Abstract

General science and religion are two areas of knowledge that have always been debated. Until there are assumptions that confirm each other. Actually what is going on in the world of education so there is a dichotomy of science like this. Historical searches of both may be able to find adequate answers. This research reveals the history of the separation of science (General and Religion) through fragments made by humans and especially colonial powers who deliberately divided the position of each science for the convenience and necessity of early detection of chaos. From history can be seen how religion is the upstream of all forms of teaching and education processes that existed in Indonesia before the arrival of modern sciences as it is today. Teachers, kiai, ustad, and teachers in certain places enlighten their communities using their skilled hands through religious studies. The basic religions contained in moral knowledge, natural knowledge, counting, philosophy, and mystical science are conveyed very clearly and unequivocally.Keywords : Dichotomy, General Knowledge, Religious Knowledge

Abstract

Komunikasi transendental dapat terlihat oleh banyak orang di objek-objek wisata yang ada di lingkungan sekitar kita, seperti upacara kehamilan, kelahiran, sunat, pertunangan, pernikahan, ucapan syukur dan kematian. Melalui penelitian ini para peneliti ingin mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai spiritual yang menjadi obyek pariwisata. Penelitian kualitatif ini akan mengungkap fokus kajian nilai spiritualitas pariwisata dalam mengembangkan konsep wisata spiritual berdasarkan kegiatan pariwisata yang telah dilakukan dengan berbagai atraksi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-filosofis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif karena bertujuan untuk mengungkap  konsep wisata spiritual yang tepat untuk wisata ramah muslim. Nilai spiritual pariwisata dalam Islam adalah pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh manusia kepada Allah SWT dalam menjalankan kegiatan pariwisata. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah menjauhkan haram dan melaksanakan yang halal, baik dalam aktivitas makanan maupun pariwisata. Konsep wisata spiritual yang dihadirkan adalah dengan selalu menggabungkan 4 (empat) elemen dalam menjalankan aktivitas, keempat elemen ini adalah pelaku pariwisata, keberadaan Allah atau kekuatan SWT dalam setiap aktivitasnya, kebijaksanaan Sumber Daya Manusia penyedia layanan, dan keharmonisan, kondisi alam lingkungan yang mengarahkan kepada getaran jiwa atas kehadiran Sang Pencipta di setiap langkah.   Transcendental communication is seen by many people in tourism objects in our surroundings,  such as ceremonies of pregnancy, birth, circumcision, engagement, marriage, thanksgiving and death. Through this research, researchers want to explore spiritual values ​​in tourism. This qualitative research will reveal the focus of the study of the tourism spirituality value and develop the concept of spiritual tourism based on tourism activities that have been carried out with various attractions. Thus, the type of research is qualitative research, using descriptive-philosophical approaches. This study uses a descriptive approach because it aims to disclose the spiritual values of tourism. In the other hand this study also analyzes the right concept of spiritual tourism for Moslem friendly tourism. The spiritual value of tourism in Islam is an approach taken by humans to Allah SWT in carrying out tourism activities. The efforts taken are to avoid the haram and the conduction of the corrupt ones, both in food and tourism activities. The concept of spiritual tourism that is presented  always combines 4 (four) elements in conducting activities, these four elements are tourism actors, the existence or power of Allah SWT in each of its activities, the wisdom of service providers, harmony and the atmosphere of natural environments thrilling the tourist actors to the The Creator in each of their steps.

Abstract

Pesantren memiliki tradisi dan resiliensi moderasi Islam dari infiltrasi ideologi radikalisme agama. Tradisi moderasi itu bersumber dari pengajaran agama yang inklusif, serta kharisma dan keluasan ilmu agama dari figur kiai. Berbagai tradisi moderasi tersebut sekaligus menjadi strategi resiliensi, ditambah dengan komitmen pesantren terhadap kedaulatan negara. Secara lebih terperinci, artikel ini membahas bentuk ketahanan Pesantren Karangasem Muhammadiyah Lamongan dari ideologi ekstremisme kekerasan agama. Artikel ini mengajukan dua pertanyaan, yaitu bagaimana bentuk ketahanan Pesantren Karangasem dari ideologi ekstremisme agama dan bagaimana bentuk ketahanan tersebut dapat berimplikasi mencegah masuknya aktor-aktor Islam radikal dalam aktifitas sosial-keagamaan pesantren dan warga sekitar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, Pesantren Karangasem merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berkontribusi dalam mendesiminasikan moderasi beragama melalui bentuk-bentuk resiliensi yang bersumber dari karisma kiai dan tradisi intelektual Islam pesantren. Kajian ini juga menegaskan, meski infiltrasi gerakan terorisme dan radikalisme agama masif terjadi, namun praktik kosmopolitanisme Islam yang menjadi watak kehidupan beragama masyarakat pesisir Lamongan senantiasa tetap terjaga.

Abstract

Peningkatan moral keagamaan di lingkungan sekolah terhadap siswa merupakan tanggungjawab sekolah itu sendiri, melalui kegiatan imtaq secara rutin. Sekolah tentu merupakan suatu lembaga yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pendidikan peserta didik untuk mencapai aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Upaya meningkatkan moral keagamaan siswa pada hakikatnya tidak sekedar mengarahkan siswa pada aspek kognitif saja, akan tetapi pada aspek afektif dan juga aspek psikomotoriknya. Berkenaan dengan merosotnya moral keagamaan siswa, peningkatan moral keagamaan melalui kegiatan imtaq merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang sangat mendukung untuk memberikan materi keagamaan yang akan meningkatkan keimanan dan ketaqwaan siswa sehingga akan meningkatkan moral keagamaan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan moral melalui Imtaq oleh guru untuk membentuk karakter siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan phenomenologik naturalistic yaitu meneliti apa yang secara alami terjadi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kegiatan Imtaq di SMAN 1 Bolo meliputi kegiatan keagamaan diantaranya ada ceramah, baca tulis Al-Qur’an, dzikir, bina akhlak hingga pesantren kilat. Kegiatan Imtaq ini dilakukan secara rutin oleh siswa dengan bimbingan guru mata pelajaran agama. Berdasarkan uraian hasil observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan di SMAN 1 Bolo, SMAN 1 Bolo telah mengimplementasikan Kegiatan Imtaq secara baik dan teratur. Melalui kegiatan Imtaq siswa diharapkan dapat memiliki moral keagamaan yang meningkat seiring dengan kegiatan berlangsung.

Abstract

This research tries to uncover the issues surrounding the controversy over the application of standardization by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia to Islamic preachers or teachers in Indonesia. This controversy has been going on for a long time, so before it was implemented, there were several changes to the name of the program in order to avoid polemics in the community. The exchange of discourse between policy makers and policy recipients is interesting for further investigation. In Michel Foucault's concept the ongoing discourse (episteme) is referred to as a power relation; which involves two conflicting parties fighting for influence. Foucault also thinks that the use of a particular standardization project is a strategy to gain power. The question is whether it is true that what Foucault points out is also true in the teaching space of religion, where so far (historically there have been similar cases in the colonial period in the 19th century) the impression of religion is far from being a matter of politics or power. In order to get answers to these questions, the researchers used a research method similar to that developed by Foucault, namely Critical Discourse Analysis or better known as CDA (Critical Discourse Analysis). This method emphasizes correcting the discourse that develops in the community, especially regarding the standardization program for religious teachers (da'i or ustad). This method also develops a way of researching by looking at the news in the mass media, where the news produces certain knowledge that is considered new. Therefore, the researcher collect data in three ways; field observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. According to the researcher, these three methods have been able to represent the same way that was done by Michel Foucault. he findings produced by the researchers are to find three factors that influence the dynamics of the pattern of power relations. Namely transparency, communication, and politicization.

Abstract

To answer these questions, researchers use research methods that are almost the same as those developed by Foucault, namely Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA. This method emphasizes correcting the discourse that develops in society, especially regarding the standardization program for religious teachers (da'i or ustad). Because religious teachers are also closely related to teaching or da'wah issues. The essence of da'wah is the teaching of the Islamic religion; therefore, this research focuses on the relationship patterns in religious teaching toward other parties related to it. Many studies have been conducted regarding power relations, especially those related to education. However, very few people have studied power relations in religious teaching spaces. This method also develops a way of researching by looking at news in the mass media, where the news produces a certain knowledge that is considered new. Therefore, the researcher collected data in three ways: media observation, interviews with actors, and documentation. According to the researcher, these three methods represent the same method used by Michel Foucault. The findings produced by researchers are three factors that influence the dynamics of power relation patterns. First, power/knowledge relations are produced by several parties. Second, the government has a strong interest in the implementation of the standardization program for religious preachers. Third, the political motive isalmost clearly seen. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini berusaha mengungkap persoalan di seputar kontroversi penerapan standardisasi oleh kementerian agama Republik Indonesia terhadap para penceramah atau pengajar agama Islam di Indonesia. Sudah lama kontroversi ini berlangsung sehingga sebelum sempat diterapkan telah terjadi beberapa kali perubahan nama program demi menghindari polemik di masyarakat. Saling tukar wacana antara pihak pembuat kebijakan dan penerima kebijakan menarik untuk diteliti lebih jauh. Guna mendapatkan jawaban atas pertanyaan tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian yang hampir sama dengan yang dikembangkan Foucault yakni Analisis Wacana Kritis atau lebih dikenal dengan CDA (Critical Discourse Analysis). Metode ini menekankan pada pengkoreksian wacana yang berkembang di masyarakat terutama soal program standardisasi terhadap para pengajar agama (da’i atau ustad). Metode ini juga mengembangkan cara meneliti dengan melihat pemberitaan di media massa, dimana pemberitaan itu menghasilkan pengetahuan-pengetahuan tertentu yang dianggap baru. Karenanya peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui tiga cara ; observasi media, wawancara dari para aktor dan dokumentasi. Ketiga cara ini menurut peneliti sudah mampu mewakili cara yang sama dilakukan Michel Foucault. Temuan yang dihasilkan oleh peneliti adalah menemukan tiga faktor yang memengaruhi terjadinya dinamika pola relasi kuasa. Yakni transparansi, komunikasi, dan politisasi.

Abstract

Malang is known as a city of education, industry, and tourism. With these three names and with the various problems that exist in it, Malang is certain to experience changes in its social relations quickly. Starting from the emergence of the assumption that there has been a change in urban society, especially the view of religion, this study focuses on two aspects, namely the perception of the people of Malang towards religion and how Islamic education affects their daily religious attitudes. The results of observations made by researchers show that the level of education of the urban community is very heterogeneous. However, they were at a fairly high level of ability. This is reflected in several answers to interviews asked by the researcher. None of them did not understand certain terms related to religious education and its elements, such as improving the quality of life, religious phenomena, and others. Therefore, this finding is very different from the previous assumption which states that Malang residents will leave their religion due to various external influences caused by the increasing arrival of urban communities, industry, and tourism.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the application of the one-stop schooling system in achieving standards for graduating students in the Islamic Boarding School Al-Ma'had Setu Bekasi. The study uses field research with a qualitative descriptive research design, while data is collected by using interviews, observation, and document collection related to the research focus. Interview techniques are used to collect data from several sources, including the school's founders, management, and students. The analysis flow follows an interactive analysis model, with the process of analysis made through 4 stages data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and deduction. The findings suggest that the Pondok Pesantren Salaf Al-Ma'had Setu Bekasi uses the One Stop Schooling System to achieve the standard characters for graduating students; ten standards have been designed. Pondok Pesantren Salaf Al-Ma'had Setu Bekasi belongs to the traditional Islamic boarding school but uses modern teaching systems and methods. In the application of the One Stop Schooling System, a teaching and educational method becomes the primary facility for achieving the character standards for graduating students. In the program, there is also an organization that serves as a support facility to help students develop their insights, knowledge, talents, and skills.

Abstract

This research explores the potential use of Roblox, a Metaverse platform, in the development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). It addresses the increasing need for innovative and interactive learning tools to effectively teach complex religious concepts such as Aqidah, Ibadah, Mu’amalah, and Islamic history. The study’s main objective is to assess how Roblox can create immersive, interactive learning environments aligned with Bruner’s learning theory and Islamic educational principles, enhancing students' understanding and internalization of Islamic values. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research uses library research methods to collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources on the use of Roblox in education. Key findings reveal that Roblox, with its features for creating simulations, user-generated content, and collaborative interactions, is well-suited for PAI learning. The platform supports Bruner’s three stages of learning—enactive, iconic, and symbolic—allowing students to gain practical, visual, and abstract understanding of religious teachings. The study concludes that Roblox has significant potential as an educational tool, offering a dynamic, holistic, and meaningful learning experience that not only teaches religious concepts but also aids in the internalization of Islamic values, thereby promoting a deeper and more engaging learning process. Integrating Roblox into educational curricula could foster greater understanding and application of Islamic teachings in students' daily lives.
