Abstract

Based on the results of data analysis using the multiple correlation calculation shows that the corellation value obtained for Interpersonal Communication (X1) with Employee Performance (Y) of 0.937 means that there is a correlation with very strong criteria between Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). Correlation value obtained for Job Stress (X2) with Employee Performance (Y) of 0.709 means there is a correlation with strong criteria between Job Stress (X2) and Employee Performance (Y). Correlation value obtained for Interpersonal Communication (X1) with Work Stress (X2) of 0.886 means that there is a correlation with very strong criteria between Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Work Stress (X2). While simultaneous testing (together) Interpersonal Communication (X1) and Work Stress (X2) variables with Employee Performance (Y) of 0,000. Then compared to the probability value of 0.05, it turns out the probability value of 0.05 is greater than the value of Sig. F Change or 0.05 ≥ 0,000 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a very strong relationship between Interpersonal Communication and Work Stress with Employee Performance in the Office of Religious Affairs in West Baturaja District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of third party funds, liquidity and market risk on the profitability of banking companies listed on the IDX (case studies on Mandiri Bank, BRI, BNI and BTN for the 2015-2019 period). The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5 percent. In addition, this study also carries out classical assumption tests which included normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). From the results of tests conducted on this study, it is known that simultaneously Third Party Funds (TPF), Liquidity (LDR) and Risk Market (NIM) on Profitability (ROA) in State-Owned Banks for the 2015-2019 period, while the partial test results obtained that TPF had no significant influence, LDR had no significant influence and NIM had a significant influence. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination adjusted R Square is 0.719 or 71.9 percent, it shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of the variables of Third Party Funds (X1), Liquidity (X2) and Market Risk (X3) to the fluctuations in profitability (Y) is 71.9 percent while the remaining 20.9 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Employees’ Engagement on Employees’ Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. This study discusses the Influence of Organizational Culture and Employees’ Engagement on Employees’ Performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The population in this study were 30 employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The analytical method used is quantitative method using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The results of the analysis explain that the t-count for each variable of Organizational Culture (X1) is 4.458 and Employees’ Engagement (X2) is 3.622, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.052 which states that all variables have a significant influence on Employees’ Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The calculated F value of 91.749 is greater than the F table of 3.35 which states that together Organizational Culture and Employees’ Engagement have a significant influence on Employees’ Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja Branch. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.872 means that in this case the contribution of the influence of Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement on Employees’ Performance is 87.2%, while the remaining 12.8% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables included in the model. This study, namely work motivation, responsibility, work discipline and incentives (Sedarmayanti, 2017: 228).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Pengaringan Kecamatan Semidang Aji Kabupaten OKU.Dalam melakukan analisis digunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan secara parsial Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai (Y), dengan hasil Thitung (7.151) > Ttabel (2,005) Kerjasama Tim (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan hasil Thitung(5,960) > (2,005) Ttabel. Dan secara simultan Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Pengaringan Kecamatan Semidang Aji Kabupaten OKU, dengan hasil Fhitung (667,466) > Ftabel (3,17). Nilai kooefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,960. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PengaruhGaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Pengaringan Kecamatan Semidang Aji Kabupaten OKU, sebesar 96,0% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The effect of job satisfaction and morale on employee work productivity at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persia) Baturaja. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and morale on the work productivity of public transport employees. Pos Indonesia (Persia) Baturaja. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the sub-analysis of job satisfaction and morale affect the work productivity of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Baturaja with t values ​​of 3.652 and 2.896. Meanwhile, it was found that job satisfaction and morale had an impact on the work productivity of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persia) Baturaja. The limitations of this study are the number of respondents who are only 30 people, as well as the results of the information obtained from the questionnaire which sometimes shows different thoughts and understandings. Abstract

This study discusses the influence of giving rewards, punishments and teamwork on the employees’ performance of PT. KeretaApi Indonesia (Persero) DIVRE IV TanjungKarangBaturaja Station. The data collection technique used in this writing is through the distribution of questionnaires. The total population in this study were 34 people. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that either partially or simultaneously giving rewards, punishments and teamwork to the performance of PT. KeretaApi Indonesia (Persero) DIVRE IV TanjungKarangBaturaja Station. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) is 0.564. This means that the contribution of the variable effect of reward, punishment and teamwork on employees’ performance is 56.4% while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other variables besides the variables in this study, namely work motivation, responsibility, work discipline and incentives ( Sedarmayanti, 2017:228).

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Multi Media Selular Baturaja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 responden, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitaif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan semua berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan ada pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi dalam hal ini menunjukkan sumbangan pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 82.4% dan sisanya 17,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini seperti budaya kerja dan kompetensi.

Abstract

The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the partial analysis, there was an influence of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) on employees’ work productivity at the PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP Baturaja Service Unit for Disturbances with a t-value of 2.900. The Work Discipline variable partially had an influence on employees’ work productivity at the PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP Baturaja Service Unit for Disturbances with a tvalue of 3.729. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Work Discipline on employees’ work productivity at the PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP Baturaja Service Unit for Disturbances. The determination coefficient (R2) obtained was 0.854. This means that the contribution of the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Work Discipline on work productivity was 85.4%, while the remaining 14.6% was influenced by other variables outside of this research such as wages, loyalty, and work ethic (Afandi, 2018: 93)
