Abstract

This research is intended to find customer understanding on profit sharingconcept on BMT Fauzan Adzimah in Parepare. Customer perception onprofit sharing of the BMT shows higher rank on the level of 67%. This canbe seen in some factors: level of understanding, decision on certain object,emotional engagement and behavior because of emotion and attitude.This can happen because of the people understanding and access towardfinancing system and also the promotion of BMT. The existence of BMTFauzan Adzimah through profit sharing has provide high positive outcomein community vocation in developing micro business in Parepare.

Abstract

The existence of the contract has a crucial role in muamalah field, because there are many implications that appeared. One of them that can be an example that in Islam there is a freedom to conduct the contract by determining the condition or requirements and the form wanted voluntary and not include to the law prohibition. So, the main of contract in Islam is realised the mutual advantages among the contractors.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of Quality of Work Life conducted by Bank Danamon Syariah Makassar. Quality of Work Life is a management concern about how work can affect humans, organizational effectiveness and the importance of employee participation in decision making processes, especially those related to career, income and time. front of them in their work. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the effect of Quality of Work Life consisting of Rewards System, Work Environment, and Work Restructuring variables influences employee performance. And to find out the dominant variables simultaneously influencing. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires. The method used to test hypotheses is to use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, Adjusted R Square, and Double R Correlation. Linear regression test results, Y = 11,976 + 0.488 x 1 + 0.081 x 2 + 0.033 x 3, it can be concluded that the variable X1 is the Rewards System that has a value of 0.488 and has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables (Y), variable X2, namely Environment Work with a value of 0.081 does not have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y), variable X3, namely Work Restructuring, which has a value of 0.033, does not have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y). The results of this study indicate: based on the t (partial) calculation of the reward system, the calculated value is 3.450 and the value (sig) = 0.002 is smaller than the probability value that is 0.05 or 0.002 <0.05, meaning that the dominant reward system variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Danamon Syariah Makassar. T-test results (partial) work environment obtained a calculated value of 0.650 and (sig) = 0.521 greater than the probability that is, 0.05 or 0.521> 0.05 means that the work environment variable does not affect the performance of employees at Bank Danamon Syariah Makassar. And the t-test results (partial) work restructuring obtained a calculated value of 0.239 and (sig) = 0.813 greater than the probability of 0.05 or 0.813> 0.05 which means the work restructuring variable has no effect on employee performance at Bank Danamon Syariah Makassar

Abstract

Abstract: Along with the opening of Sharia Banking Courses at STAIN Parepare, there are some things that require an immediate answer problems, such as how the response of potential users graduates of the courses and how their appreciation of the opening of the courses as well as how their expectations for graduates of Sharia Banking Courses. This study aimed to obtain descriptive information about the responses and expectations of Islamic Financial Institutions in Parepare on the opening of the Sharia Banking Courses at STAIN Parepare as potential users of the graduates of Sharia Banking Courses. The results showed that the manager of Islamic Financial Institutions appreciation against the opening of Sharia Banking Courses very positive. Islamic banking and Islamic financial institutions in Parepare gave high appreciation to the opening of this course. The practitioners of Islamic financial institutions also hope Sharia Banking Courses graduates are able to master the concept of Islamic banking both in the realm of theory and practice. Abstrak: Seiring dengan pembukaan program studi Perbankan Syariah di STAIN Parepare, terdapat beberapa hal permasalahan yang memerlukan jawaban segera, diantaranya adalah bagaimanakah respon calon pengguna lulusan program studi tersebut dan bagaimanakah apresiasi mereka terhadap pembukaan Program Studi tersebut serta bagaimanakah harapan mereka terhadap lulusan Program Studi Perbankan Syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi deskriptif mengenai tanggapan dan harapan Lembaga Keuangan Syariah di Parepare terhadap pembukaan Program Studi Perbankan Syariah di STAIN Parepare sebagai calon pengguna lulusan program studi tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan apresiasi pengelola Lembaga Keuangan Syariah terhadap pembukaan Program Studi Perbankan Syariah sangat positif sekali. Lembaga keuangan dan perbankan syariah yang ada di Parepare memberikan apresiasi yang tinggi terhadap pembukaan program studi ini. Para praktisi lembaga keuangan syariah juga berharap lulusan Program Studi Perbankan Syariah mampu menguasai konsep perbankan syariah baik pada ranah teori maupun praktek.

Abstract

One form of business competition in Pallameang Village is the competition carried out by pabbagang. There are two dominant types of pabbagang in Pallameang Village, namely pabbagang rambo (boat chart) and pabbagang tancap (tancap chart). Both have their own characteristics as well as their own advantages. Pabbagang rambo (boat chart) more often uses the medium of boats in its operationals. Meanwhile, the pabbagang tancap (bamboo chart), is an arrangement series of bamboo in a quadrangle form that is plugged and it stands firmly on the water, where in the middle of bamboo arrangement a net is installed. The results of the study showed that the competition between fishermen in Pallameang Village is by catching fish through pabbagang tancap and pabbagang rambo. There were business competitions in different types of use of charts affects costs, as well as the results they obtain, as well as the competition that occurs on fishermen of Pallameang Village in accordance with the existing Islamic business ethics, this is based on the principles in Islamic business ethics that have been applied by pabbagang rambo and pabbagang tancap in Pallameang Village. These, based on the principles in Islamic business ethics, namely the concepts of tauhid, mandate and justice.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the relationship between ethics and competition in the Lakessi Market and identify what business strategies have been implemented as well as construct competitive strategies for traders to prioritize Islamic business ethics. This research method uses qualitative research methods. This type of research is field research (Field Research). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique used in analyzing the data is by means of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of competitive advantage for food traders that occurs in the Lakessi Market has objects in the competitive advantage strategy, namely: prices that are suitable for buyers, quality products and good packaging and service. However, in being fair, there are still basic food sellers who cheat in measuring quantities that can harm the buyer. Then in the review of Islamic business ethics on the strategy of competitive advantage for food traders in the Lakessi Market includes 5 principles, namely monotheism, justice, truth, free will and responsibility. From this principle, most of the trading activities in a competitive advantage strategy carried out by basic food traders are in accordance with Islamic business ethics, although there are still some basic food traders who practice unfair trading methods that conflict with Islamic business ethics, namely cheating in terms of weighing scales. to the detriment of the buyer.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an assessment of the perspective of Islamic business ethics on working relationships between farmers and shallot traders in the district. Baraka. The research uses qualitative descriptive methods. The research results were obtained using primary data sources in the form of interview data with shallot farmers and onion traders in Baraka District, Enrekang Regency, while secondary data was obtained based on references from published journals and scientific articles. Data analysis techniques use data collection techniques, data reduction, preparation and drawing conclusions. The research results found that the perspective of Islamic business ethics is in line with the practice of cooperation between farmers and shallot traders in Kec. Baraka. This is proven by Islamic business ethics which surround the motives of shallot traders to establish cooperative relationships with farmers. The economic constraints faced by shallot farmers in cultivating their land will of course have alternative solutions if they are able to utilize existing cooperative relationships with traders.

Abstract

The Kendari City Government began to socialise the implementation of the Healthy, Innovative, Safe, Use (S.I.A.P.) QRIS Market and Safe Program with Bank Indonesia, Himbara in several Kendari City Markets. Paddy's Market is one of the markets that has been facilitated with the QRIS payment system. However, in practice it is not as easy as discussed in theory, the majority of traders in Paddy's Market no longer use the QRIS that has been given with the main reason being the lack of understanding of traders and buyers of the QRIS Payment system. The purpose of this study is to analyse how effective the use of QRIS is in Kendari City Paddy's Market. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method that takes information through interviews. Data collection was obtained through interviews with traders and buyers at Paddy's Market Kendari City. The results of this study indicate that: : (1) The practice of using QRIS in Kendari City Paddy's Market is decreasing, many traders have started to stop using QRIS, some have not used it at all since the launch of the QRIS programme. This is due to the lack of understanding of traders or buyers in using the QRIS feature, lack of control from Bank Indonesia, City Government, related banks so that traders and buyers no longer use QRIS and switch to cash transactions as usual. (2) Various obstacles, and reasons so that the majority of traders and buyers in the market use cash more often than QRIS.
