Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui relevansi kompetensi yang telah dicapai mahasiswa dengan kegunaannya pada dunia kerja yang sesuai bidang pekerjaannya pada lulusan Diploma III Teknik Mesin Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuatitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa lulusan Program Studi Teknik Mesin Diploma III Konsentrasi Otomotif dan Produksi. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling sebanyak 83 orang. Instrumen ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa kompetensi mahasiswa pada aspek technical skills termasuk kategori cukup relevan yaitu sebesar 56,7% , namun masih terdapat tidak relevan sebesar 5,3% dan lulusan yang sangat tidak relevan sebesar 1,2%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keterampilan employability skills Sangat Butuh 55,2%, namun ada yang menunjukan 1,2% sudah Sangat Tidak dibutuhkan. Relevansi antara lulusan dengan dunia kerja atau industri cukup relevan dengan persentase relevansi sebesar 59%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the changes in the tradition of the Deli Malay ethnic wedding ceremony in Paluh Sibaji Village. Changes that occur in the tradition of traditional wedding ceremonies are not only influenced by the times, but are also caused by the tradition of recording or recording knowledge about traditional marriage ceremonies which are rarely encountered. The traditional Deli Malay wedding ceremony at the present time in Paluh Sibaji Village has undergone many changes and is very different from the previous Deli Malay wedding ceremony. This research is a qualitative research with ethnographic method. Qualitative research design consists of three stages of data collection, analysis and interpretation, manufacture. The research data are in the form of library research, interviews, results of field observations and documentation. Based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation by researchers, the traditional Malay deli wedding ceremony tradition in Paluh Sibaji village has undergone changes. The researcher also found the complete implementation of the Malay Deli traditional wedding ceremony at the Maimun Palace. Some of the changes that occurred in the tradition of the Malay Deli wedding ceremony because it was adjusted to the teachings of the Islamic religion. There are slight differences in each series of traditional Malay deli wedding ceremonies in each region, although there are differences, the red line remains the same.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertolak dari permasalahan yang ada di SMK Jakarta 1. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal menunjukan adanya masalah dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran teori mesin bubut. Salah satu penyebabnya yaitu metode yang digunakan pendidik dalam menyampaikan informasi dan materi tidak sesuai yang dikarenakan hanya memakai metode ceramah (teacher centered). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Pada penelitian kali ini, peneliti menggunakan metode eksperimen (one group pretest-posttest design) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang terdiri dari populasi berjumlah 27 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata nilai pretest 40 dan post test 84. Analisis uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dengan hasil t-hitung sebesar 21,36 dan t-tabel pada taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 1,708, maka t-hitung > t-tabel. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak yang berarti bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran project based learning menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XII pada mata pelajaran Teori Mesin Bubut. Abstract: This research departs from the problems that exist in SMK Jakarta 1. Based on initial observations, it shows that there are problems in improving student learning outcomes in lathe theory subjects. One of the reasons is that the method used by teachers in conveying information and material is not appropriate because it only uses the lecture method (teacher centered). This study aims to determine the effect of the project-based learning model on student learning outcomes. In this study, the researcher used an experimental method (one group pretest-posttest design) with a quantitative approach consisting of a population of 27 students. The results of this study indicate an increase in student learning outcomes. From the results of the study, the average value of the pre test was 40 and the post test was 84. Analysis of hypothesis testing using t-test with t-count results of 21.36 and t-table at a significant level of 0.05 of 1.708, then t-count > t- table. With the result, H0 is rejected, which means that the use of the project based learning model shows a significant influence on the learning outcomes of class XII students on Lathe Theory.
