Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang telah berlangsung lebih dari setahun telah berdampak pada seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Masyarakat dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan keadaan akibat merebaknya virus yang masuk ke dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Perubahan sosial akibat kebijakan baru yang harus disesuaikan telah menimbulkan masalah baru seperti kurangnya pengunjung atau wisatawan yang datang ke sebagian besar kawasan potensi wisata di Indonesia, termasuk di Desa Pademare Sambik Elen Lombok Utara. Minimnya infrastruktur menjadi kendala utama yang dihadapi beberapa wilayah tersebut, seperti akses jalan yang belum memadai untuk akses menuju lokasi tersebut. Dalam upaya membantu pengembangan desa wisata, berbagai metode dirancang untuk mengajak mahasiswa berbagi pengalaman, mengembangkan inovasi dan ide untuk memberikan solusi berkelanjutan khususnya dalam masalah lingkungan. Perguruan Tinggi sebagai bagian dari civitas akademika berupaya melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui Lembaga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat setingkat Universitas yang dilakukan oleh dosen sebagai nara sumber bersama dengan mahasiswa yang melakukan sosialisasi di lokasi, sesuai bidang studinya. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Milenial bekerjasama dengan Yayasan Indonesia Millenial Connect yang berfokus pada pengelolaan sampah diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

The problem of household waste often causes environmental pollution. Lack of education to the public about the impact of waste makes residents often underestimate it. The socialization of household waste management by sorting waste with the 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) has been campaigned since 2006. To measure the level of community understanding of this, research was conducted through questionnaires to the community in Pade Mare in Sambik Elen Village, North Lombok. Data analysis is presented in the form of descriptive statistics from the results of a questionnaire consisting of 24 question instruments with 3 indicators, namely waste reduction, waste recycling, and waste processing. The survey results show that the level of community understanding about waste reduction, waste recycling, and waste processing is good with an average score of 76.76; 76.67, and 79.03 respectively. The higher average value of waste processing is in line with the location of the Pade Mare which has many farms so that the processing of animal waste is quite often carried out by the local community. Understanding the importance of sorting waste does not automatically make people take action to sort waste because 91% of respondents still combine all the waste to be disposed of without sorting it out first. For this reason, periodic socialization to the community is needed

Abstract

Dewasa ini, ketatnya persaingan di industri konstruksi menuntut perusahaan jasa konstruksi untuk melakukan perbaikan secara terus menerus agar performansi dan dapat mencapai target perushaan. Pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi masih dihadapkan pada tiga kendala yaitu biaya, mutu, dan waktu. Apabila permasalahan yang dihadapai perusahaan jasa konstruksi tidak segera diselesaikan maka keberhasilan pelaksanaan proyek tersebut akan terganggu. Selalu terdapat kemungkinan tidak tercapainya keputusan yang diambil, maka dari itu diperlukan kemampuan untuk mengolah dan mempelajari risiko yang ada. Analisis manajemen risiko dalam suatu proyek menjadi penting untuk dilakukan karena diharapkan dapat terwujudnya sasaran proyek yang tepat biaya, tepat mutu, dan tepat waktu. Untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya risiko-risiko tersebut maka penelitian ini akan membahas analisis risiko pada proyek pembangunan Pusat Seni (Art Centre) Garut pada pekerjaan struktur. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi risiko dari proyek pembangunan Pusat Seni (Art Centre) Garut, dan menenetukan serta menganalisis respon yang paling tepat terhadap risiko tersebut dengan menggunakan metode FMEA dan Decision Tree. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 26 faktor yang menjadi risiko dari proyek pembangunan Pusat Seni (Art Centre) Garut, berdasarkan analisis risiko kualitatif menggunakan FMEA risiko yang memiliki nilai RPN terbesar adalah produktivitas menurun yang menyebabkan keterlambatan waktu dengan nilai RPN sebesar 60, sedangkan berdasarkan analisis risiko kuantitatif menggunakan decision tree disimpulkan sebaiknya pekerjaan pondasi dimulai pada bulan Agaustus yang memiliki nilai EMV terkecil sebesar –Rp1.382.116.647,24. Jika pada pekerjaan pondasi terjadi keterlambatan waktu maka akan berdampak pada keseluruhan jadwal pada proyek pembangunan Pusat Seni (Art Centre) Garut. Dari analisis risiko-risiko tersebut harus segera dilakukan tindakan yang tepat agar kemungkinan terjadinya kerugian dapat dihindari. Kata Kunci: Analisis Risiko, Decision Tree, FMEA  ABSTRACTToday, the tight competition in the construction industry requires construction service companies to make continuous improvementsso that their performance can achieve the company’s targets. The implementation of construction projects is still faced with three obstacles, namely cost, quality, and time. If the problems faced by construction service companies are not immediately resolved, the successful implementation of the project will be disrupted. There is always the possibility of not achieving the decisions taken, therefore it is necessary to have the ability to process and study the risks that exist analysis of risk management in a project becomes important to do because it is expected to realize project goals that are right on cost, right in quality, and on time to anticipate the occurrence of these risks, this study will discuss risk analysis of these risks, this study will discuss risk analysis in the construction project of the Garut Art Center on structural work. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine the risk factors of the Garut Art Center development project, and to determine and analyze the most appropriate response to these risks using the FMEA and Decision Tree methods. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion carried out, it can be concluded that there are 26 risk factors for the Garut Art Center development project, based on a qualitative risk analysis using the risk FMEA having the largest RPN value is decreasing productivity which causes time delays with an RPN value of 60, while based on quantitative risk analysis using a decision tree, it is concluded that foundation work should be started in August which has the smallest EMV value of –Rp1.382.116.647,24. If there is a delay in the foundation work, it will have an impact on the overall schedule for the Garut Art Center construction project. Form the analysis of these risks, appropriate action must be taken immediately so that the possibility of loss can be avoided. Keywords: Decision Tree, FMEA, Risk Analysis

Abstract

Planning/ design of a mature structure is very important in constructing a building. This is one of the goals of the Faculty of Engineering Community Service (PKM) held at the HKBP Resort Church of Perumnas Klender. The activities carried out are measuring and depicting existing church buildings that have stood, where these images can be used by the Church for the development and improvement of the Church in the future. The method used in this PKM is to conduct a field survey to be able to prepare measurements of the church building, then take measurements and draw the initial sketch of the church building on the first and second floors as a whole, until at the end of the activity a 2-dimensional drawing of the church building is carried out according to the measurements that have been made. in the field. This PKM activity produces two-floor dimensional plan builds analyzed by architectural and civil perspectives. Keywords: measurement and drawing; church building, Klender housing estate.

Abstract

An earthquake magnitude of 5.6 on the SR rocked Cianjur Regency, West Java Province, on Monday, 21 November 2022, at 13.21 WIB. The earthquake caused damage to residential buildings and caused landslides in vital and densely populated areas. The fault that occurred on the eastern plateau in Sarampad Village was in the form of a relatively long shift in land. Physical land shifts due to faults can be seen from shifts in Sarampad Village, where the huts in the fields have moved very far from their original position. Likewise, landslides occurred in the horseshoe area of the national road between Cianjur City and Puncak, with the slope of the surrounding landslide being quite steep on the upper slope of the highway and continuing down the slope on the side of the highway leading to the river below the surface of the road. The existence of a river indicates a layer of water close to the surface of the land used by the community and army dormitories near that location. This condition causes the soil to become saturated with water, making it a factor that causes landslides quickly if an earthquake occurs. Landslides on the ridge above the highway have been strengthened with stone gabion reinforcements placed with a terracing system. Meanwhile, the landslides under the highway have not been reinforced. Also, faults that occur on road sections transversely on the road body close to the horseshoe with curved contours need to be handled seriously
