Abstract

Daun galing memiliki manfaat sebagai antidiabetik, hepatoprotektor, menurunkan kadar kolesterol dalam darah, meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh, sebagai antioksidan, antivirus, antibakteri dan antikanker. Keamanan adalah suatu syarat penting yang harus dimiliki suatu obat, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan uji untuk mengetahui keamanan pemanfaatan daun galing perlu diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui LD50  ekstrak terpurifikasi daun galing  dan mengetahui gambaran histopatologi hepar mencit setelah pemberian ekstrak terfurifikasi daun galing. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ekperimental, dengan rancangan  Post test only controlled group design yang terdiri dari 5 kelompok perlakuan, terdiri dari kelompok kontrol negatif yang diberi Na CMC 0,5% , kelompok perlakuan yang diberi ekstrak terpurifikasi daun galing 50 mg/kgBB, 500 mg/kgBB, 5.000 mg/kgBB dan 50.000 mg/kgBB, tiap kelompok perlakuan yang terdiri atas 4 ekor mencit . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrak terpurifikasi daun galing bersifat sangat toksik berdasarkan klasifikasi toksisitas dengan nilai LD50  499,9 mg/kgBB, dengan gambaran histopatologi hepar mencit pada kelompok perlakuan ekstrak dosis 5.000 dan 50.000 (mg/kgBB) menunjukkan adanya kerusakan sel hepar, sedangkan pada kelompok perlakuan dosis 50, 500 (mg/kgBB) dan kontrol negatif tidak mengalami kerusakan (nekrisis) sel hepar. Kata Kunci: Daun galing, purifikasi, histopatologi hepar, toksisitas, mencit

Abstract

The fertilizer industry plays a crucial role in assuring the food security of a nation, but it also faces significant environmental obstacles. These problems often contribute to decreased supply chain efficiency and overall industrial productivity. The industry's focus on profit maximization hinders adopting green supply chain strategies. This paper examines company q's adoption of green supply chain management (GSCM) practices. This study evaluates its performance using the green supply chain operations reference (Green SCOR) model, scoring 73.54 out of 100, classifying it as 'good.' However, there is room for improvement, especially concerning key performance indicators (KPIs). This paper identifies six KPIs that fall below satisfactory levels and offers specific recommendations for improvement. This study significantly contributes to the fertilizer industry by providing actionable insights for practitioners and advancing theoretical understanding by highlighting key overlooked indicators. Furthermore, this research also emphasizes the crucial role of government policies in stimulating the implementation of sustainable supply chain practices.

Abstract

Warehouses are important in enabling and supporting the efficient execution of logistical activities. Integrating radio frequency identification (RFID) technology can catalyze innovation in warehouse operations by reducing the tracking and management of items. This study aims to identify novel research prospects for integrating RFID technology within warehouse operations. The researchers conducted a comprehensive literature evaluation by examining articles indexed by Scopus. This study has comprehensively analyzed the critical elements of each paper reviewed, including the research aims, findings, outputs, and gaps. These characteristics contribute to identifying innovative research directions in the context of RFID technology and its application in warehouse environments. This study provides a significant result, as no recent literature review on a similar topic exists. Furthermore, this literature review aims to address the existing theoretical void by building upon prior research and offering scientific contributions by presenting a complete and comprehensive literature review.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki maksud dan tujuan untuk: Mengedukasi masyarakat khususnya kelompok UMK Batari Pangkep tentang pentingnya makanan sehat dengan sumber yang bahan baku yang aman dan memberikan informasi cara memanfaatkan dan mengolah sisik ikan bandeng secara tepat. Melalui kegiatan dilakukan inovasi terhadap limbah sisik ikan bandeng dengan diolah menjadi aspic jelly yang dapat menciptakan produk yang bergizi. Kegiatan PKM di UMKM Batari Pangkep Kabupaten Pangkajenne Kepulauan pada bulan Agustus 2024. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan yaitu dengan memberikan sosialisasi serta pelatihan kepada kelompok UMKM Batari Pangkep. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM yang telah dilaksanakan yaitu memberikan dampak positive terhadap UMKM Batari Pangkep. Pada peserta pelatihan terjadi peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya hasil olah data kuesioner awal dan akhir dari peserta pelatihan. Semua responden belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan pengolahan sisik ikan bandeng dan baru kali ini semua responden mendapatkan pelatihan dan setelah mendapatkan pelatihan semua responden telah mampu mengolah, mampu menjelaskan langkah-langkah prosedur dan mampu mengenal bahan-bahan pada produk aspic jelly dari sisik ikan bandeng.

Abstract

Good work environment conditions can affect the increase in worker productivity. One of the work environment factors that needs to be considered is distraction. Noise problems not only interfere with concentration but can also damage workers' hearing and reduce overall work safety. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the noise level in the work area in the production process of a company engaged in the metal casting industry and provide recommendations that can reduce the negative impact on the workforce. This measurement uses Decibel X with a time interval of five seconds, and then data processing is carried out to determine the LTm5 value. The measurement results show that the level of disturbance in some work areas exceeds the recommended threshold, increasing the risk of worker health problems. To reduce this negative impact, the study provides the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as earplugs, as well as the implementation of occupational safety and health (OHS) socialization. This research makes an essential contribution to the management of nuisance risks in industrial environments, especially in improving worker safety and health through effective mitigation strategies.
