Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on the performance of outsourced employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency partially and simultaneously. The research conducted is research using quantitative methods. The research population was 75 employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency. Sample determination using the saturated sample method so that the entire population was used as a research sample of 75 respondents. The data collection technique used by researchers is questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study proved that workload has a significant effect on outsourced employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on outsourced employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously (together) proved that workload and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of outsourced employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Service Quality, Price, and Electronic Word of Mouth on Visit Intention (a study of potential tourists at Selecta Recreation Park). The population in this study was someone who had never visited Selecta Recreation Park, with a sample of 200 respondents. The characteristics of the respondents are prospective tourists who are in Malang Raya and have never visited Selecta Recreation Park but know Selecta Recreation Park from Social Media Instagram, aged 17-40 years. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. This research was conducted from June to July 2023 by distributing online questionnaires via Google Form. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, t test, and dominant test. The results of this study conclude that Service Quality, Price, and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) have a positive and significant effect on Visit Intention. E-WOM has a dominant influence on Visit Intention.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of Somethinc products which are relatively new, but these products are able to compete with products that have long been in the market share. These good sales indicate a high purchase intention from consumers in Somethinc products so it can be formulated in this study that how consumers have purchase intention in Somethinc products amid the phenomenon of intense competition based on brand image, perceived product quality, and perceived price. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, perceived product quality, and perceived price on purchase intention in Somethinc consumers in Malang City. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 152 Somethinc consumers in Malang City, especially in Lowokwaru District by distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that Brand Image, Product Quality and have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social capital on business performance and the mediating role of innovative activities, with a specific focus on young entrepreneurs in the Greater Malang area. Using a quantitative positivist approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 65 entrepreneurs aged 18–30 who had operated their businesses for more than two years. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with WarpPLS 8.0 was employed for analysis. The results indicate that social capital significantly affects both business performance (β = 0.255; p < 0.001) and innovative activities (β = 0.381; p < 0.001). Innovative activities, in turn, strongly influence business performance (β = 0.551; p < 0.001) and mediate the relationship between social capital and business performance (β = 0.340; p < 0.001). These findings extend the literature by demonstrating how social networks foster innovation as a pathway to performance enhancement in emerging economies. Practically, this research highlights the importance of integrating social capital and innovation into entrepreneurial development strategies, particularly for youth-led businesses. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh modal sosial terhadap kinerja bisnis serta peran mediasi aktivitas inovatif, dengan fokus pada wirausahawan muda di wilayah Malang Raya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif-positivistik, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 65 wirausahawan berusia 18–30 tahun yang telah menjalankan usahanya lebih dari dua tahun. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) menggunakan WarpPLS 8.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis (β = 0,255; p < 0,001) maupun terhadap aktivitas inovatif (β = 0,381; p < 0,001). Aktivitas inovatif, pada gilirannya, berpengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja bisnis (β = 0,551; p < 0,001) dan memediasi hubungan antara modal sosial dan kinerja bisnis (β = 0,340; p < 0,001). Temuan ini memperluas literatur dengan menunjukkan bagaimana jejaring sosial mendorong inovasi sebagai jalur peningkatan kinerja dalam konteks ekonomi berkembang. Secara praktis, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi modal sosial dan inovasi dalam strategi pengembangan kewirausahaan, khususnya bagi usaha yang dipimpin generasi muda.

Abstract

Pelaksaan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pembinaan peningkatan operasional pengemasan dan penyimpanan produk pupuk TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu,  Desa Mulyoagung, Kec. Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Berdasarkan analisis situasi yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian didapatkan permasalahan diantaranya persediaan bahan baku untuk produksi pupuk, produksi produk, serta pemenuhan permintaan pasar. Metode pembinaan yang diimplementasikan pada pengabdian ini adalah metode bottom – up yaitu kegiatan yang berdasarkan survei kondisi lapang, data dokumen TPST dan wawancara dengan para pengelolanya. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah mitra mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi berupa pengadaan alas penyimpanan produk pupuk, proses pengemasan produk pupuk, dan tata kelola alur produk.
