Abstract

The importance of anti-bullying outreach in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 4, namely quality education that is inclusive and fair. Bullying, both in schools and colleges, threatens the safe and supportive learning environments needed to achieve these goals. The family as the "first school" has a crucial role in preventing bullying. In a family environment, children are taught values such as empathy, understanding and honesty which are important to prevent bullying behavior. Parents and other family members serve as role models for children to demonstrate positive ways of interacting and respecting others. Apart from that, families also teach children how to provide quality education, manage conflict constructively, so that they have strong social and emotional skills to deal with various situations, including bullying. In this way, the family provides a solid foundation for children to grow into individuals who are empathetic and care about the welfare of others.

Abstract

Illegal streaming sites are one of the forms of copyright infringement that are rampant in the digital era and have a significant impact on the creative industry, the economy, and law enforcement. This research analyzes the Indonesian legal framework consisting of Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright, Law No. 11 of 2008 jo. Law No. 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions, as well as the technical regulations of the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo) in addressing these violations. The findings indicate that although the legal framework is in place, enforcement still faces technical, legal, social, and complex cross-border challenges. These sites often utilize foreign servers, mirror domains, and anti-blocking technology to evade blocking, thus requiring international cooperation thru mechanisms such as Mutual Legal Assistance (MLA) and coordination with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). An effective counter-strategy must be multidimensional, encompassing regulatory strengthening, the use of detection technologies such as digital watermarking and content ID systems, as well as public education to curb the demand for illegal content. A comparison with the United States, Japan, and South Korea shows that proactive enforcement, a quick notice-and-takedown mechanism, and industry cooperation have proven effective in reducing violations. In conclusion, the eradication of illegal streaming sites in Indonesia requires continuous synergy between the government, industry, and society to protect copyright and the sustainability of the creative industry ecosystem in the digital era.

Abstract

The development of social media has given rise to a new form of digital creative work thru collaboration between influencers and brands, known as brand collaboration. This phenomenon poses new challenges to the copyright legal system, particularly regarding the determination of ownership and legal protection of collaboratively generated content. This research aims to analyze how legal protection for social media content copyright is applied within the context of digital cooperation, and to what extent agreements play a role in determining the ownership and utilization of economic rights to such works. The research method used is normative juridical with a conceptual and legislative approach, which examines the provisions in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, contract related regulations, and international principles in the Berne Convention and the WIPO Copyright Treaty. The research results indicate that legal protection for collaborative content on social media is not yet optimal due to weak legal awareness and minimal contractual regulation between the parties. Written agreements have proven to play a strategic role in providing legal certainty over moral and economic rights, while also serving as a tool to prevent disputes and misuse of content. Therefore, it is necessary to develop more explicit digital collaboration contract guidelines and provide legal education for creative industry players so that copyright protection in Indonesia can be effective, adaptable, and equitable in the digital economy era.
