Abstract

Konsep sistem pendukung mengambil keputusan yang berbasis komputer saat ini berkembang sangat pesat. Banyak metode yang digunakan untuk membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kerumitan melalui proses pengumpulan data menjadi informasi serta ditambah dengan faktor-faktor yang perlu diperbaiki dalam pengambilan keputusan.Tujuan peneltian ini adalah Untuk Membuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan pemberian kepada siswa smk negeri 06 kota bengkulu Menggunakan Metode simple additive weightng. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan pada pembuatan Aplikasi ini adalah dari sistem manual atau konvensional menuju pengembangan sistem (sistem elektronik) dengan menggunakan model waterfall. Metode pengembangan sistem air terjun merupakan rangkaian kegiatan atau kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam sistem pengembangan mulai dari analisis masalah, analisis sistem aktual, analisis sistem baru, perancangan, implementasi sistem dan uji coba.Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan aplikasi Visua Basic 2010. dan didukung dengan database microsoft acces 2007 dan crystal report sebagai pembuatan laporannya

Abstract

Development of Information System for Student Disciplinary Administration (SIPS) is a system used to manage student disciplinary data, so that it can facilitate officers in recording students who commit violations and follow up on student violations. The student disciplinary information system is built using the PHP Programming Language with CodeIgniter and MySql database, the problem analysis method used is the PIECES method, in developing the system using the Prototype model. From the results of the study it is known that the data collection of student violations at SMA Negeri 8 Bengkulu City which is currently being carried out by recording student data in the book, and for follow-up violations only written on memo paper, and there is no reporting for student discipline, therefore it is necessary to build a Student Disciplinary Information System (SIPS) at SMAN 8 Bengkulu City to provide information about student violation data, which can be stored in the database.

Abstract

Academic information system is an information and communication technology that processes and integrates all information and academic administration in higher education, so that it can manage data effectively, efficiently, and integrated. Users hope that the academic information system can provide convenience starting from data processing, registration processes, scheduling lectures, managing grades, and monitoring student attendance. Universities must provide services with technology continuously, academic information systems are expected to have high availability and reliability, in order to be able to provide services to users, this is also one of the key functions in the success of the academic service process. In the strategic plan for information technology development, XYZ College will improve services in the academic information system, so as to provide service satisfaction and a better experience. This study aims to evaluate the availability and reliability of the use of academic information systems that will be used as a basis for making long-term strategic plans for the development of college information technology, and operational plans in information technology. Evaluation of availability and reliability is done by measuring the level of user satisfaction in using the academic information system at XYZ College. Measurements are made by looking at user perceptions through indicators of system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, service quality, user satisfaction and net benefits. The evaluation results are then aligned with the Availability and reliability of the system in order to further determine the level of functionality of the current system availability. Based on the results of the analysis, the current condition can be clarified. The results showed that of the 11 hypothesized relationship paths proposed, 5 were rejected and 8 were accepted. Where the quality of information, ease of use, and usefulness of the system do not affect SIADAK user intentions, then service quality and system quality have a positive effect on user intentions to access the academic information system, the variable that has the highest relative influence value is service quality, because service quality can affect user satisfaction directly.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities allow students to develop their potential in academic and non-academic fields. Good management and extracurricular activities can be an effective means to develop students' potential as a whole. This study aims to design a system to manage implementation data and evaluate extracurricular activities at SMAN 4 Bengkulu City. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) by conducting needs analysis, designing new systems, developing prototypes, and trials, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and field studies. The performance of the R&D method is a method that can be used to develop a new product or improve existing products. The performance of the R&D method can also produce or develop and enhance products produced in a system to manage extracurricular activities at SMAN 4 Bengkulu City. The results of this study indicate that the management information system developed with the R&D method at SMAN 4 Bengkulu City based on the website has been able to provide convenience in processing extracurricular data. The results of the system's performance can also improve the quality of extracurricular activity management to be more optimal, as well as from data analysis and reporting to support decision-making at SMAN 4 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Managing private school administrative data, especially data on Education Development Contribution (SPP) payments, is still a challenge for many institutions that have not implemented information systems optimally. Data collection that is still done manually using spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel has various shortcomings, including limitations in data search, potential input errors, and difficulties in the recapitulation and reporting process. This has an impact on the efficiency of the work of administrative officers and delays in providing information to related parties such as teachers, students, and guardians. Based on this, this study aims to design a web-based SPP payment information system that can help the process of data collection and management of student SPP payments more effectively and efficiently. This system is designed and built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework which is Open Source and supports the development of web applications. MySQL is a database management system that stores all student payment information in a structured manner. The performance results of the designed system have main features such as payment data input, data search based on student name or payment month, automatic recapitulation, and printable payment reports. The system is expected to be able to manage private school financial administration in a more organized, accurate, and fast manner. The final result of the study presents an application of a tuition payment information system that can be utilized by private school administration officers to improve work efficiency and the quality of financial information services to all school residents. In addition, this system can also be further developed for integration with other features such as payment notifications or student achievement system integration.
