Abstract

Strategi pemasaran mempunyai peran penting bagi UMKM. Peran penting dari strategi pemasaran yang tepat akan mampu meningkatkan daya saing produk yang dihasilkan UMKM. Dalam upaya menuyusun strategi pemasaran dibutuhkan informasi yang lengkap berkaitan dengan pasar, konsumen maupun produk yang dibutuhkan. Tidak adanya informasi yang mendukung dalam penentuan strategi pemasaran tentu saja membuat UMKM sulit bersaing.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran dalam upaya peningkatan daya saing UMKM. Metode analisis: menggunakan pendekatan dekriptif dengan metode kualitatif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, Wilayah pemasaran produk yang dipilih pada industri keripik pisang Tunas Metro adalah wilayah Metro dan sekitarnya Hal ini disebabkan keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki home industri kripik pisang tunas. strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh home industri kripik hanya dengan kedekatan personal maupun penjualan yang ada di toko saja. Minimnya kemampuan pemahaman dan pengelolaan dari segi digital atau e-commarace yang membuat pemilik belum memanfaatkan media yang ada secara optimal.  Berdasarkan analisis SWOT yang dilakukan pada UKM keripik pisang tunas Metro, maka beberapa strategi telah dirumuskan dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing diantaranya sebagai berikut; Mempertahankan harga  dan kualitas produk untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen; Menjalin kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan untuk memperluas wilayah pemasaran; Meningkatkan jumlah produksi menjelang musim kemarau; Menjaga kualitas produk; merubah desain kemasan supaya lebih menarik konsumen; Memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi sebagai sarana promosi; Meningkatan modal usaha untuk memperluas wilayah pemasaran dan menambah jumlah produksi; Melakukan perluasan wilayah pemasaran dan melakukan promosi untuk menarik konsumen.

Abstract

Daya saing produk dapat ditingkatkan dengan menerapkan strategi penjualan. Revolusi industri 4.0 perkembangan teknologi terlihat dengan adanya computer yang memliki kemampuan luar biasa. Perkembangan teknologi bisa dimanfaatkan untuk menambah jumlah produk dan memperluas wilayah penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui strategi UMKM di era industri 4.0. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yang akan dianalisis dengan metode deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi tepat yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada UMKM “Cemal-Cemil Lampung” adalah: strategi SO: memperbanyak media promosi, menambah jumlah produk  Frozen Food, menggunakan berbagai jasa pengiriman barang, aktif melakukan promosi dengan prinsip “makanan enak, non MSG” untuk meningkatkan minat konsumen untuk membeli. Strategi WO: aktif dalam mempromosikan produk yang dimiliki dengan berbagai media supaya produk bisa lebih dikenal di kalangan masyarakat luas, mencari tambahan modal untuk dapat digunakan untuk peningkatan unit usaha dalam hal jumlah barang yang diproduksi, tempat penyimpanan produk serta alat-alat yang digunakan untuk produksi, penambahan jumlah karyawan dan setiap karyawan bertanggung jawab terhadap tupoksi sehingga unit usaha bisa berjalan dengan optimal. Strategi ST: membuat produk dengan jumlah banyak sehingga harga jual bisa diturunkan, tetap menjaga kualitas produk yang memiliki varian rasa yang beraneka ragam dan varian produk yang banyak. Strategi WT: mengoptimalkan proses produksi sehingga mampu meminimalisir produk yang rusak serta mampu mengurangi harga produk.

Abstract

Critical thinking skill is a cognitive process involving one's mind to integrate knowledge in analysing information and determining solutions to existing problems according to data and facts to produce the right decisions. This study aimed to determine whether emotional intelligence and self-efficacy affect the critical thinking skills of XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 41 Jakarta in economics. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory survey method. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling with a sample of 84 class XI IPS SMAN 41 Jakarta students. The data collection for emotional intelligence and self-efficacy using a questionnaire, while the critical thinking skills using an objective assessment test. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills, and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills. Emotional intelligence and self-efficacy simultaneously positively and significantly affect students' critical thinking skills. This study's results imply that students' emotional intelligence and self-efficacy can improve their critical thinking skills

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of risk perceptions, return expectations, and behavioral motivation on investment decisions. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling through purposive sampling. This study uses primary data sources in the form of questionnaires with a population of 109 student investors, with a sample based on the criteria of 100 active student investors registered in the GIBEI FE UNJ, KSPM FEB UPNVJ, and CMSS PNJ investment gallery. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, which is measured using SPSS v.25 software. The multiple linear regression analysis in this study includes a prerequisite test. The analysis shows that the data are normally distributed, linear, and there is no heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The feasibility test of the regression model, namely the F test, shows that the regression model is declared feasible. The coefficient of determination is the Adjusted R Square of 54.6% - which shows the magnitude of the influence of risk perception, return expectations, and behavioral motivation on investment decisions, while the rest is influenced by other variables which are not examined. The results of the t hypothesis test in this study show that: (a) Risk perception has a significant positive effect on investment decisions; (b) Expected Return has a significant positive effect on investment decisions; and (c) Behavioral Motivation has a significant positive effect on investment decisions

Abstract

The purpose of discussing this research is to find out the measurement of learning using e-learning using the Technology Acceptance Model approach. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach, with a population of 67 students at Pamulang University. The data analysis technique that the writer did was quantitative descriptive analysis. The analytical method uses SEMPLS with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study concluded that the presence of PEoU has an influence on BI, PU, which means that the ease of using LMS or E-learning at Pamulang University is able to provide benefits in improving the quality of the learning process which also has an impact on students' desire to use LMS again. But inversely related to the benefits provided (PU) does not affect BI and student satisfaction in the learning process. This can happen because in the use of LMS activities are monotonous, it is necessary to have variations in learning activities using LMS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning motivation and self-efficacy on learning discipline with school environment moderation in class XI students of SMA Negeri 79 Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method. The total population in this study was 248, with a sample of 153 students using simple random sampling techniques. Data analysis is carried out by the SEM-PLS method. The results showed a positive and significant influence on learning motivation on learning discipline (r = 0.459, p-value = 0.000) and a positive and considerable influence of self-efficacy on learning discipline (r  = 0.202, p-value  =  0.00 6). The school environment does not moderate or does not affect the result of learning motivation on learning discipline (p-value = 0.184). The school environment does not make reasonable or does not affect the impact of self-efficacy on learning discipline (p-value = 0.506).   These findings suggest that the school environment can not solely affect student learning discipline

Abstract

This study aims to improve the Higher-Order Thinking Skills of students using the Discovery Learning model at the high school level in economic learning. The method used in this study is Quasi-experimental with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The population of this study is all students of SMA Negeri 50 Jakarta and SMA Negeri 59 Jakarta. Samples of this study were students of Class XI Social 1 and XI Social 2 at SMA Negeri 59 Jakarta and Class XI Social 1 and XI Social 4 at SMA Negeri 50 Jakarta school, where Class XI Social 1 at SMA Negeri 59 and SMA Negeri 50 Jakarta used as a control class using conventional learning models and Class XI IPS 2 and XI IPS 4 at SMA Negeri 59 and SMA Negeri 50 Jakarta as experimental classes using Discovery Learning models. The research instruments used were pretest and posttest of Higher-Order Thinking Skills. The results showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The results of parametric statistical analysis is done by the technique of data analysis One-Tailed T Test (Right Side) with Independent Sample T-Test. For the value of N-Gain score data is normally distributed and homogeneous, then the One-Tailed T Test (Right Side) with an Independent Sample T-Test N-Gain. The results showed that (1) Higher-Order Thinking Skills of learners between classes that use the Discovery Learning model (experimental class) is higher than Higher-Order Thinking Skills of learners who use the conventional learning model (control class). This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing with One-Tailed T Test (Right Side)  >  value is 4.265 > 1.656 and Sig. (1-tailed) of 0.000. Because 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be stated that H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. (2) The improvement of Higher-Order Thinking Skills of learners between classes that use the Discovery Learning model (experimental class) is higher than the Higher-Order Thinking Skills of learners who use the conventional learning model (control class). This is evidenced by the results of hypothesis testing with a One-Tailed T Test (Right Side) obtained by Sig. (1-tailed) amounted to 0.0125. Because 0.0125 < 0.05 so it can be stated that H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted.

Abstract

University in Jakarta outlines several ways to promote student interest in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this research is to test the indirect impact of university support provided by university in Jakarta on the intention of students in entrepreneurship through behaviour control, which is recognized as an intervening variable. The method used is a quantitative research method. The sampling method used is a purposive sampling method, and only students of the Faculty of Economics at university in Jakarta who have taken an entrepreneurship course are eligible to participate in this survey. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS. The results of the study show that there is an indirect impact on the entrepreneurial interests of university in Jakarta economics students in the university support provided by university in Jakarta through perceived behavioural control. Increasing the search for sources of international journals and books on the Internet will significantly support your research. Salah satu universitas di Jakarta melakukan beberapa cara untuk menumbuhkan minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak tidak langsung dari dukungan universitas yang diberikan oleh Salah satu universitas di Jakarta terhadap niat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha melalui kontrol perilaku, yang diakui sebagai variabel intervensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, dan hanya mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi di salah satu universitas di Jakarta yang telah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan yang berhak mengikuti survei ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung minat kewirausahaan mahasiswa ekonomi di salah satu universitas di Jakarta pada dukungan universitas yang diberikan oleh salah satu universitas di Jakarta melalui kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan. Meningkatkan pencarian sumber jurnal dan buku internasional di Internet akan sangat mendukung penelitian Anda.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Social Media and Motivation on Entrepreneurial Interest in Jakarta State University Students. The research method used is a quantitative method through the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) testing method with AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) software. The variables to be tested are social media, motivation and interest in entrepreneurship. The population in this study were students of the State University of Jakarta. The number of samples used was 200 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of active students at the State University of Jakarta from 2018 to 2021, and having and actively using social media. The results showed that social media had a positive and significant effect on motivation, social media had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, motivation had no positive and insignificant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sosial Media dan Motivasi Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif melalui metode pengujian SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan software AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure). Variabel yang akan diuji adalah sosial media, motivasi dan minat berwirausaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria mahasiswa aktif Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2018 sampai dengan 2021, dan memiliki dan aktif menggunakan sosial media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosial media berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, sosial media berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, motivasi tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha.
