Abstract

Penjadwalan tenaga kerja telah secara luas diteliti, namun masih sedikit model penjadwalan yang mempertimbangkan faktor ergonomi secara komprehensif. Penjadwalan tenaga kerja yang mempertimbangkan tenaga kerja bertujuan tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem keseluruhan tetapi juga menjamin kesejahteraan pekerja pada saat yang bersamaan. Kontribusi penelitian terletak pada pemodelan penjadwalan tenaga kerja yang mempertimbangkan batasan lingkungan kerja, yaitu paparan kebisingan, dan karakteristik pekerja yang diukur melalui tingkat konsumsi energi pekerja. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu kuantifikasi faktor ergonomi yang dipertimbangkan dalam model, pemodelan matematis dan pengujian numerik menggunakan studi kasus aktivitas perakitan di industry otomotif. Model diformulasikan mengunakan mixed integer linear programming, dan produktivitas pekerja digunakan sebagai fungsi tujuan, serta paparan kebisingan dan konsumsi energi digunakan sebagai batasan ergonomi. Perbandingan hasil pengujian numerik menunjukkan bahwa model penjadwalan yang diusulkan mampu menghasilkan hasil skenario penjadwalan yang lebih baik, ditinjau dari kesesuaian dengan batasan ergonomi.

Abstract

Risiko kecelakaan kerja berkembang seiring dengan fungsi waktu. Industri galangan kapal merupakan sektor unggulan Indonesia, dengan karakteristik aktivitas kerja berat dan risiko kecelakaan kerja tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamik untuk mengevaluasi sistem manajemen K3 di sistem amatan. Pendekatan sistem dinamik digunakan karena keunggulan dalam memodelkan dinamisasi dan ketidaklinieran dalam sistem. Model sistem dinamik yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pihak manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait dengan K3. Hasil simulasi model diperoleh gambaran masih kurang optimalnya sistem manajemen K3, ditunjukkan dengan adanya fluktuasi tingkat risiko, tingkat kecelakaan kerja, safety KSA dan biaya K3. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi model kondisi eksisting, dirumuskan empat skenario perbaikan dan diuji efektifitasnya menggunakan model yang telah dibuat. Hasil perbandingan skenario diperoleh hasil bahwa alternatif skenario pelatihan K3 dan pemberian reward-punishment memberikan hasil terbaik, yaitu tingkat bahaya tertangani per bulan 14,26, safety KSA 3.07 dan tingkat kecelakaan kerja 0.17 per bulan. Model sistem dinamik dibuat secara umum sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis implementasi K3 di sistem amatan yang lain.

Abstract

Indonesian people's interest in stocks and mutual funds is still low compared to other investment instruments. This study aims to evaluate the performance of mutual funds in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Markov chain is used to assess the performance of each type of mutual fund because of its accuracy and suitability for data showing volatility. The results showed that all types of mutual funds experienced an increase with a probability of more than 50% in the long term. Money market mutual funds, both Islamic and conventional, have the highest probability of increasing by more than 90%. The first passage time can indicate how much price volatility is, wherein in this study, stock mutual funds and sharia stock mutual funds have high volatility. Before conducting further technical analysis, the Markov chain can be used to choose the type of mutual fund that is anticipated to increase.

Abstract

During the ERP system design process, various risks have the potential to disrupt and hinder the ERP implementation project. This paper presents the stages of risk analysis using the HoR (House of Risk) approach. The author uses the project manager as an expert in the field of ERP system implementation. The risk analysis has prioritized three risk causes with three proposed mitigation actions. The three proposed risk mitigation for the implementor perspective are (1) learning independently as a mitigation action against a lack of understanding of concepts and practices, (2) conducting briefings to the implementor team as a mitigation action against not being sure to return to the client, and (3) reorganizing documentation as a mitigation action against unclear documentation.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting bagi perekonomian suatu negara, termasuk di Indonesia. Namun, UMKM saat ini mengalami berbagai kendala, dimana mayoritas transaksi proses bisnis masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini menyajikan studi kasus implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) berbasis open source pada sebuah UMKM kuliner (UMKM X) di Yogyakarta. Metode action design research, digunakan dalam pengimplementasian sistem ERP. Metode action design research terdiri dari problem formulation, building, intervention, and evaluation (BIE), dan reflection and learning. Pada tahap problem formulation diperoleh informasi bahwa proses bisnis UMKM X mayoritas dilakukan secara manual. Pada tahap BIE dilakukan identifikasi proses bisnis dan kebutuhan konfigurasi modul. Modul yang akan diimplementasikan untuk fase pertama adalah sales dan accounting. Fase reflection and learning dilakukan penggalian feedback ke pihak user dan pemiliki UMKM X, dimana hasil user acceptance test (UAT) menunjukkan bahwa semua skenario proses sales dan accounting berhasil dijalankan.

Abstract

The fertilizer industry plays a crucial role in assuring the food security of a nation, but it also faces significant environmental obstacles. These problems often contribute to decreased supply chain efficiency and overall industrial productivity. The industry's focus on profit maximization hinders adopting green supply chain strategies. This paper examines company q's adoption of green supply chain management (GSCM) practices. This study evaluates its performance using the green supply chain operations reference (Green SCOR) model, scoring 73.54 out of 100, classifying it as 'good.' However, there is room for improvement, especially concerning key performance indicators (KPIs). This paper identifies six KPIs that fall below satisfactory levels and offers specific recommendations for improvement. This study significantly contributes to the fertilizer industry by providing actionable insights for practitioners and advancing theoretical understanding by highlighting key overlooked indicators. Furthermore, this research also emphasizes the crucial role of government policies in stimulating the implementation of sustainable supply chain practices.

Abstract

Tarakan, Kalimantan Utara, memiliki potensi besar akan ekspor kepiting, ditunjukkan dengan tren kenaikan angka ekspor sebelum terjadinya pandemi Covid-19. Tingginya angka ekspor mengakibatkan tingginya tingkat persaingan perusahaan eksportir dalam mendapatkan kepiting segar. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemilihan mitra dan alokasi order optimal dari calon mitra yang terpilih pada produk hasil laut. Hasil analisis AHP diperoleh 4 kriteria dalam pemilihan mitra, yaitu kualitas (0,5351), pengiriman (0,2121), lokasi (0,1234) dan pelayanan (0,0782). Penentuan alokasi order optimal dilakukan dengan model multiple objective linear programming (MOLP). Penyelesaian dilakukan dengan dua skenario, yaitu menggunakan nilai supplier keseluruhan yang diselesaikan dengan LP (skenario 1) dan urutan prioritas kriteria yang diselesaikan dengan MOLP (scenario 2). Hasil scenario 1 dipilih 5 supplier, sedangkan skenario 2 dipilih 6 supplier dengan rangking teratas. Hasil analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu melakukan negosiasi kepada Supplier 2 dan Supplier 7 untuk dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksinya.

Abstract

This study systematically examines and assesses the existing literature on halal retail to identify trends and emerging areas of interest. It seeks to offer insightful advice for market strategies, policy development, and research opportunities in the ever-changing halal retail sector. The study uses a bibliometric analysis and research mapping approach, employing data from 994 articles sourced from Google Scholar (GS). The data was analyzed using Harzing's Publish or Perish (PoP) to identify current and promising research areas. The study highlights the importance of exploring these trends further and combining them with less explored research areas. The relatively limited research in halal retail over the past decade is also noted, presenting a timely opportunity for deeper investigation. Originality lies in its comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the halal retail sector over a decade. It provides a unique perspective on evolving trends and emerging research areas, offering a valuable resource for scholars, market strategists, and policymakers interested in the halal market. Practical implications are significant for market strategists and policymakers in the halal retail sector. By identifying current trends and gaps, the study provides insights that can inform strategic decisions, enhance market positioning, and drive policy development to support the growth of halal retail.

Abstract

This study addresses the issue of controlling the inventory of raw materials for pen production at PT. XYZ uses Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to minimize excess inventory. The MRP calculates net requirements, planned receipts, planned order releases, and projected on-hand inventory based on estimated demand, product structure, lot size, lead time, and safety stock.  The results categorize 20 raw material components for ballpoint pen products into five levels, determining the optimal quantity and timing for ordering and receiving each component to meet production plans while avoiding excess stock or shortages. This study concludes that the MRP method can significantly optimize inventory management, reducing the risks of overstock and stockouts in the pen production process at PT. XYZ. Consistent application of the MRP method and regular evaluation of supplier capabilities are recommended to ensure efficient and effective raw material inventory planning and control.
