Abstract

LKS merupakan salah satu bahan ajar yang berperan penting dalam pembelajaran IPA sehingga membantu siswa dalam mengkonstruk pengetahuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengembangkan LKS berbasis inquiry siswa kelas VII SMP. 2) mengetahui kelayakan produk LKS berbasis inquiry siswa kelas VII SMP. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan R&D dengan desain model 4D namun dibatasi pada tahap define, design dan develop saja. Penelitian ini tidak sampai tahap Disseminate karena keterbatasan dana dan waktu. Kualitas LKS IPA berbasis inquiry dinilai oleh ahli media, ahli materi, peer reviewer, guru, dan siswa. Data nilai kualitas yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif berdasarkan kategori penilaian ideal. Penilaian kelayakan produk dan respon guru siswa dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas LKS berbasis inquiry adalah Sangat Baik (SB) dengan persentase keidealan sebesar 83,15%, sedangkan penilaian dan respon siswa terhadap LKS kualitasnya Sangat Baik (SB) dengan persentase keidealan sebesar 81,45%. LKS ini selain membantu siswa, juga sangat memudahkan guru dalam melaksanakan model pembelajaran inquiri sehingga memerdekakan siswa dalam melakukan aktivitas ilmiahnya.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi yang pesat seperti sekarang ini semakin mengubah bentuk pergaulan dan sosialisasi pengguna internet dari anak-anak sampai dengan lansia. Segala bentuk informasi dapat menyebar secara cepat dan luas sehingga sulit untuk dikontrol yang berdampak positif maupun negatif. Dampak negatif dari internet salah satunya adalah cyberbullying. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan pencegahan yang terstruktur mulai dari keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mencegah cyberbullying dengan Ajaran Ki Hadjar Dewantara yaitu Neng Ning Nung Nang, Ngerti Ngrasa Nglakoni, Niteni Nirokke Nambahi dan Tripusat Pendidikan. Metode partisipatif diharapkan dapat membuka wawasan remaja, guru dan orangtua terkait dengan pencegahan cyberbullying. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa rancangan kegiatan pada tripusat pendidikan yang mengarah pada pencegahan cyberbullying di kalangan remaja.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research aims to describe the implementation of cooperative learning model type check-assisted mind mapping to improve cooperative skills of class VIIIA students of SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan Yogyakarta on odd semester 2018/2019 academic year totaling 32 students. Data collection techniques in this study use observation techniques, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the average cooperative skills in the first cycle were 71.1% increasing to 76.1% in the second cycle

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berkaitan dengan pelatihan Mendeley bagi Guru di SMP Tahfidzqu Deresan Yogyakarta. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan oleh Prodi Pendidikan IPA dan Pendidikan Fisika FKIP Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa dengan tujuan untuk: membantu kesulitan guru dalam menyusun menulis karya tulis dengan menggunakan Mendeley Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Tahfidzqu Deresan Yogyakarta pada bulan November 2017. Pelaksanaan pelatihan mendeley berupa kegiatan workshop, diskusi dan praktik. Hasil pengabdian ini berupa produk yaitu rancangan proposal karya tulis guru This community service activity was related to Mendeley's training for Teachers at Yogyakarta's Tahfidzqu Deresan Middle School. This service was carried out by the Science Education and Physics Education Study Program FKIP Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University with the aim of helping teachers difficulties in composing writing papers using Mendeley This service was held in Yogyakarta Tahfidzqu Deresan Middle School in November 2017. Abstract

Abstract Technological developments have an impact on the increasing intensity of use of electronic devices. Information can be accessed easily and quickly by anyone. Freedom of opinion through digital media is starting to open wide, as a result of which there are negative effects of the freedom to use technology, one of which is cyber bullying. This service activity aims to overcome the behavior and impact of cyber bullying through optimizing activities in the family, school and community environment known as the three education center (tripusat pendidikan). This activity method is a socialisation to prevent cyber bullying in three education center, discussion techniques on zoom meeting, using research instruments questionnaires and documentation. The result of this activity is a variety of activity designs in educational trip centers that aim at preventing cyber bullying among adolescents including by supervision, mentoring and education for adolescents. Through this activity, both adolescents, parents, teachers and community institutions gain new knowledge about cyber bullying and concrete actions to overcome this, so that the education trip center can work together optimally in overcoming the behavior and impacts of cyber bullying among adolescents. Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi berdampak pada meningkatnya intensitas penggunaan perangkat elektronik. Informasi dapat diakses secara mudah dan cepat oleh siapapun. Kebebasaan berpendapat melalui media digital mulai terbuka lebar, akibatnya timbul berbagai efek negatif dari kebebasan penggunaan teknologi, salah satunya adalah maraknya tindakan cyber bullying di kalangan remaja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi perilaku cyber bullying pada remaja melalui optimalisasi kegiatan di lingkungan keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat yang dikenal dengan istilah tripusat pendidikan. Metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi pencegahan cyber bullying melalui oprimalisasi kegiatan tripusat pendidikan dengan teknik diskusi melalui zoom meeting, menggunakan instrumen lembar kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah berbagai gagasan rancangan kegiatan pada tripusat pendidikan yang mengarah pada pencegahan cyber bullying diantaranya dengan melakukan pengawasan, pendampingan dan edukasi bagi remaja. Melalui kegiatan ini baik remaja, orangtua, guru dan lembaga masyarakat memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai cyber bullying serta tindakan konkret untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, sehingga tripusat pendidikan dapat bekerjasama secara optimal dalam mengatasi perilaku dan dampak yang ditimbulkan dari cyber bullying di kalangan remaja.

Abstract

Abstract: Development research (design research) with the 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate) aims to 1) develop interactive learning media based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) for seventh grade junior high school students, 2) find out the feasibility of interactive learning based media PBL for grade VII junior high school students. Research is limited to the develop stage. Data collection techniques use assessment instruments for several experts. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis based on the ideal evaluation category. Based on the results of the assessment of media experts obtained an average score of 64, with a percentage of ideals of 80%, including both categories. The results of the assessment of material experts obtained an average score of 59, with an ideal percentage of 81.94%, including the excellent category. Peer reviewer assessment results obtained an average score of 72, with a percentage of ideals of 90%, including the excellent category. The results of the science teacher assessment obtained an average score of 117, with an ideal percentage of 81.38%, including the excellent category. The results of the assessment of student responses obtained an average score of 68.55, with an ideal percentage of 81.68%, including the excellent category. It can be concluded that the interactive learning media developed is very feasible to use in learning. Keywords: Interactive Learning Media, Problem Based Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This Classroom Action Research aims to describe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) to increase the learning motivation of prospective science teachers. The subjects of this study were the first semester IPA Education students of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, totaling 47 people. The object of this research is learning by using the Two Stay Two Stray type cooperative model and learning motivation. Data collection techniques in this study used learning motivation questionnaires, lecturer observation sheets, and student observation sheets. Data analysis techniques use percentage scores for each indicator of learning motivation. The results of the study show that the learning motivation of prospective science teachers is increasing. The average results of observations of student motivation in the first cycle were 72.19% and increased in the second cycle by 88.03%. Keywords: Two Stay Two Stray Model, Motivation

Abstract

Science learning is emphasized on the active involvement of students to find concepts. However, limited access to the use of laboratories on campus prevents students from doing practicum. Therefore, one way to do learning during the transition from the pandemic to the new normal is by practicum using a virtual laboratory. The purpose of this study was to describe students' perceptions in practical activities using a virtual laboratory on simple electrical circuit material. The method used in this research is in the form of a survey by giving questionnaires to students who take part in the virtual laboratory practicum as many as 21 students. The technique used in the analysis uses descriptive quantitative. The survey results show that students have positive perceptions of virtual laboratory activities on aspects of learning innovation, motivation, effectiveness, benefits, and presentation of practical procedures.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi materi matematika SMP pada kurikulum Merdeka, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan materi matematika pada kurikulum Merdeka dan kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka secara sistematik. Hal ini karena digunakan sebagai studi pengembangan awal yang dilakukan untuk penyusunan LKS. Sesuai dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan, peneliti menjadi instrumen utama. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini adalah (1) merumuskan pertanyaan tinjauan, (2) melakukan pencarian literatur secara sistematis, (3) menyaring dan memilih artikel penelitian yang sesuai, (4) menganalisis dan menyintesis temuan kualitatif, (5) menjaga kendali mutu, dan (6) menyajikan temuan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari regulasi kurikulum merdeka, regulasi kurikulum 2013, dan mengidentifikasi artikel dari jurnal. Teknik analisis data mengacu pada reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi matematika yang dipelajari siswa pada kurikulum Merdeka sebagian besar sama dengan kurikulum 2013, namun terdapat perbedaan pada materi lingkaran. Untuk materi himpunan, dan aritmetika sosial belum dipelajari dalam kurikulum merdeka. This study aimed to identify junior high school mathematics material in the Merdeka curriculum and to find out the differences in mathematics material in the Merdeka curriculum and the 2013 curriculum. The research method used in this study was qualitative with a systematic literature review approach because it served as a preliminary development analysis carried out to prepare worksheets. According to the research method used, the researcher becomes the main instrument. The steps of this research are (1) formulating the review question, (2) conducting a systematic literature search, (3) screening and selecting appropriate research articles, (4) analyzing and synthesizing qualitative findings, (5) maintaining quality control, and (6) presenting finding. The Merdeka curriculum's regulation provided the data for this study, 2013 curriculum regulation, and identifying articles from journals. Data analysis techniques refer to data reduction, display, and verification. The results show that the mathematics material that students learn in the Merdeka curriculum is mostly the same as the 2013 curriculum, but there are differences in the circle material. The Merdeka curriculum excludes the study of set content and social math.

Abstract

This research was aimed to 1) develop a Science Learning LKPD based on Discovery Learning on subject materials Work and Simple Machine in Daily Life for VIII Middle School Students; 2) find out the feasibility of Discovery Learning based LKPD on subject materials Work and Simple Machine in daily life for VIII grade junior high school students; and 3) knowing students responses to the development of Discovery Learning-based LKPD on subject materials Work and Simple Machine in daily life for VIII grade junior high school students. This research includes development research (design research) with a 4-D development model. Data collection techniques used assessment instruments by material experts, media experts, peer reviewers, science teachers, and grade VIII students in junior high schools. The data analysis technique uses the quality analysis of LKPD. Based on the assessment of expert lecturers, peer reviewers, and science teachers, the average score of 4.31 was obtained with a percentage of 86.43% stating that the quality of the LKPD was very good (VG). The results of students' responses obtained an average score of 4.31 with a percentage score of 86.43% stating that the quality of the LKPD IPA Very Good (VG). It can be concluded that the developed Natural Sciences LKPD is suitable for use in learning science in schools.
