Abstract

In this study, the population was an employee in the Personnel and Finance Sub-Department of the Yogyakarta Provincial Agriculture Office of 30 people. The entire population is also sampled. The data retrieval method uses questionnaires and questionnaire assessments using the Likert scale. The analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression analysis in this study was Y = 1,284 + 0.714 x1 + 0.241 x2 + 0.269 x3. Based on the T test calculation is as follows: The influence of compensation shows a number of 2.149 and the significance level of 0.037, which means compensation significantly influences employee job satisfaction. The effect of workload shows t count of 0.870 and the significance level of 0.392, which means the workload has no effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of work motivation shows t count of 2.149 and significance of 0.041, which means work motivation significantly influences employee satisfaction. Based on the F test calculation is as follows: the effect of compensation, workload and work motivation on employee job satisfaction shows f count of 4.545 and the significance level of 0.011, which means that compensation, workload and work motivation together have an effect on employee job satisfaction In the Personnel and Finance Sub-Department of the Provincial Agriculture Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Abstract

Kenakalan remaja (anak) merupakan masalah sosial sekaligus masalah hukum yang sering kita jumpai di masyarakat dan cukup meresahkan seiring perkembangan jaman di era internet, bahkan telah menybar dari kota-kota besar hingga ke desa-desa. Masalah ini merupakan masalah yang perlu diatasi agar dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi remaja. Karena remaja merupakan aset masa depan suatu bangsa maka diperlukan penanganan yang serius untuk mencegah terjadinya kenakalan remaja. Kenakalan remaja adalah perilaku remaja yang tidak sesuai dengan norma-norma yang berlaku di masyarakat. Dalam pandangan hukum kenakalan remaja dapat dianggap kejahatan jika dilakukan oleh orang dewasa, namun dalam hal ini pelakunya adalah remaja (anak) maka hal tersbut dianggap sebatas kenakalan. Kenakalan remaja mencakup semua perilaku yang menyimpang dari norma yang dilakukan oleh remaja. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kenakalan remaja, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Akibat dari kenakalan remaja akan berdampak pada remaja itu sendiri, keluarganya dan masyarakat. Dalam mengatasi kenakalan remaja diperlukan pembinaan dari orang tua dan peran lingkungan terdekat. Daris sisi hukum sistem peradilan anak telah memadai dalam konteks terobosan adanya diversi. Kata kunci: Kenakalan Remaja, Kriminologi, Remaja, Anak, internet

Abstract

Optimizing the potential development of the south side of Yogyakarta can be used as one of the ways in poverty alleviation at the level of life of Yogyakarta fishermen. The welfare of traditional fishermen is influenced by a number of factors, namely limited quality of human resources, limited business capital capacity and fishing technology information. Regarding income levels, community welfare can be achieved by one of them by achieving Financial Well Being. This study aims to determine the effect of the income level of fishermen in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta in achieving Financial Well Being by paying attention to household behavior as a mediation variable. The population in this study is fishermen along the coast of Bantul Regency under the guidance of related agencies. The sample in this study was 99 fishermen. Hypothesis testing using Smart PLS. The results of research conducted on fishing families in Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta stated that Incomeintention has an effect on Financial Well Being. In addition, if a person's Incomeintention is balanced with the ability to control household behavior in controlling finances and saving, it will have a good impact on Financial Well Being

Abstract

Tourism deposits have great potential in prospering the surrounding community and improving the economy. The ability and awareness of the community in managing the tourism potential that exists around is certainly very petrified for the economic life of local residents. The purpose of this research is to find out how Human Resources affect business sustainability. This study uses a quantitative approach with the population of this study is all Batik Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Krebet Tourism Village Area, Bantul Regency. Simplified sampling techniques. This technique is carried out by selecting samples freely according to the ease and access to data. The results of the study showed that the increase in knowledge did not have a significant effect on the business sustainability variable. Meanwhile, other variables such as HR Skills and Abilities have a significant impact on the business sustainability variable. the Adjusted R Square value is 0.764 or 76.4%. This shows that the improvement of knowledge, skills and abilities of human resources towards business sustainability is 76.4% while the remaining 23.6% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Currently, people are beginning to realize that housewives actually have a role in moving the wheels of the economy and are able to achieve financial prosperity. This study uses an explanatory approach. The population in this study is female MSME actors in Bantul Regency under the guidance of related agencies. The sample in this study is 99 samples. Hypothesis testing is carried out in two stages. The first stage is testing the instrument by testing its validity and reliability. The next stage is hypothesis testing. then Mediation Test. The analysis tool using Smart PLS. shows that Income intention plays a role in influencing Financial Well-Being with a P-Value of 0.002. In addition, Income intention affects Household Behavior with a P-Value of 0.001. Household Behavior has an effect on Financial Well-Being with a P-Value of 0.000. and the mediation test showed that household behavior was able to mediate the relationship between the ability of Income intention in achieving Financial Well-Being. In addition, if a person's Income intention is balanced with the ability to control household behavior in controlling finances and saving, it will have a good impact on Financial Well-Being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance at the Wirobrajan District Office, Yogyakarta City. The independent variables examined include organizational culture (X1) and leadership (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). A quantitative approach with an associative research type was employed. The entire population of 45 employees was used as the research sample through a saturated sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results show that both organizational culture and leadership have a positive and significant partial influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables also have a significant effect on performance. The regression coefficient values indicate that organizational culture has a more dominant influence compared to leadership. Furthermore, the adjusted R² value of 55.7% indicates that the variation in employee performance can be explained by the two independent variables. A strong organizational culture and inspirational leadership have been proven to foster a productive work environment that positively impacts employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, workload, and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) among employees of the Temanggung Regency DPRD Secretariat. The method used is quantitative with a total sampling technique involving 35 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents using a Likert scale research instrument. Data were analysed using SPSS version 25, with the following analyses conducted: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that compensation (), workload (), and work motivation () together have a significant effect on OCB, with the calculated F value > table F value (13.074 > 2.84) and significance 0.000 < 0.05. However, partially, only work motivation has a significant effect with a t-value > t-table (4.237 > 2.040) and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, compensation with t calculated < t table (0.561 < 2.040) and a significance value of 0.579 > 0.05 and workload with t calculated < t table (1.177 < 2.040) and a significance value of 0.248 > 0.05 did not significantly influence OCB. The coefficient of determination value of 55.9% indicates that the model can moderately explain OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). This is a quantitative study. The population in this research consists of nurses at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping, with a sample of 72 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis methods used include classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test, F-test, and R² test). The analysis results show the significance level of Work Motivation (X1) and Work Environment and whether they have an effect on Employee Performance. Based on the t-test results: (1) The effect of Work Motivation (X1) shows a value of 2.071 with a significance of 0.042 < 0.05, indicating that Work Motivation (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping. (2) The effect of Work Environment (X2) shows a value of 4.766 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The F-test results show that Work Motivation (X1) and Work Environment (X2) together significantly affect Employee Performance (Y), with an F-value of 38.247 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a simultaneous significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) among nurses at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping.

Abstract

This study focuses on the influence of work environment, work discipline, and organizational commitment on work productivity. A quantitative approach using a survey method was used in this study, with 77 employees of PT Madubaru PG. PS. Madukismo as the sample selected randomly using random sampling. A Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect data, which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the influence between variables, both partially and collectively. The findings indicate that the work environment does not have a significant influence on work productivity (significance 0.134). Meanwhile, work discipline (significance 0.038) and organizational commitment (significance 0.000) were found to have a positive and significant influence on work productivity. The three variables together were proven to have a significant influence on work productivity (F value of 20.614 and Adjusted R Square of 43.6%).

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of values and motivation on organizational culture in Paguyuban Sri Tanjung, Yogyakarta, a platform for more than 90 Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research employs a descriptive design and quantitative methods, involving 90 respondents selected through non-probability sampling techniques. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results reveal that both values and motivation have a positive and significant impact on organizational culture, with P-values of 0.000 and 0.005, respectively. However, the influence of leadership on organizational culture was found to be insignificant, with a P-value of 0.260. These findings align with previous research that highlights the significant role of values and motivation in shaping a strong organizational culture. Furthermore, the study provides valuable insights into the dynamics of MSMEs in Yogyakarta, contributing to a better understanding of how organizational culture influences business performance. The research also suggests that improving the organizational culture within MSMEs, especially by focusing on values and motivation, can enhance their competitiveness and sustainability in a rapidly evolving market. The findings support the need for businesses to foster a positive organizational culture to ensure long-term growth and success, particularly in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises in developing regions.
