PEMBERLAKUAN ATURAN PERKAWINAN ADAT DALAM MASYARAKAT ISLAM LEIHETU-AMBON Soumena, M. Yasin

Abstract

This research aimed at describing empirically the criteria of determining partners for life, the ways of carrying out the wedding and wedding ceremonies before. During, and after the marriage oath with all its regulation sets. These were studied stroke the approach of legal anthropology, namely, observing how to events of customary regulation operated in the empirical world, how the community members behave actually. In the behavior what roles call be seen from the various normative which to place in their surrounding.m Nowadays, in the applications of the customary in the Islamic community of Laihitu, the configuration of customary cultural an Islamic values had taken place. As the Islamic values were unified in to the application of customary cultural plastice, then at that time they were considered as customary regulation. In the terminy the partner for life, a young man shall give priority to regulation factor, descendent and should avoid endogamic system. The nature of family relationship followed by the community was patrilineal system. To carry the wedding ceremonies, there were to choices: (1) through marriage in which the husband carried off his wife to another city or place (“balari bini”); and (2) through marriage in which a young man proposed to marry a girl to be his wife (“kawin minta bini”). One of the two ways could be be done on the condition that the responsibility for the rights and obligations, legal guarantee, and legal certainty should be taken into consideration. Before the wedding ceremonies, it was claimed that both sides unite the perception in one family gathering (Bakumpul basudara). This family gatering was a unifying force for friendship and as a team of successfulness in the wedding ceremonies. The regulation that should be obeyed was the execution of contract (Ijab qabul) according to the procedures and the necessity that the bridegroom should obey the usual regulation of the time he met the bride. After the marriage oath, each family should appliciate the service of all persons taking part actively in the ceremonies by making something as standar.

Abstract

The existence of laws in the midst of society is to protect the interests of human beings that need to be enforced and implemented. In enforcement, often clash between fair and unfair, but all that is relative. Therefore, to fulfill a sense of justice, any rule of law made always comes with an explanation. However, once it was called the explanation, it often creates a new explanation for just described "pretty clear" the text of the law alone, so it still requires more explanation. Coupled with the rules that no longer fit with the demands of the times. This is where the legal discovery required by either law enforcement or interpretation of legal discovery freely outside the law. This way will give birth to the authority of law enforcement officials in the midst of society

Abstract

Sistem perjodohan melalui orang tua di Kelurahan Bentengnge, Kabupaten Pinrang yakni didasarkan pada motiv yang bermacam-macam, seperti kekeluargaan, strata sosial, kesukuan, pendidikan, agama dan paksaan. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, prosedur yang dilakukan bertahap yakni mengenalkan calon pasangan, mengkonfirmasi kemuan anak dan melakukan pertemuan antar keluarga. Dampak perjodohan di Kelurahan Bentengnge, Kabupaten Pinrang tidak semua negatif sebagaimana yang persepsi masyarakat pada umumnya. Sebab pada berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, masih terdapat pihak yang dijodohkan dan akhirnya bahagia. Hal ini tergantung dari bagaimana seorang anak berusaha untuk lapang dada menerima ketentuan orangtuanya, maka seiring berjalannya waktu mereka pun akan bahagia. 3) Analisis hukum Islam tentang perjodohan di Kelurahan Bentengnge, Kabupaten Pinrang adalah sistem perjodohan yang dilakukan oleh sebagian masyarakat Kelurahan Bentengnge Kabupaten Pinrang di dapati bahwa tetap memperhatikan kerelaan kedua belah pihak yang hendak dinikahkan. Hal ini pula dilakukan untuk memperhatikan kemaslahatan dalam sistem perjodohan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to find out if the factors that consisting of factors promotion, factors influential damage value services and factors of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri as well as to know whether the most commonly the influential between promotion , services and factors factors value assessment of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri kcp polewali .The research is quantitative research with the methods descriptive .As for the data collection was done through the distribution of the questionnaire The methodology that was used to test hypotheses is by using the practical , reliability test , normality test , of multiple regression analysis , t test , test f , the coefficient of determination ( adjusted r square ) , and correlations double .Based on the research done it can be seen that the regression equation is linear research and the worship of idols in this is y: 3,138 + 0,141x1 + 0,270x2 + 0,407x3, The results of the testing simultaneously ( f ) variable x consisting of the x1 ) ( promotion , the service ( ) x2 , and the damage the x3 ( ) led to a positive and significant of the decision of customers to use the gold pawn of significantly by 0,000; 0,05 & it .Then , the results of the test on this fact ( ) suggests that the variable t ( service x2 ) value assessment and the x3 ( ) most dominant influence simultaneously with the resolution of customers to use the gold pawn , it is spotted with significant value and 0,000 0,006; 0,05 & it .

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research using a sociological normative approach. Data were collected using observation and interview methods. Data analysis technique used is to reduce data, present data and draw conclusions. The results of this study can be stated that 1) Strategic planning of the Parepare English Center Mindset can help, assist and ease the cost of English courses. 2) Implementation of the Parepare Mind Center English Center strategy, which means that participants can make payments easier. 3) Evaluate the Parepare Mind Center English Center strategy to run effectively and efficiently. If this is related to sharia management, it is in accordance with the principles of sharia management, namely justice, trustworthiness and accountability, as well as communicative.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of Quality of Work Life conducted by Bank Danamon Syariah Makassar. Quality of Work Life is a management concern about how work can affect humans, organizational effectiveness and the importance of employee participation in decision making processes, especially those related to career, income and time. front of them in their work. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the effect of Quality of Work Life consisting of Rewards System, Work Environment, and Work Restructuring variables influences employee performance. And to find out the dominant variables simultaneously influencing. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. The data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires. The method used to test hypotheses is to use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, Adjusted R Square, and Double R Correlation. Linear regression test results, Y = 11,976 + 0.488 x 1 + 0.081 x 2 + 0.033 x 3, it can be concluded that the variable X1 is the Rewards System that has a value of 0.488 and has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables (Y), variable X2, namely Environment Work with a value of 0.081 does not have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y), variable X3, namely Work Restructuring, which has a value of 0.033, does not have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y). The results of this study indicate: based on the t (partial) calculation of the reward system, the calculated value is 3.450 and the value (sig) = 0.002 is smaller than the probability value that is 0.05 or 0.002 <0.05, meaning that the dominant reward system variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank Danamon Syariah Makassar. T-test results (partial) work environment obtained a calculated value of 0.650 and (sig) = 0.521 greater than the probability that is, 0.05 or 0.521> 0.05 means that the work environment variable does not affect the performance of employees at Bank Danamon Syariah Makassar. And the t-test results (partial) work restructuring obtained a calculated value of 0.239 and (sig) = 0.813 greater than the probability of 0.05 or 0.813> 0.05 which means the work restructuring variable has no effect on employee performance at Bank Danamon Syariah Makassar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Human Resources Development in increasing the Competitive Advantage of employees at BTN Syariah KCPS Parepare. The formulation of this problem is (1) What is the role of HRD for employees of BTN Syariah KCPS Parepare?, (2) what steps are taken by HRD in increasing the competitive advantage of employees of Bank BTN Syariah KCPS Parepare?. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research to explain the implementation of the dual banking system at Bank BTN Syariah KCPS Parepare. This research will be conducted at Bank BTN Syariah KCPS Parepare. Primary data sources are bank employees as financing analysts and secondary data sources are relevant research journals. Data collection techniques are the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman, namely reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show (1) The role of HRD in Bank BTN Syariah KCPS Parepare employees is very important, because with the existence of HRD the bank can more easily manage its employees, because it can organize, assess, provide training, and develop employees. Without HRD, the organization or bank will not run because HRD is the liaison between employees and the company. (2) The steps taken by HRD in improving its employees at Bank BTN Syariah KCPS Parepare are starting from looking for and selecting employees who are considered outstanding, providing training to employees who excel, so that employees are better trained with new things, so that able to develop new ideas or new innovations that can increase employee competitiveness.
