Abstract

Pendahuluan: Hipertensi sebagai penyakit degeneratif pada lansia karena kehilangan elastisitas pembuluh darah. Data dari seksi pengendalian penyakit tahun 2018 Kabupaten Sumbawa berada pada angka 32.802 kasus dan yang mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan 10.131 kasus (31,4%) yang berarti lebih dari setengah penderita hipertensi belum mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Ada beberapa cara penatalaksanaan hipertensi salah satunya dengan ramuan tradisional yaitu air rebusan daun salam.Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian air rebusan daun salam terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia penderita hipertensi di dusun Muer wilayah kerja puskesmas PlampangMetode: Penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimental design dengan one grup pre-test & post-test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lansia di dusun Muer sebanyak 65 orang. Kemudian digunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan didapatkan 20 orang responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon signed test dengan taraf signifikan 0,05..Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon signed test, didapatkan Pvalue sebesar 0,000 yang berarti P value < α (0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan ada perbedaan tingkat tekanan darah yang signifikan antara sebelum dan setelah pemberian air rebusan daun salam.Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian air rebusan daun salam terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia penderita hipertensi di dusunu Muer wilayah kerja Puskesmas Plampang.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the customer's perception of BMT in empowering micro-enterprises and the potential possessed by businesses that have financing in Baitul mal wa tamwil (BMT) for development in their economic activities in order to provide positive, prosperous and of course more Independent things.This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive study. The data of this research is teken from primary data, namely customer perceptions and secondary statements that can be trusted. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews (interviews), observation and documentation with the parties involved as well as information from books, articles, journals and theses.The results showed that the Baitul mal wa tamwil (BMT) capem Gending has an important role in empowering micro-enterprise, namely in term of financing provided in accordance with the Shari'a and work operasional contracts in service cooperatives where students make members feel satisfied and the requirements are easy, unlike other institutions. other finance BMT assists in the development of micro enterprises for customer.

Abstract

Maslahul Ihsan, 2018. Overview of Muamalah Fiqh About Buying and Selling Gold Jewelry by Swapping by Adding Exchange at Pasar Pagi Gold Shop Samarinda City. With guidance from Mr Muhammad Saleh as the first mentor and Rabiatul Adawiyah mother as the second mentor.The problem statement in this thesis is the practice of buying and selling gold jewelry by way of trade-in the Pasar Pagi of Samarinda City and the practice of buying and selling gold jewelry that is in accordance with muamalah fiqh. This thesis uses a research method with a type of field research. The data source of this research is gold sellers and buyers as primary data and secondary data taken from books, articles and internet data and literature related to this thesis. The research technique used is observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using a qualitative descriptive approach.The results of the study the practice of adding gold jewelry in four gold shops in the Pasar Pagi of Samarinda City. In practice consumers come with gold jewelry that has been used with the intention of buying new jewelry in accordance with what consumers want with different sizes and there are also exchanges with same-sex and size, without any submission of proceeds from the sale of old gold then the payment method is different of the two prices and also there are additional costs given by two shop owners to consumers, namely as a cost of cleaning and gilding costs of Rp. 20,000/gram and there is also Rp. 25,000/gram.

Abstract

Terdapat kurang efektif nya pengelolaan ADD yang dimiliki desa Kota Bangun Ilir sehingga kerap mengalami kendala pada anggaran dalam melakukan pembangunan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Peran Alokasi Dana Desa di wilayah pemerintahan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara khususnya pada Desa Kota Bangun Ilir Kecamatan Kota Bangun.  Data yang digunakan dalam penelitain ini adalah Data Primer dan Sekunder. Metode yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif menggunakan model Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Peran Alokasi Dana Desa Dalam Menunjang Pembangunan Desa di Desa Kota Bangun Ilir Kecamatan Kota Bangun Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara hal ini dapat dapat di katakan bahwa peran alokasi dana desa belum berjalan dengan baik, karena anggaran yang diberikan tidak seluruhnya terealisasi dalam RPJMDes

Abstract

The use of technology is increasing rapidly as the times progress and the benefits and influences produced. New digital technologies have dramatically changed the way companies interact with consumers. The development of technology that is developing rapidly today is Artificial Intelligence or AI. Artificial Intelligence is a technology developed for a long time by experts. This technology is made similar to human intelligence so it is often called artificial intelligence. The development of Artificial Intelligence is very rapid growth in the field of media and information. Recently, there began to be a development using the Artificial Intelligence model to be used as an advertising model. This advertising model was enthusiastically welcomed by the public, but artificial intelligence technology can have cultural impact and influence by bringing new globalization. For now some topics can be applied widely to the development of Artificial Intelligence in lieu of advertising models and can be proposed for future research. In the future, the development of the Artificial Intelligence model is considered to eliminate artists who have been in the world of advertising for a long time because by using the human Artificial Intelligence model more freely in regulating the model and considered more practical. Seeing the rapid growth of technology the use of Artificial Intelligence is predicted to replace human jobs in the world of the information media industry. Actually, this has a good positive impact on the industrial world because it can make production performance in the field more quickly resolved but there will be many humans who are difficult to find work because it is replaced by Artificial Intelligence technology.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Mini Market Al-Khaibar Jl. Solar system. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality, on consumer satisfaction with the Al-Khaibar Mini Market. The independent variables used are price, promotion and service quality, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 91 respondents who were students of the Islamic University of Malang class 2018. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, f test, t test and determination test using SPSS computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that price affects consumer satisfaction, promotion affects consumer satisfaction and service quality affects consumer satisfaction and simultaneously price, promotion and service quality affect consumer satisfaction. Keywords: Price, Promotion and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Riba dan bunga bank merupakan persoalan yang pelik yang tidak pernah selesai diteliti. Persoalan yang masih harus di kaji mendalam adalah ketika pengertian riba di hadapkan dengan bunga bank. Dalam penlitian ini peneliti ingin membahas riba dan bunga bank dalam konteks sosio-historis dari Fazlur Rohman, dimana Fazlur Rohman memiliki metode penafsiran yang dinamakan dengan double momvent teory atau dikenal dengan teori gerak ganda. hasil dari penelitian ini adalah riba yang harus dipahami ketika ayat ini diturunkan, adapun hukum dari bunga bank menurut Fazlur Rohman, selama selama bank tidak menarik bunga yang berlipat ganda hal ini dapat dibenarkan.

Abstract

Pendahuluan. ICD merupakan standar internasional untuk pencatatan kesehatan dan statistik penyakit baik pada tingkat primer, sekunder maupun tersier. Begitu banyak perkembangan penyakit dari waktu ke waktu yang membuat ICD terus menerus mengalami perubahan untuk menyesuaiakan setiap penyakit baru yang muncul dengan kode diagnosis penyakit tersebut. Di Indonesia, saat ini yang digunakan untuk mengkode diagnosis penyakit adalah ICD-10. Pada ICD-10 masih banyak kekurangan baik dari segi penyakit ataupun proses pengkodean yang menurut banyak orang sudah sangat ketinggalan zaman di era elektronik ini. Maka dari itu WHO telah merancang revisi terbaru dari ICD yaitu ICD-11. Perbedaan antara ICD-10 dan ICD-11 terlihat sangat signifikan. Pada struktur dasar antara ICD-10 dan ICD-11 memiliki berbagai perbedaan Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan struktur antara ICD-10 dan ICD-11 Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian literature review Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan struktur dasar antara ICD-10 dan ICD-11 Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan literature review ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ICD-10 dan ICD-11 memiliki perbedaan struktur dasar

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the public relations strategies that can be used to create a positive image of the company in the eyes of stakeholders. Companies are expected to implement CSR programs, particularly in the Islamic banking sector. For companies in the field of Islamic banking, the implementation of CSR programs becomes increasingly important as it reflects the company's commitment to applying Islamic economic principles based on Islamic values. This research aims to gather and analyze articles related to the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in enhancing the positive image of Islamic banks in society. The research method used is a literature review. The databases Google Scholar and Neliti.com were searched from 2016 to 2023 using keywords such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Company Image / Brand Image. By employing the Literature Review method, the results obtained by the author show that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays a crucial role in improving the image of Islamic banking institutions in Indonesia. The implementation of CSR has a positive and significant impact on the public's perception of Islamic banking institutions and represents a long-term investment that ensures sustainable existence for Islamic banks in Indonesia in the future.

Abstract

Teachers are a component and make a huge contribution to the educational process, where teachers become professional staff who will determine whether the learning process is good, successful and of high quality. However, if the quality of the teacher is low and unable to complete the task well, then the teacher's performance in creating a successful educational process will be difficult. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Educational Level, Pedagogical Competency, and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a survey method through distribution using Google Form with the subjects were private high school teachers in East Jakarta in October-November 2022, and the sample in this research was 60 teachers. The data collection technique was a questionnaire arranged based on instrument variables with a Likert scale, then a Validity and Reliability Test process was carried out, then Hypothesis Testing used the t test and F test with significance. From the research results it is known that the independent variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Teacher Performance). Partially, the Level of Education and Pedagogical Competency has a significant effect on Teacher Performance. Motivation does not have a significant effect on teacher performance.
