Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses pembinaan akal manusia yang mana potensi utamanya adalah sebagai makhluk yang berpikir. Pendidikan di dalamnya terdapat suatu proses pembelajaran yang keberhasilannya tergantung kepada sumber daya yang dinamakan tenaga pendidik atau guru. Oleh karenanya dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan perlu adanya proses manajemen tenaga pendidik yang baik guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen tenaga pendidik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi, teknik wawancara baku terbuka, dan teknik studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Imam Bukhari dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap mapping, rekrutmen, seleksi dan penempatan. Pengorganisasian tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Imam Bukhari dilakukan dengan cara memberikan tugas tambahan selain mengajar, adapun pendistribusiannya dilakukan oleh pihak yayasan. Penyusunan staf di SMP IT Imam Bukhari di sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan mengacu pada standar pengelolaan sekolah. Penggerakkan tenaga pendidik di SMP IT Imam Bukhari dilakukan melalui beberapa program yaitu pembinaan spiritual, halaqah Qur’an, fiah qalilah, pelatihan, dan inovasi pembelajaran. Pengawasan yang dilakukan di SMP IT Imam Bukhari yaitu melalui pengecekan kehadiran oleh Kepala Sekolah baik kehadiran secara manual maupun finger print dan juga observasi lapangan pada proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Theoretically, religion and social science have an integrative relationship because they originate from God developed by human. However, practically, the relationship occurs in a dichotomy so that it has implications in learning activities at Islamic educational institutions, especially in the classroom context. The gap between those theories and practice generates the idea of integrating religious science and social science in Islamic universities. Therefore, this article describes the implementation of social science in Islamic religious education learning at the Department of Islamic Education State Islamic University of Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Based on the theory of scientific integration, this study applied observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The result shows that social science can be integrated into Islamic education learning related to learning (philosophical) competencies, learning materials, learning strategy; and the learning evaluation.

Abstract

Implementasi jika dikaitkan dengan implementasi kebijakan pada bidang pendidikan dapat berarti bahwa suatu implementasi kebijakan pendidikan merupakan proses menjalankan satu alternatif kebijakan pendidikan yang telah dipilih dan diputuskan.Kementrian Agama telah menetapkan kebijakan E-Learning untuk seluruh madrasah di Indonesia yang tertera pada website akun resmi kementrian agama. Penelelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep dasar system informasi  E-learning madrasah yang ada di indramayu, mengetahui pengimplementasian E-learning dan kelebihan dan kekuranganya. Metode penelelitianya menggunakan metode kualoitatais. Dengan jenis metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasi partisipan, perekaman, dan wawancara.  Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara di MTS N 7 Indramayu bahwasanya Implementasi Kebijakan Madrasah di Indramayu sangat membantu guru dalam menjelaskan materi dan siswa juga tidak bosan dalam mengikuti pelajaran, Kebijakan e-learning di MTS Negeri 7 Indramayu saat ini di dukung dengan adanya penerapan dalam kurikulum 2013 yang mewajibkan setiap guru atau sekolah harus menguasai teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Oleh karena itu kebijakan e-learning dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Change Management and the steps taken by the School in developing an organizational culture at SMPN 36 Bandung. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Research data collection techniques using research methods namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the principal's steps in implementing change management in developing an organizational culture in students are starting from planning, implementing and supervising the culture that has been established jointly by the teacher and student councils. As for the form of organizational culture at SMPN 36 Bandung, namely the school continues to carry out positive cultures that are already running, especially in shaping student character, starting from morning greetings, morning religious culture which includes reading asmaul husna together, praying dzuha together, reading the Qur’an together , then literacy culture activities, fit and clean culture are carried out every Friday. All these positive activities are implemented at school. Based on this, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Change Management in developing the Organizational Culture of SMPN 36 Bandung has been going well. Judging from the existing changes, both in terms of time and means.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the models and strategies used in dealing with changes at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The subject of the study is the Principal. The location of this study is SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City. The results of this study show that: 1) In one period of principal leadership, there were several changes. These changes consist of changes in facilities and infrastructure, changes in curriculum, changes in the number of students and changes in the ethics of educators and education personnel. 2) The model used by SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City in facing changes is the Tyagi model. 3) The strategy used by SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bandung City in facing change is First, creating a team atmosphere that is not afraid of change. Second, discover what kind of dissatisfaction caused the employees to want to change. Third, the principal indicated which way the change would lead.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of conflict management in problem- solving at MI Assu'ada in Bandung City. As an Islamic educational institution, MI Assu'ada has a responsibility to shape the character and personality of students in accordance with Islamic values. However, conflicts that arise within the school environment can disrupt the process of building good character. Therefore, the effective implementation of conflict management becomes crucial in creating a conducive educational environment where students can grow and develop in line with Islamic values. This research utilizes a field research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collected are related to the implementation of conflict management at MI Assu'ada in Bandung City. The findings reveal that MI Assu'ada initially faced various conflicts, particularly between administrators/employees and among students. These conflicts often arise due to differences in perspectives or inappropriate treatment. One specific conflict identified involved a dispute between a teacher and a student's guardian. The guardian expressed concerns about the teacher's treatment towards their child, while the teacher felt that the student did not comply with rules and assigned tasks. However, through the implementation of conflict management, the school successfully resolved the conflict. In conclusion, the implementation of conflict management at MI Assu'ada in Bandung City has helped address conflicts within the school environment. With a good approach, open communication, and appropriate handling, the school has been able to create a conducive educational environment for students. This research provides insights into the importance of implementing conflict management in Islamic education and contributes to the development of effective conflict resolution approaches within educational settings.

Abstract

Heavy rainfall can have a significant impact on the smoothness of teaching and learning activities in schools. The research findings indicate that high rainfall disrupts the punctuality of students and teachers in attending school due to poor weather conditions. Student and teacher lateness and absences affect the smoothness of the learning process at MTs Hudatul Falah. Additionally, certain parts of the school building have also been damaged due high rainfall, such as roofs, walls and stairs. The school has taken measures to address the impact of high rainfall, including improving the maintenance and repair of the school building, as allowing tolerance for lateness and providing flexibility in the class schedule. Evaluations of the school's readiness and the empowerment of teachers and students in dealing with emergencies related to high rainfall have also been conducted. This research provides insights into the importance of addressing the impact of extreme weather conditions in the educational context. The impact of high rainfall, particularly student and teacher lateness, requires greater attention to improving the condition of school buildings and increasing readiness to face the risks of extreme weather. These steps will help ensure the continuity of teaching and learning activities in the future.

Abstract

Risiko adalah suatu hal yang pasti ada dalam setiap aktivitas manusia, termasuk dalam pengembangan kurikulum di satuan pendidikan. Risiko tersebut dapat berupa ancaman atau tantangan yang apabila tidak dikelola akan menjadi suatu hambatan dalam mencapai tujuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tahapan implementasi manajemen risiko di SMP QLP Rabbani, bagaimana strategi mitigasi risiko yang dilakukan serta monitoringnya dalam pengembangan kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang diantara teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat diuraikan bahwa implementasi manajemen risiko dalam pengembangan kurikulum di SMP QLP Rabbbani Bandung dilakukan dalam beberapa langkah. Langkah-langkah tersebut yakni identifikasi risiko, pengukuran risiko, mitigasi risiko, dan evaluasi risiko. Karena SMP QLP Rabbani Bandung merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang baru didirikan dan belum mempunyai data siswa yang masuk, sehingga risiko dalam pengembangan kurikulumnya diidentifikasi ketika program berjalan.

Abstract

The exploitation of gold mining, environmental degradation, and the evident impacts of global warming signal a societal lack of awareness regarding ecological and social hazards. Recognizing the significance of ecological awareness, educational institutions, particularly Islamic boarding schools, are mandated to contribute to the creation of environmentally conscious communities. This research employs a qualitative ethnographic approach to elucidate the practical strategies employed by Indonesian Islamic boarding schools in environmental preservation. The study encompasses four institutions: Islamic Boarding School Biharul Ulum, Agroecology, Bogor; Islamic Boarding School Daarul Falah Bogor; and Islamic Boarding School Ath-Thoriq, Garut. Findings reveal that all three Islamic boarding schools have cultivated environmental consciousness through ecopedagogy, engaging in activities such as planting productive trees within their premises and the surrounding communities. Ecopedagogy involves selecting superior seeds, planting, fertilizing, and harvesting. Additionally, these institutions partake in environmental conservation by raising livestock, including chickens, goats, cows, and fish. Rooted in the teachings of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, ecopedagogy is delivered through face-to-face instruction, in-depth discussions, and practical field guidance. This ecopedagogical approach, aligned with Islamic teachings, showcases the commitment of these Islamic boarding schools to instilling environmental preservation values in their students, reflecting a comprehensive approach to ecological consciousness.
