Abstract

Sharia microfinance institution Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) is perfect for tackling economic problems on the microeconomic base. BMT uses Sharia principles and is free of riba which is banned in Islam. The function of this institution is as a supporter of the enhancement of economic efforts of micro and small entrepreneurs based on sharia systems. The objective of BMT activities that have a close relationship with the Sharia economics business, first is target result, second is growth, third is sustainability, last is blessing. Entrepreneurs should keep the orientation of this blessing to be the vision of its business, so that always in business activities always be in control of the sharia and the scourge of Allah. These four points became the main principle of BMT in its realization in the field. The role of BMT in economic strengthening is the increased employment opportunities and the application of financial systems based on the outcome in realizing equality, honesty, and fairness. By implementing the principles of Sharia and the Islamic power into real life, the spiritual values are aimed at directing and mobilizing dynamic, proactive, progressive, fair and moral ethics.

Abstract

The development of the globalization era economy in Indonesia today has encouraged very tight competition in the business world. Challenges in business competition do not only come from within the country but have also been visited by competitors from abroad with products that have high competitive quality. If the company does not have a good internal control system, the company will automatically be eliminated, so that it will also have an impact on social economic growth. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Internal Control System in an Effort to Increase Competitiveness at the Tegalsawah Village Grocery Store, East Karawang District. The type of research used is qualitative, with methods in the form of Interviews, Observations and documentation. The data analysis model used is the descriptive analysis method, which is an analysis technique by collecting, classifying, managing, describing data that is relevant to the problem being studied so as to make conclusions. The results of this study indicate that, in the efforts that can be made by grocery store business owners to manage their business optimally, one of them is implementing controlled internal control. The basis for this grocery store owner is to create balance and suitability to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in order to achieve profit.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the adequacy of accounting information system of new student registration fee in Vocational High School (SMK) Bintang Harapan Cibarusah. With an adequate accounting information system, it is expected that the school can produce reliable, relevant and complete information. The information will be used for decision making by the school and external parties. Therefore, sufficient accounting information system is needed to achieve all accounting information system objectives. This type of research was a case study. The data used in this research was obtained by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used by researchers were comparison and classification between the realization of SMK Bintang Harapan with the theory. The results of this study indicate that there were four components of accounting information system cash receipts in school: data collection, data processing, reporting, and control. that had not been fully adequate because it had not been able to support the achievement of accounting information system objectives. Components of people were sufficient. Components of procedures and instructions were unable to meet the achievement of accounting information system objectives because it had not produced reliable, relevant, and complete accounting information. The components of data was not sufficient because the data written on a ledger was data from a cash book so that the existing data become less accurate and relevant. The internal control components had not been able to provide financial and other information on time according to the tasks.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory) dengan metode penelitian berupa pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sampling jenuh. Adapun sampel tersebut berjumlah 37 responden, dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa 0,48% faktor-faktor kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja, sedangkan sisanya 99,52% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Motivasi Kerja dan variabel lingkungan kerja secara serempak tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil analisis yaitu nilai Fhitung = 0,851 < dari Ftabel = 3,240. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja menunjukkan hasil analisis thitung (-1,119) dimana ttabel (2,030) maka, secara parsial variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Amazone Dunia Rekreasi. Adapun variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Amazone Dunia Rekreasi dengan nilai hasil analisis thitung (1,273) dimana ttabel (2,030). Variabel yang dominan dan mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan Amazone Dunia Rekreasi adalah tidak ada, karena kedua variabel sama-sama tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan.
