Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi apa yang diterapkan RBTV saat ini untuk menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam industri media televisi khususnya media televisi lokal di Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bersaing yang dapat diterapkan RBTV dalam menghadapi persaingan tersebut. Dengan mengetahui peluang dan ancaman dari lingkungan eksternal RBTV serta mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimilikinya akan dapat menyusun dan menetapkan formulasi strategi untuk menemukan alternatif strategi untuk bisa bersaing dengan industri televisi lokal lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Teknikan alisis data dengan menggunakan Matriks EFE, Matriks IFE, Matriks SWOT, Matriks IE, dan Matriks Quantitative Strategic Planning Model (QSPM). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disismpulkan bahwa dalam matriks QSPM didapatkan strategi pengembangan produk yang merupakan strategi yang paling baik untuk dijalankan oleh RBTV dengan total attractiveness scores tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 6,474. Pada matriks EFE diperoleh total skor sebesar 3,330 yang menunjukan bahwa RBTV sudah mampu merespon setiap peluang dan meminimalkan ancaman dengan baik. Sedangkan pada matriks IFE didapatkan total skorsebesar 3,145 yang menunjukan bahwa RBTV mempunyai posisi yang kuat secara internal dan mampu memanfaatkan kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk menutupi kekurangan. Matriks IE menunjukan bahwa RBTV berada pada kuadran I, strategi yang digunakan dalam kondisi kuadran I adalah strategi integrasi (integrasi horizontal) dan strategi intensif (penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk, dan pengembangan pasar).

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of Promotion, Product Quality, and Brand Image on Buying Interest for Nokia Brand Mobile (Case Study on Nokia Consumers in Bengkulu City).This study study aimed to know the simultaneous effect between Promotion, Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchase Intention for Nokia Brand Mobile Phones. The object of this study was Nokia consumers in Bengkulu City, using purposive sampling method. The number of respondents in this study were 96 people. The data collection method employed a questionnaire. To analyze the data, the study used multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the form of regression equation is Y = 4,648 + 0.384 (X_1) + 0.571 (X2) + 0.421 (X3). The study results and hypotheses indicated that Promotion (sig α = 0.041 <0.050), Product Quality (sig α = 0.004 <0.050), and Brand Image (sig α = 0.000 <0.050). Simultaneously, it has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest. Regarding the three variables Promotion, Product Quality, and Brand Image have an influence on Buying Interest in Nokia consumers in Bengkulu CityKeywords: promotion, product quality, brand image, purchase interest

Abstract

This study was to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence, competence and job stress on the performance of employees at Regional Public Hospital, Central Bengkulu. The aims of this study to determine the influence between emotional intelligence, competence and work stress on employee performance, both are partially and simultaneously. The object of this study was 149 employees of RSUD Central Bengkulu, with the convenience sampling method. Data collection methods are taken through questionnaires and observations. The results found the variables of emotional intelligence (X1), competence (X2), work stress (X3) partially, and simultaneously have a significant effect on employees’ performance variables (Y). This is seen from multiple linear regression equation where Y=1,690+0.390 (X1)+0.170 (X2)-0.248 (X3). While, the multiple linear regression analysis showed its influence on emotional intelligence variables, competence and work stress on employee performance (Y), which is shown from the adjusted R square value was 0.812. This means that the magnitude of influence of variable emotional intelligence, competence and work stress is only able to influence 81.2% on employee performance variable (Y).

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine The Effect of Promotion Strategies in Social Media toward Apple Brand Mobile Purchasing Decisions Mediated by Word of Mouth Marketing on Queen iphone Bengkulu. This research used survey research methods with quantitative data analysis by using the MSI method (method of successive interval) to transform ordinal scale data into interval scale data. The population of this study were all of consumers who buy Apple Brand Mobile products on Queeniphone Bengkulu. The results of this study know that there were significant effect toward Apple Brand Mobile Purchasing Decisions Mediated by Word of Mouth Marketing on Queen iphone Bengkulu. It is better for owner of Queen iphone Bengkulu  to maintain and even improve consumer purchasing decisions by using variuos promotion strategy. Keywords:  Promotion strategy, word of mouth marketing, purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and compensation on employee performance at PT. Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch. Theresearch type used was the quantitative method. The object of the research was the employees of PT.Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch using the sampling method namely the total sampling technique. The respondents consisted of 42 people. The researcher used the data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data was analyzed using Instrument Tests. They were Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test namely Multicollinearity Test, Normality Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Hypothesis Testing namely t-test and f-test. The results show that the work stress variable has a negative and partially significant effect on the employee performance at PT. Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch. The compensation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the employee performance at PT. Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch, while the work stress and compensation have a significant effect simultaneously on the Employee Performance PT.Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at Honda Bintang Motor Bengkulu City, either partially or simultaneously. The objects in this study were the employees of Honda Bintang Motor in Bengkulu City, amounting to 56 people. In this study the authors used quantitative methods and data collection by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), and also hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 11.324 + 0.326X1 + 0.257 (X2) +e. This equation can be explained by the positive influence of each independent variable, namely Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) from R Square is 0.609, this result shows that the variable Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 60.9% while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables that not investigated in this study. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the t test showing the Reward variable (X1), the tsign value < 0.000, it can be concluded that the reward has a significant influence on employee performance (Y), the Work Discipline variable (X2) obtained the tsign value < 0.003, it can be concluded that the discipline work has a significant influence on employee performance (Y). Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the F test, the Fsign value is 0.000b < 0.05. This means that together Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Honda Bintang Motor Bengkulu City. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived trust, perceived risk, and perceived ease of use on online purchase intentions on consumers in Bengkulu City. This research was conducted on consumers in Bengkulu City. The population of this research is consumers in Bengkulu City, while the sample of this research is Bengkulu City community totaling 170 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires. Data Analysis Techniques using Descriptive Analysis, Inferential Analysis It can be concluded that all variables Perception of Trust, Perception of Risk, and Perception of Ease of Use partially or simultaneously affect the Online Purchase Intention of Consumers in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims 1) To determine the effect of service recovery on customer satisfaction El-John Pagar Dewa Branch. 2) To determine the effect of relationship marketing on customer satisfaction El-John Pagar Dewa Branch. 3) To determine the effect of service recovery and relationship marketing on customer satisfaction El-John Pagar Dewa Branch. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all customers at El-Jhon Pagar Dewa Branch. the sample amounted to 120 customers at El-Jhon Pagar Dewa Branch. Based on the results of research on the Effect of Service Recovery and Relationship Marketing on Customer Satisfaction El-Jhon Pagar Dewa Branch, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of Service recovery (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y) El-Jhon Bengkulu City. that the higher the service recovery, the higher the customer satisfaction. 2) There is an effect of Relationship Marketing (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) El-Jhon Bengkulu City. it means that the higher the marketing relationship, the more customer satisfaction will be. 3) There is an effect of service recovery and relationship marketing together affecting El-John's customer satisfaction in Bengkulu City with a Fsig value of 0.003 <0.05. .Keywords: Service Recovery, Relationship Marketing, Satisfaction,

Abstract

Given the importance of employee motivation, work motivation is one of the factors that need attention from company leaders. Problem formulation 1) Is there any influence of work motivation on employee performance of PT. FIF Curup? 2) Is there any influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. FIF Curup? 3) Is there any influence of work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. FIF Curu This study aims 1) To determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. FIF Curup 2) To determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. FIF Curup? 3) To determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. FIF Curup. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees at PT. FIF Curup has 35 employees. a sample of 35 people PT. FIF Curup. Based on the results of research on the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. FIF Curup. The tSig value for the work motivation variable (X1) is 0.002. So it can be concluded that tSig<Sig (0.002<0.050 ) means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, that the variable of work motivation affects the performance of employees of PT. FIF Curup. The tSig value for the work environment variable (X2) is 0.001. So it can be concluded that tSig<Sig (0.001<0.050 ) means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, that the work environment variable affects the performance of employees of PT. FIF Curup. The hypothesis test above can be seen for the variable work motivation (X1), and work environment (X2) the value of Fsig = 0.004. So it can be concluded that FSig < Sig (0.004 < 0.050 ) means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, that each variable has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. FIF Curup. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of promotion, distribution, production and raw material supply on improving the performance of SMEs in Bengkulu City. This research was conducted in the food sector SMEs Jl. Anggu City of Bengkulu. The sample in this study was 50 MSMEs with the sampling technique in this study was total sampling. The data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive quantitative. The results show that Promotion individually has an effect on increasing the performance of MSMEs. Distribution individually has an effect on increasing the performance of MSMEs. Production individually has an effect on increasing the performance of MSMEs. Raw material supply individually has an effect on increasing the performance of MSMEs.
