Abstract

Basketball in Bangkalan Regency is still constrained in its development, especially at an early age level. At the early age level elementary schools become one of the agencies expected to play a high role in their development through both intracuricular and extracurricular activities in accordance with applicable curriculum regulations. In fact, none of the primary schools in Bangkalan Regency have a standard or minimum basketball court that suits the needs of young children in recognizing basketball games as stated in the basic competencies of big ball games. Conventional strategies used by teachers and sports extracurricular coaches in primary schools have resulted in monotonous and boring training models or basketball learning as suggested by the partners, namely PERBASI Bangkalan Regency. Through a small game of basketball it is hoped that it can be integrated with the introduction of basketball in early childhood in elementary school even with limited facilities and infrastructure as well as providing the latest knowledge in dynamic streching in early childhood in the form of active and passive heating that can be applied in introducing basketball to early childhood at the elementary school level. A total of 5 small basketball games, namely Tiggy line, Dribble Knockout, Team Dribble Relays (Speed ​​Dribble & Ball Handling), 4 Pass to Score, Bull in the ring. The five types of small games in Dynamic Streching for early childhood are expected to be a way out to be able to introduce basketball to early childhood in elementary school with a pleasant variation so as to avoid boredom students. Abstract

The learning process that has been going on so far for PJOK teachers in classroom management still tends to be centered on the teacher as the main learning resource (teacher centre). In the physical education learning process, there are various sports that can be used as a means to improve students' psychomotor aspects. One of them is pencak silat. Learning material for Pencak Silat is still limited to direct teacher demonstrations or models. Therefore, an appropriate learning model is needed to be applied in the learning of pencak silat material. Learning models in the pencak silat material include project based learning (PBL) learning models assisted by picture cards, multimedia learning models, move color learning models, jigsaw cooperative learning, NHT type cooperative learning models, and also direct instruction learning models.

Abstract

Penerapan pembelajaran online pada pelajaran PJOK diduga menjadi pemicu terbatasnya aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan oleh siswa sehingga menyebabkan penurunan kebugaran jasmani. Akumulasi dampak penurunan kebugaran jasmani menyebabkan peningkatan persentase lemak sehingga membebani kinerja jantung dan otot rangka dalam beraktivitas. Solusi untuk mengatasi kekhawatiran tentang dampak pembelajaran online PJOK diusulkan melalui pelatihan tabata dengan metode interval. Tabata adalah aktivitas fisik dengan memanfaatkan beberapa item gerakan latihan menggunakan beban internal tubuh pada batas gerak aktif dan istirahat . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan rancangan randomized pretest posttest design with control group.Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 15 siswa pada setiap kelompok, sehingga jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan adalah 30 siswa. Protokol latihan tabata menggunakan 8 squat, plank, mountain climber, push up, lunges, jamping jacks, back up, dan high knee selama 15 kali pertemuan. Pengukuran lemak menggunakan skinfold caliper Analisis data menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Tabata terhadap proporsi lemak .

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of the Warming Up with Estafet Ball Game Method on Student's Interest in Learning PJOK, this type of research is experimental with a quantitative approach, the total sample is 55, namely the experimental sample of 28 students and a sample of 27 students at SDN Batah Barat 2. The instrument is playing an interaction of the ball game and getting a questionnaire. Analyst data uses validity which is said to be valid because the value of r-table > 0,361 and reliability is said to be reliable because it is greater than 0,05. Then the big data analysis technique uses a prerequisite test more than the normality test with a normal distribution because it is greater than 0,05. Namely the experiment with the result of 0,680 and the control class 0,290. The homogeneity test is said be homogeneous because 0,793 > 0,05. And test the hypothesis using an independent t-test. Based on the independent t-test, there is no significant effect because the value obtained is 0,897. This means that H0 is rejected in the warm-up method of the estafet ball game, and the interest in learning PJOK has no significant effect.

Abstract

Kinesiology is the study of movement. Sports kinesiology is very important for elementary school children and requires teacher assistance in the scope of education. Movement science in learning at school is given in physical education lessons, sports, and health (Penjasorkes). The kinesiology learning model is generally chosen by physical education teachers, not least at the elementary school level. This dedication to socializing sports kinesiology in PJOK learning was successful. This is because it makes students understand more about sports kinesiology in PJOK learning for elementary school children. Through this socialization activity, Movement learning in PJOK must pay attention to the characteristics of elementary school children. In addition, this socialization makes students understand efficient movement, effective movement and avoid injury in PJOK learning.

Abstract

This type of research data is quasi-experimental using quantitative methods. The sampling technique is quota sampling which is included in the non-probability sampling. The research data collection used a badminton smash accuracy test through pretest and post-test. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study from the two hypotheses tested indicate that there is an effect of smash training with the drill smash method on the accuracy of badminton and smash. Based on the results of the t-test in the form of a paired sample test, it shows that the significant value is 0.000, meaning less than 0.05, and then H0 is rejected. This shows that the results of providing learning before and after using the exercise method are not the same, thus it can be said that there is a significant difference between before and after giving the exercise to students.

Abstract

This research is based on discussions with a senior Physical Education trainer (teacher) at SMAN 1 AROSBAYA, Bangkalan Regency, one of the subjects the students really like. I really like volleyball sports materials. Teachers in the field of Physical Education, Health and Recreation at SMAN 1 AROSBAYA apply that when teaching students, almost all students are happy and understand the material. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of jumping rope training on the vertical jump of volleyball athletes in the extracurricular activities of SMAN 1 Arosbaya. Based on the frequency distribution in table 4.2, the results of the pretest and posttest of Jumping Rope Exercises for Volleyball Extracurricular Vertical Jump at SMA 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency, namely based on the output above, the mean value of the I/Pre Test test was 228.27 cm while for Test II/posttest it was 229 ,93. So it can be concluded that the average training acquisition has a different average. Based on the output that has been tested, that the significance value is 0.000 > 0.05, there is a significant change in the results of the Jump Rope Exercise experiment on Volleyball Extracurricular Jump at SMA 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implications and responses of fighters on the use of Squat Jump exercises in learning pencak silat. The research design in this study is quantitative. This research involved martial arts fighters aged 14-17 years at the Persinas Asad Pencak Silat College as research subjects. The data were obtained through martial arts, in this study the researcher carried out several stages to analyze the data, namely the pre-test and post-test. The results of the study show that the use of squat jump exercises is effective in the process of practising pencak silat because fighters get something different by using squat jump exercises. The squat jump exercise is also used to provide input to fighters to get good leg muscle power. According to fighters, squat jump training is a training model that invites fighters to further increase leg muscle power. In addition, fighters can also provide more power when kicking pencak silat.

Abstract

Extracurricular participants at SMPN 1 Tanah Merah basically haven't really mastered the basic technique of overhand service correctly and well, when they first saw playing they still didn't have good arm strength, so they had difficulty doing the overhand serve, so to improve their skills top service then requires an effective and efficient training method. This study aims to determine the effect of variations of push-up exercises on upper service skills in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Tanah Merah. This research is a quasi-experimental study using the one-group pretest-posttest design method with the top service test instrument. The data analysis technique used was the paired sample t-test, with the results of the t-test and t-table with a significant value of 0.00, t-count 24.80 > t-table 8.93 with a value of 0.00 <0.05. Thus the hypothesis states "There is an effect of variations in push-up exercises on upper service skills in the extracurricular activities of SMPN 1 Tanah Merah".

Abstract

Latihan squat jump merupakan salah satu bentuk latihan yang bisa digunakan untuk menungkatkan ketepatan shooting Sepak bola. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak latihan Squat Jump terhadap tingkat keberhasilan dalam melakukan tembakan ke gawang dalam permainan Sepak bola. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 pemain U 12-15 Sekolah Sepak bola (SSB) Mitra Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design, dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes akurasi shooting ke gawang. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS yaitu uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai p sig sebesar 0,000 0,05, mata terdapat pengaruh signifikan latihan squat jump terhadap ketepatan tembakan ke gawang. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan squat jump berpengaruh terhadap akurasi dalam melakukan tembakan dalam permainan Sepak bola, khususnya pada pemain U 12-15 SSB Mitra Bangkalan. Direkomendasikan pada penelitian lanjutan dengan menggunakan kelompok control sehingga bisa mengetahui pengaruhnya dengan dibandingan kelompok kontrol, bagi pelatih yaitu bisa menerapkan latihan squat jump bagi pemain Sepak bola U 12-15.
