Abstract

The purpose of this research is to optimize the smallholder rubber supply chain with the sample data in Kabupaten Musirawas, The main problem in the people's rubber plantation in Musirawas Regency that has not been able to be resolved include the supply chain system that is not optimal and efficient. Based on the results of the author's observations and interviews at the Plantation Office of Kabupaten Musirawas, there are three supply chain channels in Kabupaten Musirawas, the first is through the channel of Planters - Village Collectors - Subdistrict Collectors - Bokar Processing Factories, the second is Planters - Subdistrict Collectors - Bokar Processing Plants and the third is Planters - UPPB - Bokar Processing Factory, this study uses a linear programming method in determining the most efficient and profitable supply chain in Kabupaten Musirawas, For optimization testing the author uses the LINGO 13.0 software, The results of tests that have been carried out using LINGO software show that the optimal and efficient supply chain is channel 3

Abstract

As it is known that the Government of Palembang has implemented e-government, but how much e-government can help the Palembang city government to interact between the government and all levels of society including the poor in the city of Palembang. In its application, the condition of e-government services is still insufficient infrastructure that supports                e-government services for the poor in palembang. To design a good e-government service, it is necessary to design SI/IT services for the community in Palembang with service design stages in the Framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 2011 in order to be accepted in all levels of society including the poor in the city of Palembang. SI/IT service design based on the results of analysis of the condition and needs of SI/IT services to the business process of community service. This research uses qualitative approach method and analysis with reference standard approach using ITIL standard version 2011 in Service Design. The result of this research is in the form of the design of information system of digital service of population such as administration and population services, Family of Hope Program (PKH) services and digital archive storage services based on the Stages of Service Design in ITIL Version 2011 that has been done, namely the Service Level Management process in the form of Service Level Requirement, Service Level Agreement and Operational Level Agreement documents.

Abstract

GPO (Online Learning Teacher) is a program developed by Kemdikbud post-UKG (Teacher Competency Exam) 2015 which aims to improve teacher competence. Learning Teachers Online mode consists of 3 (three) models: GP Full Dedicated Mode, GP Front Facing Mode and GP Combination Mode Mode. In the application of the GP program does not necessarily run as planned, while the conditions that occur in the field to meet the problems in the application, due to factors that affect users GP program itself, such as the use of information technology used is sometimes considered by some teachers as a difficulty due to lack of knowledge will be computer technology. Abstract

RSUD Siti Fatimah memiliki sistem informasi berbasis teknologi informasi yang cukup lengkap diantaranya sistem informasi rawat jalan yang saat ini sudah dikembangkan menjadi sistem informasi yang lebih luas dan terintegrasi, sehingga perlu adanya kegiatan pelatihan kepada pihak terkait di RSUD Siti Fatimah tentang penggunaan sistem informasi rawat jalan yang telah dikembangkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan bagi staff, karyawan, perawat dan dokter di lingkungan RSUD Siti Fatimah tentang penggunaan Sistem Informasi Rawat Jalan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan bagi peserta dalam menggunakan Sistem Informasi Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Siti Fatimah.

Abstract

Cahaya Konveksi Shop is an industry that manufactures apparel, such as t-shirts, polo shirts, shirts, training pants, jackets, and so on. On a normal day the Cahaya Konveksit Shop can produce 100-500 t-shirts in a day, while at the beginning of the semester or new student registration at school, Cahaya Konveksi Shop can produce 500-1000 t-shirts in a day because many schools make uniform t-shirts for students new. The problem found from this store is that there are many competitors who have just started the same business as the Cahaya Konveksi Shop, which has an impact on reducing the number of orders. With this situation, stores are required to make innovations in service to consumers. The application of web-based E-Commerce is one solution to this problem. In the system there is also the WISDM Method (Web Information System Development Methodology) which is a method in system development that aims to make a program quickly and gradually so that it can be immediately evaluated by the user. In addition, WISDM also makes the process of developing information systems faster and easier, especially when user needs are difficult to identify. With this website, Cahaya Konveksi Shop has superior value that its competitors do not yet have, by adding features that can make it easier for sellers and buyers to do business. Abstract

Kampung yang bernama Tuan Kentang terletak di tepi Sungai Ogan, kota Palembang, provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Sebagian besar warga kampung ini hidup sebagai pengrajin kain tradisional Palembang, kampung ini terus memproduksi kain dalam jumlah besar bahkan pernah menyuplai beberapa galeri dan toko terkenal di kawasan kain Tangga Buntung. Pengrajin di kawasan Tuan Kentang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengolah dan menganalisa data yang banyak, oleh karena itu diperlukan alat bantu berupa analisis data untuk mengolah data menjadi informasi, membuat ringkasan data, dan menghasilkan laporan yang baik sehingga bisa digunakan untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan. Dengan membangun konsep Data Warehouse, diharapkan dapat melihat dan mengambil keputusan dengan cepat berdasarkan laporan yang mengacu kepada indikator tingkat penjualan yang dihasilkan secara cepat dan ringkas. Di era sekarang, pengelolaan informasi sangat diperlukan sebagai dasar dalam mengelola aktifitas transaksi penjualan suatu perusahaan agar menuju kearah yang optimal dan lebih kompetitif.  Keberadaan data  warehouse  dan  perangkat  analitik  sangatlah  dibutuhkan  untuk  menentukan  cara yang paling efektif dan efisien dalam mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah model dan penerapan aplikasi model analitik dengan tahapan Business Intelligence Roap Map untuk melakukan pengelolaan terhadap data produksi dan penjualan dalam rangka memberikan infromasi kepada pengrajin kawasan Tuan Kentang dalam mengambil keputusan.

Abstract

Prediksi dilakukan untuk mengetahui perkiraan penjualan dan persediaan yang akan datang, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Prediksi ini sangatlah penting karena terkait dengan jumlah penjualan dan kemampuan merencanakan strategi penjualan pada periode yang akan datang dan prediksi tersebut diperoleh dari data permintaan atau penjualan pada periode sebelumnya. Dengan adanya prediksi maka pengrajin dapat mengambil keputusan dengan tepat. Untuk dapat meramalkan penjualan dan persediaan dengan tepat diperlukan metode penelitian yang baik. Penitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Rapidminer versi 9.9 berdasarkan data penjualan dan persediaan pada tahun 2018 sampai 2020, dengan metode Naïve Bayes. Hasil Akurasi pada penlitian ini menunjukan 89.47 % dengan rincian Hasil Prediksi Meningkat dan Menurun. Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat kecenderungan hasil prediksi searah dengan data rill di lapangan.

Abstract

Palembang is one of the big cities that has jumputan cloth as one of its characteristics. Palembang has many areas where craftsmen produce jumputan fabrics, one of which is in the area of Tuan Kentang. Many craftsmen in the area have not used existing technological developments s there are several problems that occur such as in the scheduling process. Scheduling issues are important because craftsmen usually produce fabrics based on the history of the previous year so when there is an order outside the available stock, there are often delays in the order being completed. In this study, researchers took the initiative to solve this problem by analyzing the scheduling process using the Earlier Deadline First (EDF) algorithm. This algorithm serves to help craftsmen determine when each manufacturing process is carried out and helps craftsmen to determine which orders to work on first based on the deadline. The results obtained after the implementation of this algorithm prove that the algorithm can minimize the occurrence of order delays and successfully prioritize which orders should be done so as to minimize the occurrence of delays in orders which creates a decrease in the level of consumer confidence in craftsmen.

Abstract

Online Learning or what is often referred to as e-learning, a learning method that is carried out through electronic media networks. E-learning has become an alternative material for problems in the field of education, both as an additional learning medium or a complement to the learning process, the learning process carried out in the scope of several places such as campuses, schools or additional tutoring usually still uses the old method, where teaching materials are delivered through face-to-face, both verbally and non-verbally, the use of technology in the world of education, be it campuses, schools or other tutors, should be used as a whole, e-learning technology is present as a means of supporting education at this time where e-learning present to bring a new color in changing the education system. Collaborative learning does not prioritize a system of competition between students. Students who have the ability to help more underprivileged students, and vice versa, students who feel less capable ask for help from capable students, so that an atmosphere of mutual learning is created. This study aims to analyze the readiness of implementation and strategy and focuses on the application of e-learning at Raden Fatah State Islamic University, Palembang. By using the readiness model, the researcher found e-learning at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University in Palembang. that the application of e-learning at the Raden Fatah State Islamic University of Palembang is ready, based on the research results the availability of human resources can support the existing system, the university also provides several computers to be used while studying, and lecturers have basic skills in operating computers to use e -learning so this can make it easier for lecturers to provide material to students.Keywords : E-learning, readiness, collaborative elearning.

Abstract

The role of Green Suply Chain to a company or small and medium industries (IKM) such as the jump industry for environmental sustainability is very important especially in waste processing. One way that can be done is to make a model starting from raw materials obtained then processed to flow again to the user for the formation of an effective process flow called the process of Green Supply Chain Management.
