Abstract

Untuk memenuhi permintaan buku ke percetakan CV. Dunia Pustaka pada semester satu dan semester dua untuk 5 tahun kedepan adalah dari tahun 2017-2022 adalah 133.570 examplar, 134.001 examplar, 134,432 examplar, 134.862 examplar, 135.292 examplar.Untuk hipotesis anova dua jalur tanpa interaksi ini pernyataan, karena nilai F₁ hitung = 7.746,9 > 4,10 maka F₁ hitung > dari Ftabel  artinya ada perbedaan rata-rata penjualan buku dari tiap kota tersebut dalam 5 tahun. Dalam hal ini berarti H0 di tolak di karenakan ada perbedaan penjualan tiap kota dalam 5 tahun. Kota Pandeglang: Jika –thitung  < -ttabel maka ada perbedaan volume penjualan dalam 5 tahun antara sebelum dan sesudah melakukan peramalan. Ternyata: -31,809 <  - 2,776 , maka H0 di tolak. Kota Serang:  Jika – t hitung < -tabel  maka ada perbedaan volume penjualan dalam 5 tahun antara sebelum dan sesudah melakukan peramalan, Ternyata: -49,685 < - 2,776 , maka H0 di tolak Kota Cilegon : Jika thitung < ttabel ada perbedaan volume penjualan dalam 5 tahun antara sebelum melakukan peramalan dan sesudah peramalan. Ternyata: -63.478 < - 2,776 , maka H0 di tolak. Dalam hal ini hasilnya minus maka dalam salah satu tahun sebelum atau sesudah peramalan forcastingnya lebih kecil, dan dikarenakan data yang dioleh memiliki nilai yang besar maka hasil t hitung pun besar nilainya.

Abstract

Coastal land is an important asset that must be maintained and utilized by its function. Efforts that can be made to improve and enhance the fertility of coastal land can be done by applying technology and having sufficient knowledge. lack of community understanding related to the legal aspects of managing coastal laha so that the impact of inhibition of innovations that can help the economy of the local community, therefore it is necessary to understand these legal restrictions to the local community as well as a variety of innovative inputs to utilize land for industrial development. This guidance is given to all the people in Kelurahan Untung Jawa Island as additional information regarding the use of coastal land based on legal aspects and industrial development. This activity is expected to increase community knowledge and insights regarding the law of coastal land management and also increase innovation to improve home industries that are able to provide additional income for the local community. The method used in this community service is counseling on legal awareness of the community relating to the limits of the authority of the beach that can be used as well as training on utilization related to production innovation. With this activity, each community is required to know the management of coastal land and understand how to enhance the development of the tourism industry that can be done by innovating the utilization and management of coastal land.Keywords: Utilization, Coastal Land, Industry

Abstract

Indonesia is still struggling against the Corona virus to date, the number of cases of the Corona virus continues to grow with several reports of recovery, but not a few who died. This PKM activity was carried out in Central Java province which included 10 provinces with the most cases of COVID-19. This PKM activity is precisely carried out in Kalitorong village, Randudongkal sub-district, Pemalang, Central Java, Indonesia. The problem that will be solved in this activity is how to break the distribution chain of COVID-19. The method that will be used in this community service is through online counseling, discussion and simulation activities, with materials to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and Hand Sanitizer Product Design. The result is to look at the results of the questionnaire respondents who are very understanding 11 people or 45.83%, understand 12 people or 50%, lack of understanding 1 person or 4.17%, meaning that respondents can make hand sanitizer products and can be developed as business products and as a prevention of the spread of Covid-19.Keywords: Product Design, Hand Sanitizer, Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational behavior and its impact on teacher performance satisfaction at Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS) in South Tangerang City. The main issue addressed in this research is the extent to which communication, leadership, organizational culture, and organizational structure contribute to the level of job satisfaction and teacher performance. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and document analysis. The research subjects included principals, teachers, and educational staff from two private madrasahs, namely MA Jamiyyah Islamiyah and MA Al-Ikhwaniyah.  The findings indicate that organizational behavior in both madrasahs falls into a good category, with a high overall average score. Effective communication, participative leadership, harmonious relationships among teachers, as well as institutional support and recognition are dominant factors that enhance teacher job satisfaction and performance. On the other hand, the balance between workload and welfare, as well as the alignment between salary and job responsibilities, still require further attention. Overall, healthy organizational behavior creates a conducive work environment, strengthens teacher motivation and loyalty, and directly contributes to improving the quality of education in the madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture with teacher performance in Senior High Schools throughout Pamulang District. This research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational research design. The population consisted of 304 teachers from public and private senior high schools in Pamulang District, with a sample of 176 teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires developed based on the indicators of each variable and measured using a five-point Likert scale. Prior to data analysis, the instruments were tested for validity and reliability, while the data were examined through normality and homogeneity tests. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson Product Moment correlation and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship and contribution of the independent variables to teacher performance. The findings indicate that transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture have a positive and significant relationship with teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. These variables contribute significantly to improving teachers' professional performance. Therefore, schools need to strengthen transformational leadership practices, enhance teachers' work motivation, and develop a positive organizational culture to improve teacher performance and educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, competence, and work discipline partially and simultaneously on the performance of the management of Community Reading Parks (TBM) in South Tangerang City. The research approach used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study were all managers of Community Reading Parks (TBM) in South Tangerang City with a sample of 144 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale instrument that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 27. The results of the study indicate that partially, there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on management performance with a very strong correlation value of 0.933 and a t-count value of 30.873. Competence is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on management performance with a strong correlation coefficient of 0.899 and a t-count value of 24.409. Likewise, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on management performance with a strong correlation value of 0.894 and a t-count value of 23.837. Simultaneously, these variables contribute a very strong influence on management performance through a multiple regression equation model Y = 10.306 + 0.496X1 - 0.195X2 + 0.258X3. Testing the coefficient of determination (r2) shows that the contribution of motivation, competence, and work discipline together is 93.6% on TBM management performance, while the remaining 6.4% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables. This indicates that effective improvements in TBM management performance can be achieved through strengthening work motivation, developing literacy competencies, and enforcing work discipline among managers on an ongoing basis.
