Abstract

 Abstract: Use of Image Media as an effort to increase participation and learning outcomes of Day and Night Events of Year 9 Elementary School Students In Semester 2 of 2018/2019. This research aims to increase student participation and learning outcomes in science learning day and night event materials in students grade I SDN 9 Melai Semester 2 Year Lesson 2018/2019 by using learning media in the form of image media. This research uses the method of Class Action Research (PTK) using a cyclical system consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. The subject of the study was grade I students of SDN 9 Melai Semester 2 of The Year 2017/2018, with a total of 39 students, consisting of 20 male students and 19 female students. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, tests and documentation. Data validation uses riangulasi technique. The data obtained is descriptively analyzed. The results showed an increase in learning participation from 46.15% or 18 students in the initial study to, 58.97% or 23 students in cycle I, increasing to 94.87% or 37 students at the end of the second cycle. The increase in student learning outcomes from 56.67, increased to 66.67 in the first cycle and in cycle II the average score gained was 76.41, while learning completedness also experienced a significant increase where in the initial study only 9 students (23.08%) 53.85% or 21 students, rising again to 34 students or 87.18% at the end of the second cycle. The conclusion of the study results shows that the use of image media in science learning of day and night events materials can increase the participation and learning outcomes of students grade I SDN 9 Melai Semester 2 Year f Study 2018/2019. Keywords: Participation, Learning Outcomes, Image Media Abstrak: Penggunaan Media Gambar Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Partisipasi Dan Hasil Belajar Materi Peristiwa Siang Dan Malam Siswa Kelas I Sd Negeri 9            Melai Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan hasil belajarsiswa pada pembelajaran IPA materi peristiwas siang dan malam pada siswakelas I SDN 9 Melai Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa media gambar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodePenelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan sistemsiklus yang terdiri dari perencanan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus.Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas I SDN 9 Melai Semester 2  Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, dengan jumlah 39 siswa, terdiri dari 20 siswa laki-laki dan 19 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, tes dan dokumentasi.Validasi data mengunakan teknikt riangulasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi belajar dari 46,15% atau 18 siswa pada studi awal menjadi, 58,97% atau 23 siswa pada siklus I, meningkat menjadi 94,87% atau 37 siswa pada akhir siklus kedua. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswadari 56,67, meningkat menjadi66,67 pada siklus pertama dan pada siklus II rata-rata nilai yang diperolehsiswaadalah76,41, sedangkan ketuntasan belajar juga mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dimana pada studi awal hanya 9 orang siswa (23,08%) menjadi 53,85% atau 21 siswa, meningkat lagi menjadi 34 siswa atau 87,18% pada akhir siklus kedua. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  penggunaan media gambar dalam pembelajaran IPA materi peristiwa siang dan malam dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan hasil belajar siswakelas I SDN 9 Melai Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi, Hasilbelajar, Media Gambar

Abstract

Rendahnya motivasi, aktivitas dan perkembangan nilai agama dan moral merupakan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru serta menganalisis motivasi, aktivitas dan perkembangan nilai agama dan moral (melakukan kegiatan beribadah dan berperilaku baik) menggunakan model DIRAUT yang merupakan singkatan dari model pembelajaran DIrect instRuction, model pembelajaran SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) dengan modifikasi permainan tradisional Ular Tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas, dilaksanakan 3 kali pertemuan pada anak kelompok B sebanyak 19 orang anak, 13 anak laki-laki dan 6 anak perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan sumber data guru dan anak. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa aktivitas guru dengan kategori sangat baik, motivasi dan aktivitas anak dengan kategori seluruh anak termotivasi dan aktif, serta perkembangan nilai agama dan moral dengan kategori hampir seluruh anak berkembang dengan persentase 95%. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menjadi strategi pemilihan model untuk meningkatkan motivasi, aktivitas dan perkembangan nilai agama dan moral.

Abstract

A professional leader of an educational institution is someone who is able to provide direction, set goals to be achieved, provide solutions to every problem, make various decisions, planning and strategies. He is a great person in implementing concepts. He actively communicates, coordinates, supervises and conducts evaluations. The most important thing is that he motivates teachers and education personnel to become professional teachers and education personnel. He builds morale and a spirit of togetherness in the madrasah educational institution, teaches, trains, and gives advice. All of these hopes will be realized if a leader has the integrity to lead the madrasah educational institution to become an excellent and quality institution. Leader, which means "to lead" or "leader," is the root of the word "leadership," which indicates the act of taking control. "Leadership as the ability to influence a group towards achieving goals" is what Stephen P. Robbins said when asked about leadership. One definition of leadership is the capacity to inspire others to work together to achieve common goals. The development of school culture in order to achieve commitment in achieving the expected standards needs to be continuously carried out in a culture of quality. Therefore, the principal's leadership plays a key role in realizing a culture of quality in educational units.

Abstract

Early childhood education plays an important role in the formation of children's personality and development. This study aims to identify the application of transformational leadership in Early Childhood Education institutions to welcome 21st century education. The important key in creating an innovative, adaptive and creative learning environment lies in the transformational leadership style so as to increase children's potential to the fullest. The method used in this research is a literature review, by analyzing various relevant literature sources to assess the impact and importance of transformational leadership in the world of early childhood education. Transformational leadership has enormous potential, so the results of this study can help realize a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also socially and emotionally developed, in accordance with the demands of an ever-evolving world.

Abstract

This Research aims to identify the role of of leadership in addressing and bridging differences of opinion between teachers and parents regarding the educational methods used. The goal is to create a harmonious collaboration to optimize children's development. The research method employed is library research, by collecting and analyzing various relevant literature sources to understand effective leadership strategies in building collaboration between families and schools. The findings indicate that effective leadership in early childhood education (ECE) settings must be able to accommodate diverse perspectives through open communication, collaborative activities, and the development of trust between schools and parents.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (ECE) is a very important foundation or starting point for building physical, mental, and social development in children so that they have the preparation that can help them later when they grow up. Therefore, an educational institution must have a leader or principal who can provide motivation and good and adequate facilities for the teachers and students. A quality leader is also very important so that students not only gain knowledge and science, but they can also form their own character with moral values as preparation when they grow up. We examine a variety of publications in this essay using a qualitative approach. We obtained knowledge from several sources, including publications connected to our topic and academic magazines. The results of this study illustrate that the presence of quality leadership in an educational institution, particularly in early childhood education (ECE), can optimize and develop the potential of teachers, making them more improved and creative, and can also shape the character of the students.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem of children's low ability to coordinate hand and vision movements, which directly impacts their activities and fine motor skills. This study aims to describe the activities of teachers and children and analyze the development of fine motor skills in group A students at Hidayatullah Kindergarten Barito Kuala. This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with a qualitative design and was conducted over four meetings. The results showed a significant increase in teacher activities and the development of children's fine motor skills. Teacher activities that initially received a score of 18 in the fairly good category increased to a score of 32 in the very good category at the fourth meeting. Meanwhile, at the beginning of the intervention, only 7% of children were in the Very Well Developed (BSB) category. After the first intervention, the percentage of children in the BSB category increased to 27% or five children. A more significant increase occurred at the fourth meeting, with 14 children or 82% falling into the BSB category. The intervention used a project-based learning model combined with a demonstration method in stringing activities using natural materials. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that this model is effective in improving fine motor skills in early childhood. This combination of approaches encourages active child engagement and provides meaningful and contextual learning experiences, contributing to optimal fine motor development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of situational leadership theory by the principal of SMP Negeri 2 Sampanahan, Kotabaru Regency, and its impact on organizational behavior within the school environment. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed, involving in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and students. The main focus of the research is to understand how the principal adapts leadership styles according to the needs and conditions of the individuals being led. The findings reveal that the principal successfully applied various leadership styles—ranging from directive, supportive, participative, to delegative—flexibly based on the specific situations encountered. This adaptability positively influenced the organizational climate, fostered harmonious working relationships, and enhanced the motivation and active participation of both teachers and students. The school environment became more conducive and collaborative, ultimately leading to overall performance improvement. These findings highlight the importance of adaptive leadership in education to support the achievement of organizational goals and the development of human resources within schools. This study contributes to the development of leadership practices in educational settings, particularly in the context of educational management that is responsive to both internal and external institutional dynamics.
