Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effect of social media utilization, creativity, and emotional intelligence on student’s entrepreneurship interest in Jakarta. The type of data used in quantitative. The sampling technique was purposive sampling to 150 respondents who were included in the research criteria. The data was obtained usimg a survey method with Likert Type. The data anlysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the test results, it was stated that the utilization of social media had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, creativity had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship and emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The coefficient of determination in this study was 47,4% which showed the social media utilization, creativity and emtional intelligence on student’s entrepreneurship interest in Jakarta while unstudied additional factors affected the remainder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan media sosial, kreativitas, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling kepada 150 responden yang termasuk kedalam kriteria penelitian. Data didapatkan menggunaka metode survei dan instrumen kuesioner dengan skala likert. Dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dinyatakan bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, kreativitas berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha serta kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini adalah 48,5% yang menunjukkan pemanfaatan media sosial, kreativitas dan kecerdasan emosional memengaruhi minat berwirausaha, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Research in Indonesia is indicated to be of low quality because of the many cases of plagiarism and research jockeys which are currently still a problem in the world of writing in Indonesia. Researchers are required to always prioritize originality of ideas, be able to use research support tools and master the skills that support research activities. Based on this, through PPM activities in the form of basic research skills training, we hope that lecturers and researchers can have the ability to maximize applications to support scientific writing. This activity is intended for non-UNJ lecturers with the aim of providing basic research skills to assist lecturers in writing scientific articles to be published in international journals. This activity has three achievement targets, namely the ability of partners to increase in terms of applying Mendeley software, avoiding plagiarism using paraphrase and using the Grammarly application. This activity is carried out in the form of training through the Zoom application and Whatsapp Group as a means of supporting information.  ---  Penelitian di Indonesia terindikasi belum berkualitas karena banyaknya kasus plagiasi maupun joki penelitian yang saat ini masih menjadi permasalahan dalam dunia karya tulis di Indonesia. Peneliti dituntut untuk selalu mengedepankan orisinalitas ide, mampu menggunakan perangkat penunjang penelitian dan menguasai keterampilan-keterampilan yang menunjang aktivitas peneltian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, melalui kegiatan PPM berupa pelatihan keterampilan dasar penelitian ini kami berharap dosen maupun para peneliti dapat memiliki kemampuan dalam memaksimalkan aplikasi-aplikasi penunjang penulisan karya ilmiah. Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk para dosen non-UNJ dengan tujuan memberikan keterampilan dasar penelitian untuk membantu para dosen dalam melakukan penulisan artikel ilmiah yang akan diterbitkan di jurnal internasional. Kegiatan ini memiliki tiga target capaian yaitu kemampuan mitra bertambah dalam hal pengaplikasian software Mendeley, menghindari plagiasi menggunakan Paraphrase dan menggunakan aplikasi Grammarly. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan melalui aplikasi zoom dan Whatsapp Group sebagai sarana informasi pendukung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur unsur-unsur yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa di SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data dengan skala likert. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 275 responden. Model penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data ialah SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, variabel penggunaan media sosial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai 0,520 dan t hitung > t tabel (10,186 > 1,696) sedangkan variabel lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai 0,340 dan t hitung > t tabel (7,014 > 1,969).

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the direct and indirect influence of internet learning media variables as independent variables and learning activities as intervening variables on student learning outcomes as dependent variables. The method used is a quantitative method. The population of this study consisted of class X students at SMAN 4 Depok in Economics subjects with a sample size of 204 students. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires with 5 alternative answers which were measured using a Likert scale with 11 statements and distributed using Google Forms and secondary data in the form of grades obtained in economics subjects. The data analysis technique uses path analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that: (1) Internet learning media has a direct effect on student learning outcomes, (2) learning activities have a direct effect on student learning outcomes (3) Internet learning media has a direct effect on learning activities (4) Internet learning media through learning activities has an indirect effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze "The Effect of Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, and Self-Control on Saving Behavior (Case Study of Generation Z Communities in DKI Jakarta)". The problem that often occurs is that generation Z usually uses their income only for consumption and not for saving. The method used in this research is quantitative. This study uses Primary data by distributing questionnaires through Google forms distributed on social media. The tests used in this study are prerequisite analysis test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study explain that financial literacy affects saving behavior, financial inclusion has no effect on saving behavior, self-control affects saving behavior, and financial literacy, financial inclusion, and self-control have a simultaneous or joint effect on saving behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar dan kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 250 responden pada kelas X di SMA Negeri 14 Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 154 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis yaitu dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, analisis jalur dan sobel test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Kebiasaan belajar menunjukkan hasil yang positif terhadap hasil belajar. Motivasi Belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar. Lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar. Kebiasaan belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar. Lingkungan belajar berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap hasil belajar melalui mediasi motivasi belajar. Kebiasaan belajar memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap hasil belajar melalui mediasi motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menjelaskan hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 14 Jakarta dapat dikembangkan melalui lingkungan belajar, kebiasaan belajar, dan motivasi belajar yang baik.

Abstract

The development of e-modules was carried out to become a learning medium that can be used as a learning resource for students. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using e-modules on learning outcomes in financial services institution material. This research is development research or Research and Development with the ADDIE development model. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis and unpaired t-test. The research subjects were one material expert, one language expert, one media expert, two panelists, and students. The research population was class X students of SMA Negeri 14 Jakarta. The sample used was non-random sampling using a deliberate sampling technique and class X-2 was obtained as the experimental class while the control class was class X-4. The results of this research include 1) the validation results of the e-module based on visual media using Canva are valid as shown by the material expert validation score of 83.75%, the media expert obtained a score of 94.5%, the linguist obtained a score of 94.3%, the panelists I was 92%, and panelist II obtained a score of 91% with all scores included in the "appropriate" category for use; 2 the significance of the unpaired t test is 0.002 < 0.05 >   is 3.30 > 1.66, which means there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class. Based on these results, it shows that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between the experimental class using e-modules and those not using e-modules in the control class.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and digital entrepreneurial intentions, as well as investigate the mediating role of entrepreneurship education and the moderating role of social media. This research used primary data obtained from 154 students in Jakarta of Indonesia, through a self-administered survey with online questionnaires. The retrieved data were further analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with Smart-PLS 4.0. The research results indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of financial literacy and entrepreneurship education on digital entrepreneurial intentions among students. In addition, entrepreneurship education has been confirmed to mediate the linkage between financial literacy and digital entrepreneurial intentions. Meanwhile, social media failed in mediating the influence of financial literacy and entrepreneurship education on digital entrepreneurial intentions. This proves that digital literacy is essential for almost every aspect of education, allowing potential entrepreneurs to take advantage of technological developments and offering valuable insights for designing targeted interventions and policies to foster a more robust digital entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Abstract

Technology has an important role, because it can improve the quality of education. The use of online media in the e-learning process is very important for transferring knowledge and can increase the effectiveness of online learning. Students who have high learning motivation are able to control their ability to learn independently. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning and online media on learning independence mediated by learning motivation to explain this relationship. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The sample used was 181 grade 11 high school students. The data in this study are primary data using a Likert scale. Sampling using proportional random. Data analysis technique used SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of the study stated that the Effectiveness of Online Learning had a positive and significant effect on Learning Independence, the Effectiveness of Online Learning had a positive and significant effect on Learning Motivation, Online Media had a positive and significant effect on Online Learning Effectiveness, Online Media had a positive and significant effect on Learning Independence, Online media has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning independence. The effectiveness of online learning has an effect on learning independence through learning motivation. Online media has a positive effect on learning independence through learning motivation. This research is an input for teachers to motivate students to learn independently and develop technological innovation and improve student learning abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, describe, and analyze the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) as an effort to overcome learning loss in Economics for 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 16 Bekasi during the 2025/2026 academic year. Furthermore, this research also aims to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of PjBL. The research results indicate that the implementation of PjBL at SMA Negeri 16 Bekasi is structured, starting from thorough planning (coordination meetings, team formation, module development) to student-centered implementation. PjBL proved effective in increasing active student engagement, learning motivation, critical thinking skills, and collaboration, as well as helping students apply economic theories in real-world contexts. This significantly minimized the occurrence of learning loss. Key supporting factors include the support of the Merdeka curriculum, the school's commitment, the active role of teachers, student enthusiasm, collaboration, and tangible project outcomes. However, there were also inhibiting factors such as time constraints, differences of opinion within student groups, limited facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of coordination among students.
