Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the management of local government budget in Kamang Magek Subdistrict, Agam Regency. This research is a descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach that uses primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data is in the form of field research by means of interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and documentation studies with valid and accurate sources. The results of the study showed that the management of local government budget has not fully run well this is because there are still obstacles faced in accordance with Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 and Perbub Agam Number 8 of 2017. (1) Implementation of the principle of transparency consists of indicators, namely openness in meetings, openness of information, openness of procedures, and openness in accepting community participation. (2) Implementation of the principle of participation consists of indicators, namely the existence of active public participation, the existence of regulations that provide a place for community control, and the presence of proactive attitudes of regional governments in the budgeting process. (3) Implementation of the principle of accountability consists of indicators, namely the existence of honesty and legal accountability, the existence of process accountability, the existence of program accountability, and the existence of policy accountability

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini kurangnya kondisi fisik yang baik oleh atlet serta daya ledak otot lengan yang masih lemah sehingga atlet cepat mengalami kelelahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan push-up terhadap kecepatan renang gaya dada 50 meter pada atlet renang putra usia 15-17 Kabupaten. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang atlet renang putra. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes kecepatan renang gaya dada 50 meter. Teknik analsis data yang digunakan dengan uji t pada taraf signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa : Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dalam latihan push-up terhadap kecepatan renang gaya dada 50 meter pada atlet renang putra usia 15-17 dari uji t diperoleh thitung 5,26 > ttabel = 0,337 pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi peneliti bahwasanya smash yang dilakukan siswa belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dapat dikatakan kemampuan smash siswa masih rendah. Hal ini diduga akibat daya ledak otot lengan serta kelentukan pinggang yang dimiliki siswa masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan daya ledak otot lengan dan kelentukan pinggang secara bersama-sama dengan kemampuan smash pada ekstrakurikuler siswa SMA N 2 Karimun. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler sekolah SMA Negeri 2 Karimun yang berjumlah 63. Sampel yang digunakan disini adalah siswa putra ekstra kulikuler SMA Negeri 2 Karimun yang berjumlah 20 orang, teknik penarikan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah porposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes medicine ball put untuk mengukur daya ledak otot lengan siswa dan tes sit and reach untuk mengukur kelentukan pinggang, sedangkan untuk mengukur kemampuan smash yaitu dengan pukulan smash bulutangkis. Analisa data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana dan ganda dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05. Dari analisis data dapat diperoleh hasil 1) Terdapat Hubungan Yang Signifikan Antara daya ledak otot lengan dengan kemampuan Smash Bulutangkis Pada Ekstrakurikuler Siswa SMA N 2 Karimun dengan perolehan rhitung = 0.604> rtabel= 0,444. 2) Terdapat Hubungan Yang Signifikan Antara kelentukan pinggang dengan kemampuan Smash Bulutangkis Pada Ekstrakurikuler Siswa SMA N 2 Karimun dengan perolehan rhitung = 0.613 > rtabel= 0,444. 3) Terdapat Hubungan Yang Signifikan Antara hubungan daya ledak otot lengan dan kelentukan pinggang secara bersama-sama dengan kemampuan Smash Bulutangkis Pada Ekstrakurikuler Siswa SMA N 2 Karimun dengan perolehan Rhitung = 0.689 > Rtabel= 0,444

Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Terhambatnya proses pembelajaran tatap muka antara guru dan siswa pada pembelajaran penjas, minimnya akses pemahaman pembelajaran secara online terhadap siswa maupun guru, siswa masih mengalami kesulitan memahami pembelajaran penjas melalui akses jaringan dan belum tampak jelas dan nyata strategi sekolah dalam menyajikan pembelajaran berbasis online khususnya pembelajaran penjas pada masa covid-19 di Sekolah, Ada pun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SDS 015 Vidya Sasana Kabupaten Karimun Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan model pendekatan studi kasus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan guru di SDS Vidya Sasana berjumlah 26 orang. Dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2 orang dengan teknik sampling kuota. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan langsung pada unit sampling. Setelah jatah terpenuhi, maka pengumpulan data dihentikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid-19 masih tetap bisa dilaksanakan dengan proses daring yang telah dibuat oleh kemendikbud dan dinas pendidikan kabupaten karimun dengan aturan- aturan yang telah diberlakukan, adapun untuk proses pembelajaran itu sendiri melalaui wali kelas dan guru bidang studi dengan menggunakan whatsap group untuk mempermudah sistem belajarnya dan ada juga yang menggunakan zoom untuk memperjelas materi yang disampaikan dan menjawab semua pertanyaan yang belum dipahami siswa atau wali murid melalui aplikasi tersebut. Abstract

This study aims to increase the learning motivation of odd semester students using the question and answer method in Islamic religious education courses at Karimun University and to increase the motivation of lecturers in research and the tridharma of higher education. The research method used in this research is Classroom Action Research. This research is designed for 3 (three) cycles and is collaborated with the Blended Learning Model by Norman Vaughan. The results of the first cycle of research the average value of students was 73.74 Students who completed 14 students (40.00%). Actions in the second cycle of student learning outcomes 74.42 reached 20 students who completed students (75.00%). The third cycle of student learning outcomes with an average of 78.57 students who completed 35 students (100.%). Thus, the application of the question and answer method in PAI learning can increase student learning motivation beyond the specified completeness criteria, namely 75.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a coursebook for Swimming course for students of Health, Physical education and Recreation Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty. The research design was research and development (R &D). Design model that was used by the researchers to produce this product adopted Borg and Gall model. This development research produced a coursebook for Swimming course for student of Health, Physical education and Recreation Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty. Based on data analysis, the result showed that: 1) average core of language used validation was 78.72% from linguistic validators, 2) average score of media validation was 84.26%, 3) result of first trial for limited scope was 87.5%, 4) result of second trial for wide scope was 87.5%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is generating a text book of treatment dan injuries therapy in sports for students of physical education and recreation program at Karimun University. The study is a research of developing that refers to Borg and Gall desain that involving four validators, those are lecture as user, therapist, masseur dan media expert. Small-scale testing involves 10 students and large-scale testing involves 30 students. The data collecting in this research uses the implementation test and expert judgment by using questionnaire sheet and competition test with data analysis technique using descriptive analysis. The results of research that obtained based on validator assessment that is user lecturer, therapist, masseur, and media expert, are in “Good” category. The result of usage assessment and competition test from students shows in “Good” category. Based on this data, it can be conlcuded that the developing of text book of treatment and injuries therapy in sports is feasible and effective to be used.

Abstract

The main problem of the research is the low mastery of the skills to start swimming deaf children. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the exercise model using video media on swimming grabstart skills in deaf children.Subjects were 40 deaf children consisting of 20 experimental groups and 20 control groups. Data collection was carried out by conducting initial tests to grabstart swimming skills, practice (training models using video media) and final tests of grabstart swimming skills. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using comparative analysis techniques using the Dependent sample t-test, namely Paired sample t-test and Independent sample t-test, namely t-Test: Two-Sample Assuming Equal Variances with a significant level α = 0.05Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of the exercise model using video media on swimming grabstart skills in deaf children from an average value of 51.05 to 64.94 with Tcount = 14.93> Ttable = 2.10, 2 ) There is an influence of the control group on swimming grabstart skills in deaf children from an average value of 47.89 to 52.69 with Tcount = 4.47> Ttable = 2.10. 3) There is a difference between the effect of the exercise model using video media with a control group with Tcount = 3.82> Ttable = 2.02.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that there is no varied learning model in sports learning, especially to improve the motor skills of deaf students. This study aims to create a basic movement learning model for sports motor skills in deaf students. This study uses the ADDIE method, in ADDIE research 5 stages namely analysis, design, model development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study are: a) The development of a basic motion learning model for sports motor skills in deaf students is feasible and can be used. b) The product of basic motion learning models for sports motor skills for deaf students has been tested and proven to improve the motor skills of deaf children. The development of basic movement learning models for sports skills for deaf students has a 100% ease of implementation, 86.3% clarity of implementation, 100% interest, 81.8% safety in implementation and 86.3% of equipment used.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that science learning outcomes are still low, especially the material on Characteristics of Living Things and the Needs of Living Things in Class III Students of SD Negeri 002 Tebing Karimun. This study aims to determine the effect of using the direct learning model (Rirect Instruction) and the STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model (Student Teams Achievement Division) on Science Learning Outcomes Material Characteristics of Living Things and the Needs of Living Things in Class III Students of SD Negeri 002 Tebing Karimun. This type of research used in research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach. The population in this study were all students of class III SD Negeri 002 Tebing Karimun, totaling 68 students. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. The sample in this study were 34 students of class IIIb with a direct learning model (Rirect Instruction) and 34 students of class IIIA Cooperative Learning Type Stad (Student Teams Achievement Division). The instrument used in this study was an objective test with 20 questions. The data analysis technique was carried out by statistical tests using the t test Based on data analysis, it can be seen that: 1) There is a significant effect of the use of the direct learning model (Rirect Instruction) on Science Learning Outcomes Material Characteristics of Living Things and Needs of Living Things in Class III Students of SD Negeri 002 Tebing Karimun Academic Year 2016/2017, with tcount 5 .79 > ttable 2.03. 2) There is a significant influence of the use of the Stad Type Cooperative Learning Model (Student Teams Achievement Division) on Science Learning Outcomes Material Characteristics of Living Things and Needs of Living Things in Class III Students of SD Negeri 002 Tebing Karimun in the 2016/2017 Academic Year, with tcount 6.21 > ttable 2.03. Significant Influence of the use of the direct learning model (Rirect Instruction) and the STAD Type Cooperative Learning Model (Student Teams Achievement Division) on Science Learning Outcomes Material Characteristics of Living Things and the Needs of Living Things in Class III Students of SD Negeri 002 Tebing Karimun academic year 2016/2017, with tcount 3.14 > ttable 1.995
