Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine participation in budgeting, goal clarity and organizational commitment affect either partially or simultaneously to managerial performance SKPD,  and to investigate the internal control will moderate the influence of budget participation, budget goal clarity and commitment to managerial performance SKPD, This research is descriptive kuantitatif.dan research sites are Bungo By taking 56 respondents from 60 SKPD. On the hypothesis of the test equipment is for partial t test and F test to test the effect simultaneously, while for hypothesis testing to see the effect of moderating two variables used analysis absolute difference. The study states that simultaneously all independent variables affect the performance of managerial and partially only research budget goal clarity has no effect on managerial performance SKPD, and participation in budgeting and organizational commitment influence managerial performance SKPD. Internal supervision may moderate the effects of participation in the budget, the budget clarity and organizational commitment to managerial performance SKPD.Keywords: Participation in budget preparation, budget goal clarity of organizational commitment, internal control, managerial performance SKPD

Abstract

This study aims to purpose and analyze the impect of brand image and price on costumer satisfaction (case study of Keisya Laundry in Jambi City). This type of research used is descriptive quantitative .Researchers use SPSS 16 to test the research . The sample used in this study is the result of a questionnaire totaling 100 consumer of Keisya Laundry as primary data and secondary data obtained from documentation and filling out a questionnaire. The results of the partial test obtained are,brand image not impact on consumer satisfaction. Based on the simultaneous test of variables brad image (x1) and price (X2) simultaneously impact on consumer satisfaction (y).

Abstract

Write a brief suTraditional culinary heritage is an important component of local culture and economic potential for communities. One of the traditional foods originating from Seberang Kota Jambi is Padamaran cake, which has distinctive taste, texture, and cultural value. However, modernization and changing consumption patterns pose challenges to the sustainability of traditional culinary products. This community service activity aimed to empower local communities in preserving and developing Padamaran traditional cake through training and mentoring programs. The methods used in this activity included socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The program was conducted in Ulu Gedong Village, Danau Teluk District, Jambi City, involving local culinary entrepreneurs and community members. The results showed that participants gained better understanding of the importance of preserving traditional culinary heritage as well as improving their knowledge in product innovation, packaging, and marketing strategies. Participants also developed awareness about market segmentation and promotion strategies using both offline and online platforms. This activity demonstrates that community empowerment through training and mentoring can contribute to preserving local culinary traditions while enhancing economic opportunities for local communities. Further programs are recommended to strengthen business management and marketing capabilities to ensure the sustainability of traditional culinary businesses.
