Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Government's strategy in increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) from the restaurant tax sector, and to find factors that hindered and supported the increase in Regional Original Income from the restaurant tax sector in Padang Lawas District. Analysis of the data used by the author in this is a qualitative descriptive research that is used to examine the condition of natural objects and carried out on independent variables, namely without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. Based on this research, the results of the strategy are to optimize the existing internal strengths such as the availability of local regulations on SOP, the quality of apparatus resources and high employee commitment. Then minimize internal weakness factors such as functional technical capabilities, workloads that have not been standardized and infrastructure facilities that are inadequate. needs to be a new strategy or development of an existing strategy to continue to boost the Padang Lawas District PAD. One method taken is to intensify the PAD-forming sectors, one of which is from the tax sector.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kurangnya kesadaran pedagang sekitar Pasar Galang dalam menciptakan kebersihan, (2) Peran Dinas Pasar kurang berkoordinasi dalam penanggulangan kebersihan, (3) Sosialisasi kebersihan yang dilakukan Dinas Pasar kurang mendapat respon positif dari masyarakat dan pedagang pasar Galang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif explanatory yang bermaksud menjelaskan kedudukan variabel-variabel yang diteliti serta hubungannya antara satu variabel dengan variabel yang lain. Lokasi penelitian adalah pada Kantor Dinas Pasar Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: tingkat kesadaran penjual dan pembeli di Pasar Galang tentang kebersihan pasar masih sangat rendah, peran pemerintah Kabupaten Deli Serdang melalui Dinas Pasar untuk kebersihan pasar adalah sebagai koordinator yang mengatur pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana kebersihan Pasar Galang. Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam hal ini melalui Dinas Pasar Kabupaten Deli Serdang dalam penanganan kebersihan pasar Galang yaitu: (1) Menyediakan armada pengangkut sampah, (2) Mendirikan Tempat-tempat Pembuangan Sampah (TPS) di tempat yang sudah ditentukan, (3) Memperkerjakan petugas-petugas kebersihan sesuai pada tempat dan waktu yang sudah ditentukan.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the effect of nurse service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital Dr.R.M. Djoelham City of Binjai. Researchers using the theory of Tjiptono (2012) suggests that there are five dimensions of service quality (Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy). This type of quantitative research uses design. A sample of 100 patients was taken using proportional random sampling technique. The analysis used validity and reliability tests with Cronbach's Alpha. Classical assumption test includes normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. To test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression. All tests used the SPSS computer program. From the results of the research conducted, physical evidence (3.052), reliability (2.271), responsiveness (3.694), assurance (3.049) and empathy (2.365) together have a positive and significant effect on inpatient satisfaction. And R2 of (0.699) indicates that it is 69.9%.

Abstract

Medan City is one of the most densely populated cities in Indonesia. The population that is increasing and densely causes a shortage of land. To meet the land needs, many land uses have been converted. One of the impacts  of  land  use  conversion  is  that  there  is  no  environmental  balance  between  development  and providing green open space. This study aims to determine the roles and obstacles of the  Department of Hygiene  and  Gardening  in  managing  green  open  spaces  in  Medan  City.  This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods describing information about the data obtained from the field in the form of written or oral data from the parties studied. Data were collected based on interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be reviewed based on Hardjanto's theory, there are four points, namely: Equality (equality), Consensus Orientation (mutual agreement), Participation (participation), and Responsivenees (responsivity). Based on the research that has been carried out, it is concluded that the role of the Sanitation and Gardening Service in managing green open spaces in Medan City has three roles. First, the preparation of materials for the implementation of the assessment of park development, reforestation and nurseries. Second, the preparation of materials for the preparation of procedures, standards and criteria for the use and management of fields, green open spaces, recreational parks, sports fields, reforestation, urban forests and nurseries. Third, the preparation of materials for coordinating the needs of park, greening and nursery facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the obstacles experienced consist of two obstac les. First, internal obstacles, namely the lack of land to build new public green open spaces, lack of supervision of the construction of private green open spaces, and the lack of socialization on the importance of planting trees. The second is the external obstacle, namely the lack of community participation in building a park or planting trees around the residence.

Abstract

The The healthy Indonesian card is a card that has a function to provide health insurance to the underprivileged with the aim of getting free health services in order to make it easier for the underprivileged in treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Card program in Lubuk Saban Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency and its inhibiting factors.The theory used is communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Card Program in Lubuk Saban Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency has not been effective and has not been on target. The obstacle faced in the Healthy Indonesia Card program was the incomplete data on medicines in the health centers for recipients of the Healthy Indonesia Card. This is not optimal for village officials to communicate with the community when explaining the existence of the KIS program because at the time of gathering the community to socialize only twice a month. And with these inhibiting factors still unable to utilize the potential of natural resources, this study can be concluded that the economy of the underprivileged is helped because they do not think about the costs for medical expenses because they have been registered in the KIS program which has been socialized by the village.

Abstract

In an effort to reduce teenage dropouts, collaboration is needed from various parties, both from the government and the community. One of the efforts made is to provide social services. The social service aims to keep out of school teenagers getting education outside of school that can be used as provisions to obtain work so that they can meet their needs independently. The social services provided must of course have to be in accordance with the needs of teenagers dropping out of school. Social services th at can be provided are in the form of coaching for school dropouts through guidance. Guidance provided is religious mental  guidance,  social  and  physical  guidance,  skills  guidance  and  Job  Learning  Practices  (PBK).  This research was conducted at the Technical Implementation Unit of Tanjung Morawa adolescent social services using qualitative descriptive research methods. While the source of the data in this study were employees at the UPT Sosisal Services for Adolescent Children. The withdrawal technique used is the "purposive sampling" technique. Data collection techniques used through interviews, observation and document analysis as well as recording and recording. Data Analysis Techniques used in this study are qualitative data analysis techniques. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the policy of the School Dropout Guidance Program in UPT Tanjung Morawa Social Services for Teenagers in 2018. The implementation of the Policy for School Dropping Guidance Programs at the UPT Tanjung Morawa Teenage Social Services Year 2018 has been done quite well. Only the lack of facilities and funds to run coaching for school dropouts.

Abstract

Management of medical record s in hospitals is to support the achievement of orderly administration in order to achieve the hospitals goals, namely improving the quality of health services that are affective and efficient in hopitals. Therefore, in the organization of medical records in every hospital. The sick must be admitted to the new general issued by the ministry of health and management. Medical records technically created by the hospital. The purpose of this research is to see. Employe performance in the medical records secition of the General Hospita Haji Medan. This research method used with indepth interviews, observation, documentation and data triangulations. Interview informants consist of medical record officers, doctors and nurses. From the research results, several files the medical records is not completely files in by the doctor, this causes the medical record file to the medical record unit.

Abstract

The performance of a government agency can be seen from the work of the employee or government apparatus. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of the Aceh Singkil DPRK Secretariat employees in carrying out their duties and functions. The research method used is qualitative by emphasizing the concept of performance measurement according to Agus Dwiyanto's theory which includes performance factors, namely: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. Data were collected based on data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Aceh Singkil DPRK Secretariat employees viewed from the performance factors of Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness and Accountability can be said to be good with optimal work implementation and the Responsibility performance factor cannot be said to be good because there are still some of the employees working not optimal and not disciplined at work.
