Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPS melalui Pendekatan Kooperatif Model Jigsaw. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dimulai dari freetes siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 6 orang dengan persentase ketuntasannya 24,47% dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 34 orang dengan persentase tidak tuntasnya 75,53% (2) nilai rata-rata pada siklus I pertemuan pertama adalah 62,5, siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 15 orang dengan persentase ketuntasannya 46,52% dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 25 orang dengan persentase tidak tuntasnya 53,48% (3) nilai rata-rata pada siklus I pada pertemuan kedua adalah 76, siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 31 orang dengan persentase ketuntasannya 82,89% dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 9 orang dengan persentase tidak tuntasnya 17,11% (4) nilai rata-rata pada siklus II adalah 88,12, siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 37 orang dengan persentase ketuntasannya 95,42 dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 3 orang dengan persentase tidak tuntasnya 4,58%. Abstract

Conflict is an unavoidable part of interactions between individuals and groups in an organization, including educational organizations. The way conflict is managed has a significant impact on organizational dynamics, both positively and negatively. This article aims to analyze various conflict management styles and conflict management methods used in resolving conflicts in educational organizational environments. Conflict management styles include five main approaches, namely competitive, collaborative, avoidant, accommodative, and compromise, each of which has its advantages and disadvantages. Meanwhile, conflict management methods, such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and team collaboration, are used to resolve conflicts systematically. The results of the analysis show that choosing the right conflict management style and method can minimize the negative impact of conflict and maximize opportunities for more innovative and effective solutions. In conclusion, effective conflict management is necessary to create a harmonious and productive organizational environment, especially in the education sector.

Abstract

Metode Pengajaran Latihan Berbahsa Arab tingkat madrasah Tsanawayiah aliyah, dari segi kemampuan Al-istima’ Al-Muhadatsah, Al-Qira’ah, dan Al-Kitabah. Pondok Pesantren Modern Darul Mahfudz merupakan suatu keharusan dalam melatoh dari kemampuan mahir menyimak,bercakap membaca,Menulis dalam Thamril al-Lughoh penerapan bahasa arab di Pondok Pesantren Darul Mahfudz yang pada kemahiran berbicara kemahiran mendengarkan,Membaca,Menulis,maupun berbicara. Salah satu strategi atau alternative untuk melahirkan pembiasaan dalam penggunaan Bahasa Arab adanya limgkungan penerapan Bahasa Arab karena lewat ini menerapkan dan menciptakan model atau Metode Pengajaran Latihan Berbahsa Arab. Oleh sebab itu salah satu upaya di lakukan memujudkan hal tersebut ialah menerapkan bahasa arab (Thamrin Al-lughoh di Pondok Pesantren Modern Darul Mahfudz )baik dalam Madrasah Tsanawiyah,Madrasah Aliyah dan Madrasag Diniyah (MDT).salah satu kontek pembelajaran Bahasa Arab termasuk keterampilan yang pokok dikuasai santri/santriwati dan merupakan salh satu tujuan akhir pembelajaran Bahasa Asing Jalannya pengembangan Metode Pengajaran Latihan Berbahsa Arab tingkat madrasah Tsanawayiah aliyah, dari segi kemampuan Al-istima’ Al-Muhadatsah, Al-Qira’ah, dan Al-Kitabah pembelajaran bahasa arab diawali oleh pemberian materi yang akan diajarkan belum menunjukkan hasil yang menggambarkan kecakapan santri/santirwati dalam berbahasa Arab secara aktiv produktiv. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan Bahwa untuk mengembangkan Metode Latihan Berbahsa Arab tingkat madrasah Tsanawayiah aliyah, dari segi kemampuan Al-istima’ Al-Muhadatsah, Al-Qira’ah, dan Al-Kitabah santi/santriwati harus dibekali dengan kemampuan-kemampuan dasar dalam berbicara berdialog menguasai cara menyimak,mendegarkan dan menambah mufradat /memperbanyak kosa kata, latihan muhadatsah dan lain sebagainya .

Abstract

Currently, schools are encouraged to incorporate local content into learning activities. However, in some remote areas, the availability of supporting teaching materials remains limited, creating a challenge to effective implementation. Therefore, this study aims to develop a trilingual picture dictionary designed for elementary students to enhance their vocabulary acquisition and language skills in three languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Pamona. The dictionary serves as an educational tool to support multilingual education by providing visual aids and culturally relevant content that is accessible to young learners. A research and development (R&D) approach was employed, incorporating the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) instructional design model to systematically create and refine the dictionary. The stages of analysis, design, and development have been conducted, including the selection of eight themes, which were subsequently developed into a trilingual picture dictionary. However, the remaining steps of the model will be done in following research in the future.

Abstract

Accuracy of sales transaction data is a very important aspect in the preparation of financial reports. Mismatch of sales transaction data is one of the problems that can affect the accuracy of the preparation of financial reports, especially the profit and loss report. This problem was faced by CV Inti Media Pratama as a partner in managing the transaction data reconciliation process of one of the client companies, namely PT XYZ, which still showed data differences between Microsoft Excel and Accurate software so that the verification process took a longer time. This community service activity aims to support CV Inti Media Pratama through the implementation of reconciliation of client company transaction data using Accurate software to improve the effectiveness of the verification process and the reliability of financial information. The method used was the implementation and testing of data using Accurate software with a   participatory approach through the active involvement of students together with the administrative and accounting staff of CV Inti Media Pratama in the process of identifying problems, verifying documents, cross-checking, data reconciliation, and evaluating the results of the implementation of PT XYZ transaction data. The results of the activity showed that the implementation of reconciliation was able to improve the conformity of transaction data between Microsoft Excel and Accurate software through systematic identification and resolution of data discrepancies. This implementation supports the increased effectiveness of the reconciliation process carried out by students while also producing more consistent and reliable transaction data for PT XYZ as a basis for preparing profit and loss reports. Therefore, implementing data reconciliation using Accurate software is an alternative solution to support the quality of transaction data management services and the preparation of more accurate, effective, and sustainable financial reports.  Keywords: data reconciliation, Accurate software, profit and loss reports, accounting information systems, community service.
