Abstract

To know about the properties mortgage if it has shown realization of the freedom principle of contract and how properties mortgage can realize the freedom of contract. The freedom of contract as an important principle for validity agreement, should uphold the moral value, and in the making of a contract there are no abuse of situation, because it can revoke a contract. To realize the freedom of contract, a contract should be based on goodwill of the parties, which began from pre-contract, execution of the contract, and post-contract.     Key Word : Freedom of contracts, standard contracts, properties contracts

Abstract

In function of carrying out the mandate of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Local Government, each region recruits its citizens voluntarily to become members of Public Protection Unit (Satlinmas). One of Satlinmas duties is to carry out the disaster function. Covid-19 pandemic is also classified as a very impactful national disaster. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Satlinmas in handling Covid-19 pandemic in Surakarta City. The method used is qualitative where data is obtained from interviews, questionnaires and involved observations. Results were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques. The conclusion is that Satlinmas primarily involved in handling Covid-19 in Surakarta City by carrying out the task of assisting related agencies in Surakarta City and stakeholders who carry out the handling of Covid-19 pandemic in Surakarta. These tasks include pre-disaster, covid-19 emergency response and post covid-19. Keywords: Disaster, Covid-19, Satlinmas

Abstract

The issuance of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) made Indonesian law enter a new phase. The existence of the ITE Law is intended to answer all legal issues that are often faced in the cyber world related to the delivery of information, communication, and / or transactions electronically. This law is also expected to be able to regulate all matters in the cyber world. As a pioneer of cyber law in Indonesia, the ITE Law still has various shortcomings in its implementation. So that effectiveness in protecting cyber activities in Indonesia has not been achieved. However, to achieve the objectives of the ITE Law to be effective and efficient, there needs to be cooperation between the community and the government. This synergy will eventually be able to realize the complete principle of checks and balances. After all, the implementation of the law in the empirical aspect must be guarded so that the spirit of the law itself can be preserved.

Abstract

A Cooperative is a business entity consisting of individuals or legal entities based on their activities based on the cooperative principle as well as a people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship. Raden Aria Wiria Atmadja was recorded in history in 1986 in Purwokerto as a pioneer or at least the inspiration for the establishment of cooperatives in Indonesia, motivated to improve the condition of civil servants, most of whom were in debt from loan sharks. Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as the embodiment of a people's economy are able to contribute to economic growth and absorb labor. The growth of MSMEs with all their problems needs to get support through the establishment of cooperative institutions. This type of normative juridical research with secondary data sources is analyzed using deductive logic. Government Regulation Number 7 of 2021 concerning Ease, Protection, and Empowerment of Cooperatives and MSMEs is a form of support from the government for strengthening MSMEs and cooperatives in Indonesia. Support for MSMEs and cooperatives is provided by the distribution of authority to the central government and local governments in supporting the growth of cooperatives and MSMEs.

Abstract

 According to mandate Act Number 23 the year 2014 on regional government that local governments had one obligation of community protection division for service. The role of community protection one of them is disaster mitigation. The objective that performs the functions of research is to know and how local government efforts in carrying out on obligatory basic service of disaster mitigation by community protection with the increasing number of cases disasters is empirical research in Indonesia. Method of juridical because use primary data obtained by interviews, FGD, and observation. Data analyzed to use the technique can draw interactive analysis to concluding. The local government efforts in carrying out on obligatory basic service disaster mitigation command regions conducted of disaster training, members always involved in the disaster, and always coordinate with an agency that has authority main of disaster perform the functions.Not ideally of percentage members and several people as well as the limited need to follow-up facilities from local government to realize community protection division for basic service.

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi melaksanakan Pengajaran dan Penelitian, juga menyelenggarakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Merupakan bagian pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Model Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Perguruan Tinggi Fakultas Hukum Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta adalah melaksanakan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan Tematik (KKN-T) di Jalan Pelangi Utara RT 5 RW 28, Kelurahan Mojosongo, Kecamatan Jebres, Kota Surakarta. Kegiatan bertujuan mengedukasi warga supaya warga mengerti dan paham tentang sanksi pelanggaran protokol kesehatan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, serta turut melaksanakan aturan dari pemerintahan. Tahapan pertama, yaitu melakukan perijinan melakukan KKN-T di Kelurahan Mojosongo, dan Ketua RT 5 RW 28 Mojosongo. Kedua, pelaksanaan program kegiatan yang sudah dirancang, yaitu penyuluhan penggunaan masker yang benar, penyuluhan 5M, penyuluhan tentang sanksi pelanggaran protokol kesehatan, dan penyuluhan  menghindari hoax tentang Covid-19. Dan ketiga, laporan KKN-T. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN-T ini berpartisipasi di lapangan secara langsung. Hasil kegiatan Praktek Kerja Mahasiswa ini yaitu masyarakat lebih mengerti dan taat tentang protokol kesehatan, serta tidak mudah untuk menerima hoax dan menyebarkan berita hoax

Abstract

Batik Masaran Sragen regency is a batik industrial center that has great potential and has distinctive characteristics and is rich in both contemporary and modern motifs. However, from the potential of batik still has constraints and obstacles that are still found the low understanding of the importance of IPR protection both on copyright and brand rights, another constraint is the limited marketing is still using conventional models that do not have online media to reach the audience which is wider. The purpose of this community service activity is to conduct counseling and training on copyright and brand rights, as well as website creation training. The method used is through training, mentoring to partners and monitoring although community service activities have been completed to maintain the sustainability of the program. The impact of community service activities is that there has been a change of mindset about the importance of copyright and brand protection, as well as changes in marketing patterns from direct sales to sales through social media. Key Words : Copyrights Batik, Right Brand Batik, Marketing Batik
