Abstract

Penataan sistem Drainase dan Lingkungan di wilayah pemukiman pada penduduk yang ada di kota madya Jakarta Timur merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang sangat mendesak. Terlebih di masa pandemic COVID-19 yang telah berlangsung selama lebih dari 1 tahun, pembenahan lingkungan yang bersih, nyaman dan asri adalah salah satu cara untuk memutuskan mata rantai penyebaran penyakit tersebut. Keterbatasan lahan untuk zona hijau ataupun infrastrukur drainase dan trotoar jalan tentunya membutuhkan perencanaan secara optimal sesuai kriteria teknis sesuai standar yang ada untuk mendapatkan lingkungan perumahan yang sehat, aman dan nyaman bagi setiap penghuni. Untuk itu Program Studi Teknik Sipil UKI sebagai bagian dari masyarakat akademik yang berada di wilayah Kelurahan Cawang melalui Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat terlibat dalam memberikan pembekalan teknis dalam rangka penataan lingkungan dan hunian yang memenuhi standar di kawasan seperti ini. Abstract

Earthquake Resistant Building is the main requirement for Indonesian people because Indonesia is earthquake risk prone. Surveying showed that every earthquake in Indonesia caused many material losses and fatalities. Therefore the concept of earthquake resistant building is the main requirement for community and building construction practices. There are four components that affect the performance of earthquake resistant buildings: Strength, Stiffness, Ductility and Configuration of building structures. These need to be socialized to be understood correctly so that people understand the concept of earthquake resistant buildings. Based on the observations in various regions and compared to earthquake resistant building standards and concepts, it can be shown that the failure of building structures occurs due to the poor connection details of the structural elements and structural rigidity configuration of structure elements are not in a single entity,sturdy and compact. This paper discibes some of the basics theory of earthquake resistant and standards of SNI 03-1726-2012 and it compared to the pattern of damage of the structural elements due to earthquake. Comparison of that theory to the survey results show that the damage is due to the implementation in the field is not the same as result of the concept of theory and standards of earthquake resistant buildings regulations SNI 03-1726-2012. For this reason, it is recommended to conduct a socialization program and training in the construction of earthquake-resistant buildings to the community and to building practitioners, especially the builders and foremen Hopely that the implementation of the program can reduce the risk of material and life loss due to the earthquake in Indonesia.

Abstract

abstract Indonesia is one of the areas that are at risk of earthquakes. According to the world earthquake map, Indonesia is located on an area line that is always shaken by earthquakes. The area line is referred to by geologists as "The Pacific Ring of Fire". Therefore, the Indonesian people need a house that has a good dynamic response to the earthquake. In order to understand the dynamic response of earthquake-resistant house structures that are more specific and accurate, a study of the appropriate types of materials to be used as a component of earthquake-resistant housing structures is carried out. Light steel wood to determine the most appropriate type of beam material for earthquake resistant building structures. The dynamic properties studied are related to the reliability of the beam against vibration and repeated deformation as well as the stiffness and strength of the beam structure against dynamic loads. From testing the dynamic response of the selected material, namely the structure of wood beams and lightweight steel composite wood, it was found the right type of material to be recommended as a component of earthquake-resistant residential structural beams. Abstract

Line of Balance is an effective scheduling method used on projects with repetitive work. The Line of Balance method is able to present productivity levels and duration information in the form of a line graph format that is easier to understand so that it can identify errors that occur in the progress of activities. The purpose of this study was to reschedule the construction project of the Ministry of Finance building in Bandar Lampung using the LoB method to determine the level of time effectiveness and cost efficiency, where initially the project was planned using the Bar Chart method of the s curve. Line of Balance (LoB) is one of the linear scheduling methods that allows balance of application so that each activity can continue. In this final project, the procedure carried out by this research is calculated by using the Line of Balance (LoB) method to simplify the activities so that it is easier to analyze conflicts that occur after drawing them into line diagrams. The calculation results obtained in this planning using the Line of Balance method after merging activities, conflict analysis and drawing diagrams obtained the final duration of work 270 days. while the scheduling using the barchat s-curve method takes 273 days, which means the difference in scheduling using the Line of Balance method to complete the construction project of the Ministry of Finance building in Bandar Lampung is three days faster (0.98%).

Abstract

Pada saat ini, utilisasi lapangan penumpukan di Pelabuhan Tenau Kupang relatif tinggi, sementara arus pergerakan peti kemas terus meningkat dan disi lain luas lapangan penumpukan terbatas. Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui utilisasi lapangan penumpukan Pelabuhan Tenau Kupang menggunakan metode YOR (Yard Occupancy Ratio) dan menentukan pergerakan arus peti kemas 10 tahun ke depan menggunakan metode regresi serta mengoptimalisasi utilisasi lapangan penumpukan peti kemas dengan sejumlah skenario. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa nilai YOR lapangan penumpukan peti kemas Pelabuhan Tenau Kupang sebesar102,14%. Atau dengan kata lain, kinerja lapangan penumpukan sudah melebihi Standar Dirjen Perhubungan Laut sebesar 60%. Untuk mengoptimalkan utilisasi lapangan penumpukan, peneliti melakukan sejumlah skenario. Dan skenario terbaik untuk mengoptimalkan lapangan penumpukan adalah menurunkan lamanya pengendapan peti kemas di lapangan penumpukan menjadi 3 hari.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor, tercapainya keberhasilan proyek dipengaruhi oleh peran projek manajer. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan proyek dibutuhkan projek manajer yang handal, yang mengetahui lingkup tugasnya sebagai pemimpin proyek, serta mengetahui persyaratan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Kompetensi seorang projek manajer dapat diukur oleh tiga aspek yaitu Knowledge (pengetahuan), Skill (Keterampilan) dan Attitude (Sikap). Dalam lapangan kerja kepemimpinan yang baik sangat diperlukan didalam jiwa projek manajem yang merupakan seorang pemimpin didalam suatu proyek. Sehingga fondasi awal yang baik untuk mengarahkan suatu proyek dalam keberhasilan dan berkembang lebih baik. Dalam kaitannya projek manajer pada pekerjaan kontruksi memiliki tingkat kerumitan sangat tinggi dalam mengkoordinasi pengadaan peralatan, material dan sumber daya manusia. Keterlibatan banyak pihak maupun individu dalam proses produksi kontruksi secara tidak langsung akan membentuk Supply Chain yang kompleks. Hubungan tersebut akan membentuk suatu hubungan sebagai salah satu mata rantai dalam suatu produksi kontruksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan memlalui survey menggunakan kuesioner. Sasaran responden dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang berpengalaman di bidang jasa konstruksi dan bertindak sebagai projek manajer. Pengolahan data dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu analisis faktor untuk mereduksi/ meringkas variabel yang berjumlah banyak menjadi beberapa kelompok faktor yang kemudian menjadi variabel bebas yang baru, dilanjutkan ke tahap uji korelasi dengan metode pearson correlation untuk mengetahui korelasi antara variabel bebas dengan variable terkait.

Abstract

The construction project implementation team generally consists of clients, project managers, financiers, legal consultants, design leaders (architects or structural engineers), other specialized consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, cost consultants and suppliers, who must work together effectively to realize project objectives. Under these conditions and with current technological developments, the role of using digital technology will become an important part of the effectiveness of the project implementation team. This study aims to determine the positive influence of digital technology (digitalization) on the effectiveness of the project implementation team. This research is a survey research, involving 200 company respondents, members of the construction industry professional association in Jakarta. Multiple regression was used to analyze the data. The results of the study show that digital technology (digitalization) has a significantly positive effect on the effectiveness of the project implementation team.

Abstract

Salah satu dari lokasi potensial pariwisata berada di Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai, yang termasuk wilayah provinsi Sumatera Barat dengan ibukota Tuapejat yang berada di Kecamatan Sipora Utara dan berjarak 153-kilometer dari Padang. Hal ini menjadi penyebab industri pariwisata di Mentawai masih jauh tertinggal akibat buruknya infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan serta pengelolaan lingkungan yang masih kurang tertata dengan baik termasuk kesiapan menghadapi bencana. Langkah strategis adalah dengan mengacu kepada pembangunan berwawasan lingkungan, kelestarian lingkungan dapat tetap terjaga disertai dengan meningkatkan ketahanan terhadap bencana. Tim PkM Prodi Teknik Sipil UKI berkolaborasi dengan pemerintah setempat dalam mendukung hal ini berupa bimbingan teknis dan pendampingan kepada Masyarakat dan Perngkat desa setempat di Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai untuk mempersiapkan desa wisata ramah lingkungan dan tanggap bencana. Tim Prodi Teknik sipil UKI menyediakan materi bimbingan teknis yang terkait dengan lingkungan berkelanjutan sesuai konsep desa wisata ramah lingkungan dan tanggap bencana melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat secara swadaya dan swadana.     Abstract: One of the possible tourism destinations is the Mentawai Islands Regency, located in the province of West Sumatra and has the capital city of Tuapejat in the Sipora Utara District, 153 kilometers from Padang. This is why the tourism business in Mentawai currently needs to catch up due to poor road and bridge infrastructure and poorly structured environmental management, particularly disaster preparedness. The strategic step is to refer to environmentally sound development to ensure ecological sustainability while strengthening resilience to calamities. The PkM UKI Civil Engineering Study Program team worked with the local government to prepare eco-friendly and disaster-responsive tourism villages in the Mentawai Islands Regency by providing technical guidance and assistance to local residents and village officials. Through self-help and self-funding community empowerment, the UKI Civil Engineering Study Program team delivers technical guidance material connected to a sustainable environment based on the notion of an eco-friendly and disaster-responsive tourism town.

Abstract

Indonesia has the latest seismic standard, namely SNI 03-1726-2012 which replaces the previous seismic standard, namely SNI 03-1726-2012. This study aims to compare the calculation and analysis of the result of the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) apartment in Pondok Cina, Depok based on SNI 03-1726-2012 and SNI 03-1726-2019 and find out what parameters make a significant difference between SNI 03-1726-2012 and SNI 03-1726-2012. SNI 03-1726-2019. From the comparison results, there was an increase in the parameter values ​​of SS and S1 in SNI 03-1726-2019, resulting in the influence of the parameter values ​​of SDS and SD1 which became the reference for calculating the acceleration value of the response spectra in SNI 03-1726-2019. The value of the basic static shear force in the X and Y directions in SNI 03-1726-2019 increased by 18% from the value of the basic static shear force in SNI 03-1726-2012 and the value of the dynamic basic shear force in the X and Y directions in SNI 03-1726- 2019 experienced an increase of 15% from the value of the dynamic base shear force in SNI 03-1726-2012. The basic shear force increases because the acceleration spectral design response has a high increase in 03-1726-2019 compared to SNI 03-1726-2012. Based on the control of the performance level of the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) apartment building, Pondok Cina Depok, is included in the Immediate Occupancy, meaning that when an earthquake occurs, the building does not suffer heavy damage, can still be used and the risk of casualties is very small. Performance-based planning can provide information on how the building behaves during an earthquake and the extent to which the earthquake will affect the structure.

Abstract

Gempa bumi merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang dahsyat yang sangat mengganggu aktivitas manusia. Secara geografis, Indonesia terletak di antara dua benua dan dua samudra. Seperti diketahui bersama bahwa Lempeng Indo-Australia, Lempeng Eurasia, dan Lempeng Pasifik semuanya melewati Indonesia. Potensi pergeseran kerak bumi inilah yang memicu terjadinya gempa saat terjadinya patahan atau patahan bergerak. Akibat gempa yang terjadi di Kabupaten Cianjur Provinsi Jawa Barat pada Senin 21 November 2022 jam 13.21 WIB telah mengakibatkan 268 korban jiwa dan lebih dari 2000 bangunan rusak parah bahkan hancur sama sekali berdasarkan data BMKG. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan kerjasama dengan beberapa instansi terkait untuk melakukan assessment kerusakan bangunan di daerah yang terdampak bencana gempa bumi. Lokasi yang di asses adalah desa Cikancana kampung Babakan Bandung Kabupaten Cianjur. Masalah utama adalah bahwa bangunan rumah dan bangunan fasilitas umum di lokasi ini belum memenuhi standar bangunan tahan gempa menurut peraturan terbaru SNI 1726:2019 khususnya pada sambungan sambungan.   Assessment of residential house damage after Cianjur Earthquake November 2022 Based on PUPERA Standard   Abstract: Earthquake is one of the most catastrophic natural catastrophes, significantly impacting human activity. Indonesia is situated physically between two continents and two oceans. As we all know, the Indo-Australian, Eurasian, and Pacific Plates travel through Indonesia. Earthquakes are caused by potential movement in the earth's crust caused by faults or fault movement. The earthquake that rocked Cianjur Regency in West Java Province on Monday, November 21, 2022, at 13.21 WIB killed 268 people and damaged or destroyed about 2,000 buildings, according to BMKG data. This community service activity is a collaboration with numerous associated entities to survey building damage in earthquake-affected communities. Cikancana Village, Babakan Village, Bandung, and Cianjur Regency were the locations evaluated. The fundamental issue is that this site's dwellings and public facility buildings must fulfill earthquake-resistant building standards based on the most recent SNI 1726: 2019 regulations, particularly for joints.
