Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to find out whether there was an effect on the accuracy of exercise multiball forehand drive in table tennis extra-curricular student SMP Negeri 20 Malang. The procedure of this research covered several stages, that is: 1) the initial stage; 2) the implementation phase; and 3) the stage of data processing. The instrument used was a test of skill precision forehand drive. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. Subjects in this study were 20 students joining extra-curricular table tennis SMP 20 Malang. Based on the results, it was found that the multiball training has a significant effect on the accuracy of the table tennis forehand drive in table tennis extracurricular student SMP Negeri 20 Malang.Key words:    experiments, multiball training table tennis, forehand drive accuracy.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan atas rumusan masalah apakah ada pengaruh latihan multiballter hadap ketepatanpukulan forehand drivepada siswa ekstra-kurikuler tenis meja SMP Negeri 20 Kota Malang. Prosedur penelitian ini melalui beberapa tahap, antara lain: 1) tahap awal; 2) tahap pelaksanaan; 3) tahap pengolahan data. Instrumen yang digunakanadalah tes keterampilan ketepatan pukulan forehand drive. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler tenis meja SMP Negeri 20 Kota Malang yang berjumlah 20 orang. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan multiball memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap ketepatan pukulan forehand drive tenis meja pada siswa ekstrakurikuler tenis meja SMP Negeri 20 Kota Malang.Kata kunci:    eksperimen, latihan multiball tenis meja, ketepatan pukulan forehand drive.

Abstract

Abstract: Student Activity Improved Primary Class V Variation in Basic Motion Learning Method of Athletics Play. Athletics is one of the materials dakam pembelajran physical education in schools, both elementary schools, junior high schools and high schools. Researchers at the start of the meeting teach basic athletic motion variation in the District 04 Elementary School Dawuhansengon Purwodadi Pasuruan. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in activity of students in learning basic athletic motion variations to the method of playing the fifth grade students of SDN 04 Dawuhansengon Purwodadi Pasuruan District of Malang 04. The method used in this research is a class act through two cycles. Subjects were physical education teachers and researchers themselves. The number of students in the class of 20 students. Application of the method of learning to play on basic athletic motion variation can make learning becomes fun and increase student activity.Abstrak: Atletik adalah salah satu materi dakam pembelajran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah-sekolah, baik itu Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama maupun Sekolah Menengah Atas. Peneliti pada awal pertemuan mengajarkan variasi gerak dasar atletik di SDN Dawuhansengon 04 Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran variasi gerak dasar atletik dengan metode bermain pada siswa kelas V SDN Dawuhansengon 04 Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan 04 Kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang melalui dua siklus. Subyek penelitian adalah guru pendidikan jasmani dan peneliti sendiri. Jumlah siswa yang ada di kelas tersebut sebanyak 20 siswa. Penerapan metode bermain pada pembelajaran variasi gerak dasar atletik dapat membuat pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan dan meningkatkan keaktifan siswa.Kata kunci: pembelajaran bilingual, pendidikan anak usia dini. DAFTAR RUJUKAN BSNP. 2006. Abstract

Salah satu penyebab tingginya angka cedera atlet ialah karena perilaku atlet yang cenderung memaksakan diri untuk tetap latihan pada saat sudah mengalami cedera karena takut tidak diikutsertakan dalam kompetisi, hal ini justru hanya akan menyebabkan proses pemulihan semakin lama. Artinya para atlet bahkan mungkin termasuk pelatih belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai cara menangani cedera olahraga. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pemberian pelatihan pencegahan dan penanganan cedera olahraga kepada pelatih-pelatih cabang olahraga di KONI Kota Batu. Secara umum program ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi angka kejadian cedera olahraga serta mengurangi tingkat keparahan akibat cedera olahraga. Kelompok sasaran program ini ialah pelatih cabang olaharaga di KONI Kota Batu. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan di mana peserta diberikan materi serta diberikan multimedia interaktif pencegahan dan penangan cedera. Solusi yang diambil tim pengusul adalah sebuah bentuk pelatihan pencegahan dan penanganan cedera bagi atlet, yang disampaikan kepada pelatih-pelatih KONI Kota Batu. Untuk pencegahan cedera yang disampaikan adalah pelatihan teknik-teknik stretching berpasangan yang lebih rinci mulai dari stretching otot leher sampai tungkai kaki, sehingga para pelatih memiliki pengetahuan pencegahan cedera yang sangat detail. Secara keseluruhan pelatihan ini dapat disimpulkan berhasil dan keterampilan pencegahan cedera dapat dikuasai dengan baik oleh peserta.

Abstract

This study was designed to develop an instrument to evaluate student's attitudes in Physical Education class. It applied a systemic approach by adopting and modifying an established model implemented in developing products. The result was a set of observation format used to measure and evaluate student's attitudes, together with indicators and descriptors of student's behavior in attending Physical Education class.

Abstract

Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran, khususnya dalam merancang model permainan berbasis Teaching Game for Understanding (TGfU) yang digunakan untuk mendidik siswa melalui gerak. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di forum KKGO Kecamatan Paga Kabupaten Malang dengan melibatkan 30 guru PJOK. Metode pelatihan menggunakan model workshop dan lesson study. Keberhasilan pelatihan dapat dicermati secara proses dan hasil, yaitu tingginya tingkat partisipasi dan semangat guru dalam mengikuti pelatihan, dan dihasilkannnya produk yang pelatihan berupa bentuk-bentuk permainan yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran, serta tersusunnya rancangan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan guru. Kata Kunci: Model permainan, pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan, kompetensi guru Abstract This community service activity aims to improve the ability of Physical Education and Health (PJOK) teachers in carrying out learning, especially in designing game models based on Teaching Game for Understanding (TGfU) which are used to educate students through movement. This activity was carried out at the KKGO forum, Pagak District in Malang Regency, involving 30 PJOK teachers. The training method used in this study was a workshop model and lesson study. The success of the training can be observed in terms of the process and results, namely the high level of participation and enthusiasm of teachers in participating in the training, and the production of training products in the form of games used in learning, as well as the preparation of learning designs that are relevant to the needs of teachers.Keywords:  Game models, Learning physical education, sports and health, Teacher competence

Abstract

Students' perception of the concept of physical education is one of the determinants of success in learning. Physical activity characteristics that are dominated by physical activity are often perceived as inaccurate, resulting in a low appreciation of it. This study aimed to develop an instrument to measure students' perceptions of the concept of physical education. This research is development research involving 693 junior high school students in Pacitan, Tulungagung, and Kediri districts. To measure the validity of the instrument, the biserial point correlation technique was used with the help of Microsoft Excel, and to measure the reliability of the instrument used the Cronbach Alpha analysis technique with the help of SPSS version 23. The results obtained were the compilation of 71 statements that could be used to measure students' perceptions of the concept of physical education. Teachers can use the results of this development to measure perceptions, especially junior high school students, about the concept of physical education subjects so that teachers can prepare learning materials based on the perception data obtained. This development research only measures perceptions at the junior high school level, it is hoped that further research can involve motivation and implementation of physical education learning at various levels of education.

Abstract

Penggunaan dan pemanfaatan metode ilmiah untuk pemecahan masalah dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di Indonesia belum optimal. Konsekuensi atas hal tersebut adalah semakin banyak dan menumpuknya permasalahan pembelajaran PJOK yang belum tuntas, kualitas penyelenggaraan pembelajaran yang belum professional, dan menurunnya apresiasi terhadap keberadaan PJOK sebagai media yang strategis untuk mendidik siswa. Tujuan artikel studi pustaka ini adalah memberikan informasi tentang konsep penelitian pengembangan dalam praktik pembelajaran PJOK, agar dapat diimplementasikan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PJOK. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan analitis dan sintesis terhadap referensi yang relevan. Hasil temuan artikel ini menyajikan 4 (empat) model penelitian pengembangan yang dapat diimplemetasikan dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Model tersebut adalah: (1) Model Borg & Gall, (2), Model Thiagarajan, (3) Model Plomp, dan (4) Model ADDIE. Setiap model tersebut memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, tetapi secara essensi terdapat kesamaan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa prinsip penelitian dan pengembangan terdiri dari 3 (tiga) tahap, yaitu: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) pengembangan produk, (3) pengujian produk. Pengembangan produk dalam PJOK dapat dibuat berdasarkan keadaan lapangan yang ditemui dan potensi yang dimiliki, sehingga hasil produk valid dan praktis.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a challenge primarily for sports physical education and health learning (SPEH) since it needs to be provided using face-to-face to obtain the learning process in the demonstration, observation, evaluation, and improvement in learning motion. Therefore, this study aims to determine the learning conditions of SPEH during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study involved a descriptive quantitative method through questionnaire provided to the respondents involved in this research. The schools involved as samples are 150 SPEH Teachers in the elementary, junior, and high school levels in East Java of Indonesia. The findings indicate that several obstacles during the pandemic are insufficient infrastructure and the ability of teachers and students to implement SPEH learning, implication of this research is to provide an overview of SPEH learning patterns during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study concludes that there is a remarkable impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on SPEH learning, which suggests that in providing learning online, problems such as delivering practical material cannot be controlled properly in implementing online learning.

Abstract

Enhancing the quality of teachers has been a global challenge, and the government responded to this issue by providing various programs for teachers’ capacity upgrading This study aims at designing a professional development program for teachers of sports and health physical education in Indonesia. Using a research and development approach of Borg and Gall model, the study is to obtain comprehensive results and an understanding of the program. The preliminary findings indicate that the teachers face some obstacles in providing teaching and learning activities, although they have followed some coaching programs. The program development, therefore. proposed in this study consists of three primary documents: initiated program design, implementation guidelines, and evaluation prescription. Judgment by experts, principals, and teachers indicated that the program was proven valid, practical, and effective to be used as an assistance model for the professional development of sports and health physical education teachers in primary schools. The practical and managerial implications are also provided in this writing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the initial observations about the Soft Skill Needs for Elementary School Students through Learning Physical Education, Sports and Health in the “Merdeka Belajar” Curriculum. Subjects were 8 Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers who filled out a softskill analysis questionnaire. The results show that Physical Education teachers still experience obstacles and difficulties in compiling and designing learning or teaching modules that emphasize aspects of soft skills. The conclusion is that Physical Education teachers have difficulty and do not know in compiling or making learning tools or what is currently known is teaching modules that emphasize soft skill elements.
