Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of modeling technique content mastery services on the academic resilience of students at Amir Hamzah Medan Private Junior High School Period 2021/2022.  The method used in this study is a quantitative method.  This type of research is a quasi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test group design.  The subjects in this study were 22 grade VIII students who had low resilience.  The research data were collected with an academic resilience scale totaling 40 statement items that were valid and reliable.  Instruments are given before and after the implementation of content services.  The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to see if there was a significant effect of providing modeling technique content mastery services on students’ academic resilience.  This can be obtained from the calculation results with the initial test score (pre-test) in the experimental group obtained an average = 109.4 while the post-test data obtained an average = 135.4.  This can be obtained from the Wilcoxon test which shows that the Wilcoxon level test is obtained Jcount = 115 while Jtable = 66. From the critical table J for the Wilcoxon marked level test for n = 22, = 0.05 according to the criteria for acceptance and rejection of the hypothesis, the hypothesis  accepted if Jcount > J table where 115 > 66, from this calculation it can be seen that the treatment in the experimental group means that the hypothesis is accepted.  This shows that there is an influence of modeling technique content mastery services on students’ academic resilience at Amir Hamzah Medan Private Junior High School. Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-esteem and intellectual intelligence on student learning resilience. The population is 120 students and a sample of 60 is taken using a random sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of self-esteem on student learning resilience, where the coefficient rx1y = 0.539 with p = 0.000, which means the better self-esteem, the better learning resilience. The coefficient of r squared self-esteem with the dependent variable learning resilience is r2 = 0.439. This shows that learning resilience is formed by self-esteem with a contribution of 32.30%. The intellectual intelligence variable has a significant positive effect on learning resilience where the coefficient rx2y = 0.290 with p = 0.000, this means that the better intellectual intelligence, the better learning resilience. The r-squared coefficient of intellectual intelligence on the dependent variable of learning resilience is r2 = 0.401. This shows that learning resilience is formed by intellectual intelligence of 11.60%. The variables of self-esteem and intellectual intelligence have a significant positive effect in simulation on learning resilience where the coefficient r = 0.439; with p = 0.000 means p < 0.010. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the influence of self-esteem and intellectual intelligence on learning resilience is r2 = 0.439. This shows that resilience is formed by self esteem and intellectual intelligence together with a contribution of 43.90%.

Abstract

Beragam teknik kepemimpinan telah diimplementasikan dalam upaya menjaga harmonisasi antara tujuan yang ingin dicapai dengan kondisi sosial terkait. Khususnya terhadap model kepemimpinan di Indonesia, ini menjadi tantangan yang direlasikan atas kondisi budaya daerah yang masih sarat dengan adat istiadat, dengan kondisi pergerakan jaman yang mendorong masuknya budaya asing tanpa bisa dihindari. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana model kepemimpinan yang diimplementasikan oleh keturunan raja adat pada suatu desa di Padang Lawas Utara, bagaimana pemimpin adat menyikapi pergerakan jaman dan menyelaraskan antara budaya dan nilai-nilai keagamaan menjadi suatu nilai seni memimpin agar adat budaya tetap terjaga dan bernafas harmonis bersama nilai-nilai keagamaan di sana.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif , dengan hasil posisi raja adat di desa tersebut lebih mengarah kepada bagaimana implementasi tata budaya yang mampu disematkan secara selaras dengan tata administrasi kenegaraan serta tatacara kehidupan beragama di masyarat desa tersebut.
