Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect of product quality on customer satisfaction CV. Intan Prima Motor Merauke. The type in this research is quantitative research, while the source of the data obtained in this study are primary data and secondary data. In this study the population is all customers who have bought a motorbike in the CV. Intan Prima Motor and by using the Slovin formula can be sampled in a study of 91 people, and also used incidental sampling techniques. The t test was done using SPSS software. The results of the research show that partially the product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, by improving the quality of products of this Honda type sport motorbike can provide satisfaction to consumers so that sales can increase again and the company gets the profit as expected. Abstract

This study intends to find out how much influence product quality and price have in increasing customer satisfaction for Colt Diesel Cars in Merauke Regency. The method used is a quantitative method. This study uses multiple regression analysis because it has more than one independent variable, namely product quality and price, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. This study used as many as 82 respondents. The data processing of the results of the questionnaire distribution was carried out using SPSS. The results of the tests that have been carried out explain that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while price has no effect on customer satisfaction because it does not have a significant value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Sasando Kabupaten Merauke. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Sasando Kabupaten Merauke yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dengan penentuan menggunakan metode Sampling Jenuh. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 23.Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda yang telah diolah di peroleh persamaan Y =0,023+0,069(X1)+0,830(X2)+e. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan kinerja karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Sasando Kabupaten Merauke. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung Motivasi (X1) 2,088 > ttabel 1,703 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,046 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Nilai thitung Disiplin Kerja (X2) 24,249 > ttabel 1,703 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Kemudian nilai Fhitung 105,763 > Ftabel 4,21 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Nilai R Square adalah 0,996 yang artinya semua variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 99,6% sedangkan 0,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam Penelitian.
