Abstract

Abstract -The disinformation of covid 19 in the media gives a different message for people. A different message affects the audiences of Mersi Radio Fans Club. It is done in order to give the accurate and trusted sources of information related to covid 19. The information can be given through community service announcements disinformation covid version. Based on the problems, the objectives of the research are to describe to the audiences about the true information about covid 19, the influences of different message, the reaction of Mersi Radio Fans Club interpret a message of covid 19 disinformation version, and the factors affect the Mersi Radio Fans Club.  The qualitative research method and the theory of encoding decoding people from Stuart Hall were used to conduct the research.  The theory of decoding was done by the audiences through three positions; they are the hegemony of the dominant position, negotiation position, and opposition position. The result of the research indicated that 5 informants are the most dominant hegemonic position.keyword : reception analysis. encoding decoding

Abstract

Women Community Empowering Program Sukapura Kiaracondong Bandung is the implementation of a Corporate Social Responsibility Program conducted by PT Telkom and implemented in 2013. Corporate Social Responsibility program was done and it consisted of training and mentoring activities in the field of entrepreneurship, health and social activities. This study was to determine the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility Program of PT Telkom through the women empowering (Case Study At PT Telkom through the CSR program "Women Community Empowering at Sukapura Kiaracondong Bandung") In this study, a qualitative approach and case studies were used as a method of the research that suggested through this activity. It was as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility activities in the field of community development and women empowering. Thus with Corporate Social Responsibility through community development and women empowering can improve people's live at Sukapura Kiaracondong Bandung, West Java.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Development, Women's Empowerment

Abstract

Wahyoo's entrepreneurial startup is a technology company established in 2017 and provides added value that is beneficial to stalls in Indonesia. Wahyoo experienced the Covid-19 Pandemic crisis so that Wahyoo's income decreased by 50%. Warung Tegal (warteg) is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise that is affected by a policy issued by the government to break the chain of covid distribution, namely regional quarantine, large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) and lockdown. For that we need digital technology such as social entrepreneur startup Wahyoo which in carrying out its business strategy can face the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to describe what Business Strategy steps carried out by Wahyoo's social enterprise startups in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic situation. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach and case studies. With the observation and documentation research method as a research method that illustrates that the Wahyoo Social Enterprise Startup Business Strategy steps that have been implemented through # Rantang Hati, Warteg New normal and opening new units can deal with the COVID-19 Pandemic Situation
