Abstract

Expanding the process of buying and selling goods or business transactions from offline to online becomes a challenge for its users. The intensity of purchasing goods by consumers through e-commerce is influenced by various factors, one of which is the perception of electronic service quality and electronic word-of-mouth (e-wom). The purpose of this study is to find out the role of perceptions of electronic service quality and electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) toward re-purchase intention through e-commerce. Respondents in this research were individuals with an age range of 18-35 years and the total of respondents were 232 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data was collected using the re purchase intention, perception of electronic service quality, and e-WOM scales. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study explain that one’s perception of electronic service quality and information circulating through e-WOM each have a role in influencing or strengthening consumer intentions to repurchase products through e-commerce.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh perubahan iklim psikologis terhadap kesiapan perubahan karyawan. Kesiapan perubahan karyawan diukur melalui aspek kognitif, emosional, dan intensi. Perubahan iklim psikologis dilihat melalui kepercayaan pada manajemen puncak, kualitas komunikasi tentang perubahan, partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan sejarah tentang perubahan. Alat ukur pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran kesiapan perubahan karyawan dan pengukuran perubahan iklim psikologis oleh Bouckenooghe dan Devos (2007). Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif, melalui analisis regresi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 150 responden dengan laki-laki 109 responden, perempuan 41 responden, dan rata-rata responden berumur 31 tahun. Penelitian ini menghasilkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan pada perubahan iklim psikologis terhadap kesiapan perubahan karyawan (r2=0.328, p=0.000), di mana partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan menjadi satu-satunya aspek yang berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan perubahan karyawan (ip=0.000).

Abstract

Self-esteem yang dimiliki seseorang akan berpengaruh terhadap bagaimana individu melihat dirinya sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara social comparison dengan self-esteem pada remaja pengguna Instagram di Bandar Lampung (n=174). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei sebagai metode pengambilan data. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) milik Rosenberg dan Iowa-Netherlands Comparison Orientation Measure (INCOM) milik Gibbons & Buunk. Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara social comparison dengan self-esteem pada remaja pengguna Instagram di Bandar Lampung. Social comparison memiliki korelasi yang kuat dengan salah satu aspek self-esteem yakni self-decprecation. Artinya jika seseorang melakukan social comparison secara berlebihan akan membuat individu merasa dirinya menjadi rendah. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima.

Abstract

Survei yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2022 oleh Education First (EF) menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berbahasa Inggris dunia, English Proficiency Index (EPI) menyajikan fakta bahwa Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke-81 dari 111 negara di dunia dengan perolehan hasil 469. Secara global, hasil EPI Indonesia belum mampu mencapai target rerata skor EPI global yakni 502 poin. Hal ini menjelaskan perlu adanya pembenahan dalam kompetensi berbahasa Inggris terlebih di era serba modern ini. Dalam menghadapi situasi ini, diperlukan adanya pemberdayaan kepada siswa sehingga mampu mengembangkan keterampilan berbahasa Inggris dengan mengadopsi Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) and Project-based Learning (PjBL) yang selaras dengan program P5 (Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila) Kurikulum Merdeka. Oleh karenanya, program pengabdian masyarakat yang ditujukan kepada pelajar menengah atas diharapakan dapat meningkatkan kecakapan berbahasa Inggris dengan pendekatan kolaborasi yang dilandasi nilai-nilai keislaman. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kelanjutan dari program pengabdian masyarakat tahun sebelumnya di MAN 3 Sleman, Yogyakarta, dengan beberapa modifikasi dan pembaruan pada metode pembelajaran yang dirancang. Dari hasil pembelajaran klasikal dengan CLIL dan projek mandiri siswa, nilai bahasa Inggris siswa meningkat secara signifikan.

Abstract

Writing activities among higher education students are one of the primary activities. The declining interest and initiative in writing among students contrasts with the skills needed in the workforce. One way to enhance students' initiative in writing scientific papers is through coaching activities. This study aims to prove the effectiveness of Character Excellence Coaching in increasing Personal Growth Initiative (PGI) among students in writing scientific papers. The design used is one-group pretest and posttest design. The respondents were 7 students from Faculty X who are in their 5th and 7th semesters. The measurement tool used was the Personal Growth Initiative Scale-II. Wilcoxon test analysis showed a decrease in personal growth initiative scores after the intervention with a mean difference of 0.429 and a p-value of 0.850 (>0.05). This means that the Character Excellence Coaching intervention was not significantly effective in increasing the personal growth initiative among students.

Abstract

Performance is the real behavior shown by each person as a work achievement produced in accordance with their role. In order to achieve good performance of the State Civil Service, self-efficacy and a physical work environment are needed. The research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and the physical work environment on the performance of State Civil Apparatus in X Regency. Researchers distributed online questionnaires to 132 State Civil Servants in X Regency, with 54 men and 78 women. The scales used are the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ), General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), and Reactions Physical Work Environment Scale (RPWES). This research uses quantitative methods. The research results show that self-efficacy and the physical work environment simultaneously have a positive effect on the performance of the State Civil Service in X Regency. Keywords: Performance, Self-Efficacy, Physical Work Environment

Abstract

The dominance of the number of private universities in Indonesia does not guarantee that private universities stand out in terms of quality compared to public universities. Final year students need to prepare themselves by increasing their psychological capital to compete in the labour market to reduce the phenomenon of unemployment of undergraduate graduates in Indonesia. The quantitative research method with a correlational research design in this study was used to analyze the role of psychological capital, consisting of the dimensions of hope, optimism, self-efficacy, and resilience, on self-perceived employability in final year students at private universities. Participants were selected based on predetermined criteria, namely undergraduate students at least currently in semester 8 at private universities with a total of 205 participants. The Student Self-Perceived Employability Scale and The Compound Psychological Capital Scale were adapted into Indonesian so that it could be used in this study. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that hope, self-efficacy, and resilience positively and significantly predicted self-perceived employability among final-year students at private universities, while optimism did not show a significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of fostering psychological capital through both individual effort and institutional support. Collaborative programs between universities, industries, and related institutions that nurture students’ hope, self-efficacy, resilience, goal setting, and perseverance can further strengthen their employability and readiness to thrive in the dynamic labor market.
