Abstract

Abstract The research have duty to empirically examine the factors of gender differences in the understanding of tax study literacy. The method is a quantitative method using SPSS based on the results of Quiziz online. The analysis technique of samples used simple regression analysis and different test. The sample data uses management study program students. The results obtained are gender significant to the level of tax literacy. The Gender Men are better at tax literacy than women. The benefit is scientific development in the field of tax literacy and differences in understanding, especially taxes, between men and women, which is often called gender. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of good corporate governance on stock return volatility within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. The research examines how effective corporate governance practices contribute to managing stock return volatility during this challenging period. By analyzing financial data and corporate governance indicators, the study aims to provide insights into the relationship between corporate governance and stock market dynamics in the turbulent environment brought about by the pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the financial performance of MSMEs in Umbulharjo District, Yogyakarta can be improved through financial literacy, financial inclusion, and entrepreneurial orientation. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 130 MSMEs in the Umbulharjo area. The data obtained were analyzed using the Smartpls application version 4. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy has a significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs, while financial inclusion does not have a significant effect. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial orientation is proven to have a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs in Umbulharjo.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to empirically test the profit balance of stock prices, stock trading volume and return on invested capital (ROI). This research method used quantitative linear regression analysis using SPSS IBM 20. The information comes from the quarterly financial reports listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the years 2018-2020. The results of the F-test show that the earnings ratio, stock market trading volume and return on invested capital (ROI) have a significant impact on stock prices. At the same time, the t-test shows that profit balance, stock trading volume and return on invested capital (ROI) partially significantly affect stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of company size, capital structure, and profitability on company value in logistics and delivery companies listed on the IDX during the period 2019-2023. The variables tested in this study consist of company size, capital structure, and profitability as independent variables and company value as the dependent variable. This study uses a quantitative research type with sampling using the purposive sampling method, resulting in 9 companies that meet certain criteria, such as having complete financial reports. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis to measure the direct effect. All analyses are carried out with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that company size has a negative effect on company value, capital structure has a negative effect on company value, while profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value. The implications of this study are important for Logistics and Delivery companies in increasing company value by improving these factors.

Abstract

Firm value is an important indicator that reflects a company’s financial performance and market perception, in the metal and mineral industry, which frequently experiences fluctuations in financial conditions and investment decisions. Previous studies have shown inconsistent findings regarding the influence of liquidity, profitability, and capital structure on firm value, highlighting the need for further research. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability, and capital structure on firm value in the metal and mineral industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2019-2024. This study employed a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of each company. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 15 companies, resulting in 90 observation data points. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that profitability and liquidity have a positive effect on firm value, while capital structure has a negative effect on firm value. Simultaneously, all variables significantly affect firm value. the coefficient of determination results indicate that liquidity, profitability, and capital structure explain 99,7% of the variationin firm value. In conclusion, liquidity and profitability play a more important role in increasing firm value compared to capital structure in companies within the metal and mineral industry sub-sector.
