The development of digitalisation has penetrated the transportation sector. Indonesia has become a market for ride-sharing startups which has proliferated in the past three years. This article aimed to understand the hidden interests and dominance occurring in industrial relations in the sharing economy system in Grab Indonesia, especially in GrabCar services. The formulations of the problem in this paper were: whether the cause of the conflict between Grab company and its business partners reflected the company's or business partnersâ€™ hidden interests? And then, what were the implications of the conflict on industrial relations for Grab and its partners?. This study used a qualitative approach with the Verstehen method to find the deepest and intersubjective meanings of social actions. This research applied the theory of conflict, industrial relations, and partnerships. Data sources in this study were primary sources in the form of interviews and secondary sources through newspapers, journals, books and webpages. The results showed that the cause of the conflict between Grab and its business partners revealed hidden interests of the company and some of its business partners. and also, conflicts caused imbalance and dominance of industrial relations in which the company has stronger power and authority than its business partners.

Breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia is under government target. Several works of literature illustrate that mothers in Indonesia face three classic problems. First, inadequate regulation to protect breastfeeding practices, second, the massive promotion of infant formula and breast-milk substitutes, and third, discrepancies in health services. This article aimed to explore the experiences of breastfeeding mothers and to relate it to broader discourse. The study was conducted in two metropolitan cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Surabaya. Both locations were chosen because the two cities share similar characteristics, namely urban communities with dense, heterogeneous populations and rapid changes. The study is a critical discourse analysis using the Foucauldian perspective to help examine the discourse and the social practices of breastfeeding. Data were collected with semi-structured interviews on 36 research subjects. The results confirmed that all subjects recognised the benefits of breastfeeding discourse. However, the practice of infant feeding was not always related to health recommendations. The study also found three issues concerning breastfeeding practice, namely: discourse on breastmilk and biopower, failed mothers, and mothersâ€™ negotiation. The discourse on breastfeeding is recognised as a biopower discourse which is an extension of affected mothersâ€™ identities. Mothers who fail to breastfeed feel guilt, frustration and shame. They tried to negotiate this condition by asking health workers for help and arguing that the identity of the mother is not only influenced by the practice of breastfeeding. Therefore, a constructive biopower discourse is needed to implement breastfeeding practices and discourses to normalise breastfeeding practices.

Talking about body appearance, of course, cannot be separated from metrosexual men who tend to place great importance on appearance, from the way of dress to rituals in caring for their bodies. The men's body has been viewed and utilised as a commodity from the capitalist industry to rival the women's body. This study seeks to explore the discourse Erto's Men as one of facial care product for men built through posts on Instagram because Erto's Men is the face care product that appears the most in searches via #metrosexual on Instagram. The method used in this research is a critical discourse analysis on the @ertosmen Instagram post from June until August 2020. The results obtained in this study indicate that Erto's Men as a men facial skincare product builds a disciplining men's bodies by juxtaposing metrosexual representations through clean and bright skin, and with masculine representations through beard growth. So that through this representation, Erto's Men also helps build a health discourse for men through masculine concepts.

Aside from the role of family and peer groups, social media is also one of the major agents of sexual socialization in adolescents. Since it is relatively easy to connect to the internet these days, these people now have a wider access to pornographic content that could trigger them to engage in risky sexual behaviors. This review aimed to provide an analysis of the influence of social media exposure on adolescent’s sexual attitudes and behavior as well as describe limitations of the studies being reviewed. This study was based on several electronic databases namely Google Scholar, Science Direct, Proquest Health and Medical Complete, Proquest Science and Pscycholgy Journals, and PubMed, from 2011 to 2018, which revealed a total of 1351 research articles, with only 21 articles meeting the inclusion criteria and reviews. The result showed higher percentage of studies under reviewed mention the effect of social media exposure are related to sexual attitudes, behaviors, initiation and risks, as well as parental monitoring, academic achievement and gender. Conclusively, it is recommended to educate adolescents about the negative risks of social media exposure on sexual attitudes and behavior, as well as the importance of the role of parental monitoring of restrictions on sexualized media access.

During the Indonesian reformation era, Madurese politics began to see a notable increase in women participation. One indicator is the increasing number of female village chiefs, locally referred to as Klebun, who occupies the highest leadership position within Madurese villages. An in-depth interview with two female Klebuns and three informants revealed that female Klebun in Madura represents women and extended kinship interests in continuing dynastic politics. The female Klebun experienced a subaltern form of relationship with the largely patriarchal system they find themselves in, marked by coercion, threats, pressure and lack of freedom in their candidacy and village leadership. The lack of any communicated objections from the female population over these repressive actions is due to the strong dominance of patriarchal culture in Madurese society. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data used are the results of interviews with five informants. Secondary data used consist of relevant scientific journals, articles, and books. This research is conducted under the framework of postcolonial feminism.

The report study intends to examined several obstacles faced by the graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business in developing their entrepreneurship, mapping their networking, and formulating contextual intervention program in order to accelerate effort to handle unemployment problem. Data were collected by in-depth interview. After undergo editing and classification processes, data were analyzed and interpreted. The study shows that, even the economic graduates are those who have graduated from a well-known university with GPA were at least of 3.00, they generally do not have the ability and ambision to develop independent business or entrepreneurship. Various theories and experiences which were given during the study in college are generally considered to be less supportive in entrepreneurship development. In many cases, the graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business prefer to work for someone else. One of the constraint that often encountered by the graduates of Faculty of Economics and Business were the lack of capital and excessive competitor in the field. There was an urgency to improve curriculum and study activity to provide a better media for student to learn entrepenuership.
