Abstract

The concept of Creative Economy is a concept in a new economic era which intensifies on information and creativity, by relying on the ideas and the stock of knowledge of Human Resources, as a major production factor in their economic activities. This case study aims not only to determine how is the image of the intellectual capital (IC) in Cibaduyut shoe craft centers in Bandung-Indonesia but also to find the appropriate alternative strategy that can be applied by SMEs in shoe Cibaduyut shoe craft centers in order to compete in the ASEAN Economic Community by 2015. The data collection technique is using triangulation and self assessment by using ICS (Intellectual Capital Statement) as an instrument that used to define the factors of IC, then evaluate it with QQS (Quality, Quantity, Systemetic) assessment and analysis with management IC portfolio. The results showed: (1). There are three additional of IC components in SMEs of Cibaduyut Shoes Centers Bandung, such as the skills, technology, and patents, (2). IC Human Capital is a weakness of SMEs Cibaduyut shoe craft centers while IC Relational Capital is the strength. As for to gain sustainable development of creative economy, it need to focus on the development of human capital

Abstract

Amid the fast and easily accessible digital information flow, hoaxes pose a serious threat to society, especially in religious contexts. This article explores the importance of implementing problem-based learning strategies to develop Islamic digital literacy, particularly among Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students and future religious educators. Through this approach, students not only learn to filter and verify information but also internalize Islamic values in their digital media use. Islamic digital literacy developed through problem-based learning helps foster a healthy and responsible digital space and strengthens the role of students as change agents in combating the spread of hoaxes

Abstract

A professional leader of an educational institution is someone who is able to provide direction, set goals to be achieved, provide solutions to every problem, make various decisions, planning and strategies. He is a great person in implementing concepts. He actively communicates, coordinates, supervises and conducts evaluations. The most important thing is that he motivates teachers and education personnel to become professional teachers and education personnel. He builds morale and a spirit of togetherness in the madrasah educational institution, teaches, trains, and gives advice. All of these hopes will be realized if a leader has the integrity to lead the madrasah educational institution to become an excellent and quality institution. Leader, which means "to lead" or "leader," is the root of the word "leadership," which indicates the act of taking control. "Leadership as the ability to influence a group towards achieving goals" is what Stephen P. Robbins said when asked about leadership. One definition of leadership is the capacity to inspire others to work together to achieve common goals. The development of school culture in order to achieve commitment in achieving the expected standards needs to be continuously carried out in a culture of quality. Therefore, the principal's leadership plays a key role in realizing a culture of quality in educational units.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the consumption patterns of urban Muslim communities based on the principles of Islamic economics. In Islam, consumption is not merely about fulfilling material needs but must also comply with Sharia values emphasizing halal (permissible), moderation, justice, and social responsibility. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through literature review and in-depth interviews with urban Muslim respondents. The analysis reveals that consumption patterns among urban Muslims are influenced by levels of religiosity, awareness of halal and thayyib (wholesome) principles, as well as the impact of urban lifestyle and digitalization. Although awareness of Islamic consumption principles is increasing, challenges such as excessive consumption and consumerism persist. Therefore, education and reinforcement of Islamic economic values are essential to foster moderate, equitable, and sustainable consumption patterns. This study contributes to a better understanding of the dynamics of Muslim urban consumption and the development of Sharia-based economics in the modern era. ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola konsumsi masyarakat Muslim urban dengan mengacu pada prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam. Dalam Islam, konsumsi tidak hanya sekadar memenuhi kebutuhan materi, tetapi juga harus sesuai dengan nilai-nilai syariah yang menekankan kehalalan, kesederhanaan, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam terhadap masyarakat Muslim urban. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pola konsumsi masyarakat Muslim urban dipengaruhi oleh tingkat religiusitas, kesadaran akan prinsip halal dan thayyib, serta pengaruh gaya hidup perkotaan dan digitalisasi. Meskipun kesadaran terhadap konsumsi Islami meningkat, tantangan seperti konsumsi berlebihan dan gaya hidup konsumtif masih muncul. Oleh karena itu, edukasi dan penguatan nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam sangat diperlukan untuk membentuk pola konsumsi yang moderat, berkeadilan, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami dinamika konsumsi Muslim urban dan pengembangan ekonomi syariah di era modern.
