Abstract

The purpose of research to see and know the process and the results of post-harvest handling of the various varieties of rice using the Rice Milling Unit (RMU). The experiment was conducted PB on rice plant. Ase ball and Laboratory PT. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Sidrap. samples is done by taking 100 grams of grain at random from each of the varieties are varieties Mekongga, Ciliwung, Inpari 7, Ciherang, and Cisantana. Post-harvest rice by using Rice Milling Unit (RMU) that will address the quality of milled rice, rice resulting in a clean, white, shiny, and keep nourishing that have undergone the process as follows: a) The water content of dry grain harvest (GKP) is between 18% - 22%, b) storage of dry grain harvest (GKP) into dry milled grain (GKK) does not exceed 36 hours after the rice is harvested. The results average GKP processed using RMU shows the lowest water content at 22.9% which is the Ciliwung varieties. GKP higher water content, the higher the percentage of empty. The results of average quality rice Broken skin is processed at RMUshows the water content GKP all varieties together is 14%. Results Mean Quality Components Milled Rice, Variety show any degree of polished rice is the same, namely 95%. Mekongga varieties have the highest head rice percentage, ie 97% of the lowest broken rate, namely 2.8%. The percentage is the lowest head rice varieties Inpari 7, which is 79% broken rate is also high at 16%.

Abstract

Background: Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada masa pendemik covid 19 adalah melemahnya ketahanan pangan pangan masyarakat sebagai akibat dari kebijakan untuk mengurangi aktivitas bekerja di luar rumah yang befrtujuan untuk mencegah penyebaran virus tersebut. Akibat dari berkurangnya aktivitas tersebut, masyarakat yang sumber penghasilannya berkurang khususnya mereka yang bekerja selama ini harus diluar rumah. Metode: Demikian yang dengan sendirinya berdampak pada pendapatan keluarga. Disisi lain kebutuhan pangan keluarga tidak berubah bahkan cenderung bertambah mengikut frekuensi tinggal dirumah sangat tinggi. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari masyarakat yang dapat dilakukan tampak beraktivitas diluar rumah. Permasalahan yang terjadi kemudian adalah masih kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bagaimana pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan terutama sayuran dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan lahan sekitar rumah. Hasil: Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka dengan kegiatan edukasi berupa pembuatan video tentang pemanfaatan ruang sempit untuk bercocok tanam dan tata cara bercocok tanam sayuran yang efektif dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan keluarga. Kesimpulan: Video tersebut kemudian disebarkan di media dan diharapkan akan ditonton oleh masyarakat dan mengaplikasikannya rumah masing-masing.

Abstract

Suatu proses produksi dalam pelaksanaanya tidak akan lepas dari permasalahan tentang barang-barang cacat, hal ini merupakan suatu permasalahan yang menjadi faktor utama dalam proses produksi, jika proses masih banyak terdapat masalah dalam hal kecacatan produk yang dihasilkan maka proses tersebut belum terkedali dengan baik. Beranjak dari permasalahan diatas penulis melakukan penelitian di PT Bangun Kayu Irian. yang meemproduksi kayu, disini penulis meneliti pada proses produksinya salah satunya adalah pada cacat teknis. Proses pengendalian dalam proses produksi untuk saat ini adalah dengan inspection control yaitu pemeriksaan yang hanya memisahkan produk baik dan cacat tanpa ada perbaikan pada prosesnya.  Dalam hal ini mengajukan perbaikan untuk mengurangi kecacatan dengan metoda statistical process control yaitu metoda dengan proses pengendalian yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan yang berhubungan dengan pembuatan produk yaitu fungsi produksi dan insfeksi. Dan dari hasil analisis melalui pengolahan dengan metoda statistical process control dapat diketahui bahwa proses pengendalian yang dipakai saat ini kurang efektif yaitu dengan terjadinya banyak cacat pada proses produksi kayu. Agar cacat produk yang timbul dalam proses produksi dapat diperkecil, maka disarankan untuk melakukan perbaikan secara bertahap. Terhadap peyebab utama terjadinya produk cacat, supaya tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai yaitu menghemat ongkos produksi. Pembentukan tim statistical quality conttol agar dapat mempermudah dalam proses produksi awal sampai akhir sehingga kerusakan produk dapat terdeteksi.

Abstract

AbstractIn the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the lecturer leadership style on the motivation of the 2017 Department of Management Faculty of Economics and Busines University of Islam Malang students.While the sample used in this study was 84 out of a total population of 520 students. The technique in collecting this research data through questionnaires and data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the leadership leadership style (G1) of lecturers at maturity level is incapable and unwilling (M1) has a strong influence in increasing student learning motivation, consulting leadership style (G2) lecturers at maturity levels are incapable but willing ( M2) has a strong influence in increasing student learning motivation, participation leadership style (G3) lecturers at maturity level capable but not willing / hesitant (M3) in increasing student learning motivation and delegate leadership style (G4) lecturers at maturity level are able and willing has a strong influence in increasing student learning motivation. So the leadership style (G1M1, G2M2, G3M3 and G4M4) lecturers had a strong influence in increasing student motivation in the 2017 Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Isalam Malang. Keywords: lecturer leadership style, student learning motivation

Abstract

Learning Arabic is a complex and challenging process for many students. To increase the effectiveness of learning, innovative and well-structured material design is needed. This article focuses on reviewing the design of Arabic learning materials. The research analysis method used in this paper is the literature analysis method, and it is concluded that the concept of learning material design is a planning process that includes several stages. First, determine learning objectives that are focused on newly learned knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Second, choosing the right methods, media, and materials to achieve these goals and adjusting to the curriculum or competency standards and basic competencies. In this case, it is necessary to consider other supporting sources, such as relevant learning resources and appropriate learning environments. Third, conduct a theory review and have a learning method that is suitable for students. Fourth, consider availability and accessibility and Fifth, develop the design into reality through the development process. This stage includes making clear and detailed blue-print documents and conducting sample trials.

Abstract

Students are less motivated in the learning process. This study aims to observe the application of ice breaking to increase student learning motivation in class I A UPTD SDN 66 Kanjitongan Maros Regency. The research was conducted using the classroom action research (PTK) method with two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings consisting of 27 students (13 boys and 14 girls). Each meeting was carried out with four stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The results showed that student learning motivation in cycle I, obtained 66.67%, and increased in cycle II to 81.48%. Therefore, the application of ice breaking can increase student learning motivation in class I A UPTD SDN 66 Kanjitongan Maros Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine outdoor study on student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences subjects at SDN Paccinongan Unggulan. With the research problem "Is there an influence of outdoor study on the science learning outcomes of Class IV A students at SDN Paccinongan Unggulan?" The method used in this research is an experimental method in the form of pretest posttest control group design. The sample in this study was class IV A students of SDN Paccinongan Unggulan. Data collection techniques use direct observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is a test/T-test data analysis technique where the collected data will be processed and analyzed using a normality test using SPSS version 22. The results of this research show that learning that applies outdoor learning has an effect on student learning outcomes in Natural Sciences (Science) subjects. In collecting data, research uses observation, documentation and test techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence of outdoor study in learning natural sciences. This is proven in the t-test table (Independent Sample Test) with a significance value of 0.54 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or tcount > ttable (26,610 > 2,056).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of TikTok social media on student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects at UPT SDN 12 Arungkeke, Jeneponto Regency. This type of research is quantitative survey/expost facto research. Research procedures include the conceptual phase, design and planning phase, creating instruments and collecting research data, empirical phase, analytical phase (analyzing data and calculating research data results), and dissemination phase (designing research results). The research results show that the T test Judging from the value of Tcount (89.584) > Ttable (1.713) or the significant probability value of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that social media Tik Tok (X) has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes (Y). Based on student learning results and tests carried out by researchers, it can be seen that social media Tik Tok has an influence on student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects at UPT SDN 12 Arungkeke, Jeneponto Regency.
