Abstract

Pada masa pandemi covid-19. Dengan pembelajaran daring guru dan siswa melaksanakan pembelajaran secara jarak jauh dengan bantuan internet. Agar tujuan pembelajaran oleh guru kepada siswa dapat tercapai secara maksimal maka guru haruslah memfasilitasi pembelajaran daring dengan alternatif sarana atau media daring yang dgunakan sebagai pendukung pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Dengan ketersediaan platform pembelajaran daring yang bervariasi sehingga guru haruslah menentukan pilihan yang trerbaik diantara yang tersedia tersebut. Penelitian ini membantu guru agar dapat menentukan media daring yang murah dan mudah digunakan oleh siswa sesuai kemampuannya. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 300 siswa SMA di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Kemudian diperoleh data yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 99% siswa menggunakan telepon genggam/handphone/smartphone mereka untuk mengikuti pembelajaran daring dan 94,3% siswa menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp sebagai media pembelajaran yang digunakan untuk penyampaian materi pada pembelajaran daring. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan WhatsApp sebagai aplikasi yang dapat diakses pada telepon genggam/handphone merupakan media pembelajaran sebagai sarana penyampaian materi dalam pembelajaran daring yang sering digunakan karena kemudahannya.Elearning is seen as the best alternative to the learning model implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic. With online learning, teachers and students carry out distance learning with the help of the internet. So that the learning objectives by teachers to students can be achieved optimally, the teacher must facilitate online learning with alternative means or online media that are used to support the implementation of online learning. With the availability of various online learning platforms, teachers must determine the best choice among those available. This research helps teachers to be able to determine online media that are cheap and easy to use by students according to their abilities. The method in this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Data was collected by giving questionnaires to high school students in East Java Province. Then the data obtained are then analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that 99% of students use their mobile phones/mobile phones/smartphones to participate in online learning and 94.3% of students use the WhatsApp application as a learning medium used to deliver material in online learning. From these data it can be concluded that the use of WhatsApp as an application that can be accessed on mobile phones is a learning medium as a means of delivering material in online learning which is often used because of its convenience.

Abstract

AbstrakFenomena perubahan karakter pada generasi Z  telah berdampak pada kualitas peserta didik. Hal ini menjadi tantangan krusial khususnya bagi pendidik untuk menghadapi generasi yang lahir pada era digital saat ini. Permasalahan yang menjadi tantangan dalam menghadapi peserta didik di SMAN 1 Blitar diantaranya adalah ketergantungan teknologi, isolasi sosial, dan kurangnya motivasi belajar.  Adanya sistem zonasi juga mempengaruhi input peserta didik yang memiliki kualitas dari pendidikan, mental dan kepribadian yang bervariasi. Sehingga diperlukan pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan pendidikan karakter, motivasi berprestasi, pengenalan potensi diri, dan kecerdasan emosional untuk membantu peserta didik menghadapi kompleksitas dunia modern. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas 10, 11 dan 12 SMAN 1 Blitar yang berjumlah 500 orang. Melalui implementasi Achievement Motivation Training (AMT), bertujuan untuk peningkatan motivasi siswa dalam mencapai tujuan akademis dan karir. Evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui pretest sebelum kegiatan dan postest setelah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terkait penggalian potensi diri dan motivasi berprestasi meningkat rata-rata 79 point dari sebelum kegiatan sebesar 78 point. Hal ini mencakup perlunya pendidikan karakter, literasi tentang masa depan, dan dukungan sosial untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kualitas hidup peserta didik di era digital. Kata kunci: generasi Z; literasi; pendekatan holistik; pendidikan karakter AbstractThe phenomenon of character change in generation Z has had an impact on the quality of students. This is a crucial challenge especially for educators to deal with the generation born in the current digital era. Problems that become challenges in dealing with students at SMAN 1 Blitar include technology dependence, social isolation, and lack of motivation to learn.  The zoning system also affects the input of students who have varying quality of education, mentality and personality. Thus, a holistic approach involving character education, achievement motivation, self-potential recognition, and emotional intelligence is needed to help students deal with the complexities of the modern world. The targets of this activity were 500 students in grades 10, 11 and 12 of SMAN 1 Blitar. Through the implementation of Achievement Motivation Training (AMT), it aims to increase student motivation in achieving academic and career goals. The evaluation of this community service activity was carried out through a pretest before the activity and a posttest after the activity. The results of this activity showed an increase in students' understanding related to exploring their potential and achievement motivation increased by an average of 79 points from before the activity of 78 points. This includes the need for character education, literacy about the future, and social support to increase the motivation and quality of life of students in the digital era. Keywords: generation Z; literacy; holistic approach; character education

Abstract

A college is a good place to learn entrepreneurship by providing innovation to build own business. The purpose of this study is to determine how the model in developing a business incubator that can encourage the growth of young entrepreneurs. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used books and literature studies processed by means of data reduction and then presented through descriptions to be informative. For the college, there are four recommended pilot models, namely the Green Energy Incubator Model/Eco-friendly Energy, Manufacturing Incubator Model, Creative Industry Incubator Model, and Agribusiness Incubator Model can be used for future development. From the research, business incubators has an important role for universities in encouraging student creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship field. Through this performance in universities, it can be seen in developing start-ups related to Tridharma as an example of community service.
