digital-based Inactive Records Management Information System (SIMATA) as a solution to these problems. The Agile Method was applied in the development process, which included the stages of Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Review. SIMATA is designed to support record digitization, cloud-based storage, and fast and accurate document retrieval. Testing results indicate that the system can improve record management efficiency by up to 50%, reduce physical storage costs, and provide better document accessibility. The evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) resulted in an average score of 82.14 (B+ category, Excellent), reflecting a high level of usability. With its integrated features, SIMATA is considered relevant for enhancing work efficiency and modernizing record management at the West Kalimantan Library and Archives Office. This study highlights the importance of digitization in improving the effectiveness of records management in government institutions.Keywords: Records Management; Inactive Records; Record Digitization; Agile Method; System Usability Scale  AbstrakPengelolaan arsip tidak aktif di instansi pemerintah sering menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan ruang penyimpanan, kesulitan dalam penelusuran dokumen, dan risiko kerusakan fisik dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Arsip Tidak Aktif (SIMATA) berbasis digital sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Pendekatan Metode Agile digunakan dalam pengembangan meliputi tahapan Perencanaan, Desain, Pengembangan, Pengujian, Penerapan dan Peninjauan. SIMATA dirancang untuk mendukung digitalisasi arsip, penyimpanan berbasis cloud, dan pencarian dokumen yang cepat dan akurat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan arsip hingga 50%, menurunkan biaya penyimpanan fisik, dan memberikan aksesibilitas dokumen yang lebih baik. Evaluasi menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor rata-rata 82,14 (kategori B+, Excellent), yang menunjukkan tingkat kegunaan yang tinggi. Dengan fitur yang terintegrasi, SIMATA dinilai relevan untuk mendukung efisiensi kerja dan modernisasi pengelolaan arsip Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian menegaskan pentingnya digitalisasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen arsip di instansi pemerintah.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Arsip; Arsip Tidak Aktif; Digitalisasi Arsip; Metode Agile; System Usability Scale
