Abstract

PT. Sama Al-Tanmiah is a company engaged in the semi-finished plywood production industry. Semi-finished raw materials are further processed according to the needs of the buyer, the cause of damage is due to poor maintenance and deteriorating component quality. This research was conducted to determine the origin of the causes of damage to the production machine at PT. Same Al-Tanmiah. Retrieval of data obtained by means of interviews, observation and requesting secondary data for 6 months of production, for data processing using Fault Tree Analysis and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. The data obtained from the company enters into data management. The next stage will be a fault tree image analysis using Microsoft Visio and weighting to the three production machines using Microsoft Excel. The results of the researchers obtained the root of the fault tree and the value of the RPN with weighted machine damage. Improvement of management and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Abstract

The pandemic caused a decline in performance from the demand side which ultimately had an impact on the supply side, namely termination of employment and the threat of default in credit payments. MSMEs in Bangbayang village also experienced a large decline in product sales. The average decline in sales of MSMEs in Bangbayang Village reached 51%. And operating profit of 51%. This resulted in a 69% decrease in capital. The purpose of this community service activity is to help SMEs in Bangshadow Village, especially MakaroniQue home-processed entrepreneurs by making new products to increase income. The method used in this activity is the lecture method and direct practice of making MakaroniQue business innovations. The implementation of the service has succeeded in developing a new product, namely dry seblak (SEKER). The program ran smoothly and received feedback as expected. The sale of new products shows potential business opportunities with increasing sales every week. Achievement in the manufacture of new products, sales increased by about 44 pcs compared to the initial sales which could only sell 20 pcs.

Abstract

Waringinsari Village in Takokak sub-district, Cianjur Regency, West Java has natural potential in the form of processing agricultural products. Waringinsari Village has a cassava plantation area of 2,000 m2 with a total harvest of 7.5 tons. These harvests have not provided benefits due to the lack of public knowledge about processing agricultural products. Demographic data of housewives in the village shows that 31 housewives do not have a job. Therefore, based on the problems encountered in the field, the authors carry out community service in the form of business assistance in the form of processing cassava plants into processed products of spicy cassava chips which are marketed both online and offline. The method used in this community partnership service (PKM) is to use the lecture and question and answer method, practice, and practice. This service activity succeeded in utilizing the cassava garden in Waringinsari village. Product sales are increasing every week by 15% for regular spicy and 12% for spicy jeletot. Housewife in Kp. Cicadas also know cassava processing and marketing so that it has additional income opportunities.

Abstract

Suatu organisasi memerlukan adanya mekanisme auditterhadap pengelolaan keamananinformasi yangtelah disesuaikan dengan standar yang berlaku karena aktivitas preservasiinformasi digitaltelah membuat semakin besar dan kompleks usaha pengelolaan keamananinformasi yang bertujuan untuk menjaga organisasi dari kemungkinan kehilangan data pentingnya. Haltersebut disadari Kemenkominfo dan menyarankan BUMN seperti Telkom Flexi melakukan proses audit pengelolaan keamanan informasi.Pada penelitianini akan dilakukan kajian bagaimana pelaksanaan audit pengelolaan keamananinformasi dengan menggunakanframework ISO/IEC 27001, yang tersusun dari klausul A.5 Kebijakan Keamanan, A.6 Pengorganisasian Keamanan Infornasi, A.7 Manajemen Aset, A.8 Keamanan Sumber Daya Manusia sampai dengan A.9 Keamanan Fisik dan Lingkungan. Proses audit pengelolaan keamananinformasi dimulai dengan pencarian evidence audit, analisa gap antara standar denganfakta yang ditemukan dilapangan, pengukuran nilai dari maturitylevel pengelolaan keamanan informasi saatini.Berdasarkan analisis maturitylevel, kesimpulan dari penelitianini adalah Telkom Flexitelah mencapaitingkatan Rentang Optimal pada pengukuran maturitylevel walaupun masih ditemukan beberapatemuan dilapangan.Kata kunci: audit keamananinformasi, ISO/IEC 27001, gap analysis, maturitylevel

Abstract

Ghiyas Cake & Bakery merupakan sebuah UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang industri makanan dengan produk berupa roti dan kue. Perusahaan tersebut belum mempunyai konsep manajemen yang baik dalam melakukan promosi produknya. Pengambilan keputusan perusahaan sulit dilakukan karena informasi yang terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola pembelian konsumen di Ghiyas Cake & Bakery dan strategi promosi berdasarkan pola pembelian konsumen tersebut. Penelitian ini menerapkan teknik data mining association rules dengan algoritma apriori menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner sebagai pendukung untuk proses perhitungan nilai support dan confidence untuk mengetahui aturan asosiasinya. Dataset yang terdiri 10 atribut yaitu Bika Ambon, Karamel, Burger, Donat, Kue Talam, Roti Pizza, Soes, Nona Manis, Puding, dan Brownis merupakan data primer Ghiyas Cake & Bakery dengan jumlah data transaksi 150 kali yang dikumpulkan pada Desember 2020. Hasil dari penerapan association rules dengan minimum support 15% dan minimum confidence 70% menghasilkan empat aturan hubungan antar produk yaitu Soes → Kue Talam dengan nilai confidence 0,750; Kue Talam dan Bikan Ambon → Soes dengan nilai confidence 0,800; Bika Ambon dan Soes → Kue Talam dengan nilai confidence 0,800; Brownis dan Burger → Karamel dengan nilai confidence 0.833.

Abstract

CV Nuri Teknik adalah perusahaan  manufaktur peralatan rumah sakit dan medis yang beroperasi dengan produk seperti tempat tidur, meja, kabinet, matras, strecter dan lain sebagainya. Sebagai perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi secara masal akan menghasilkan produk cacat/produk reject yang terjadi pada saat produksi. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengendalian kualitas, menganalisis tingkat produk cacat dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Data yang digunakan adalah data produk yang tidak sesuai pada tahun 2019. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode DMAIC  dengan 5 tahapan analisis define, measure, analyze, improvement dan control. Pendekatan six sigma adalah alat untuk mengendalikan dan penurunan kegagalan produksi atau produk cacat yang dihasilkan oleh proses produksi. Level sigma yang didapat dari produk  Hospital bed, Instrument trolly, Instrument Cabinet, Foot step, Examination table, dan Overbed table berada dalam level 4 sigma artinya tingkat produk cacat yang dihasilkan kurang sekitar 0,621% dari produksi yang dilakukan. Penyebab yang menghasilkan tingkat produk cacat pada tahun 2019 adalah human error. Perbaikan yang dilakukan antara lain proses pengawasan, melakukan ketegasan dan pelatihan terhadap karyawan, penyesuaian pengangkutan dan perlakuan terhadap bahan baku, dan penyesuaian jumlah produk dengan kapasitas penyimpanan.

Abstract

Covid-19 has resulted in an increase in the people's need for vehicle ownership in order to avoid public transportation. People’s purchasing power, on the other hand, has also weakened. Therefore, they prefer to purchase affordable cars, such as used cars. Moreover, the Luxury Goods Sales Tax (PPnBM) discounts were officially applied to the purchase of the new cars in March 2021. This study aims at estimating the price of used cars using several data mining algorithms, such as Random Forest, K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN), and Naïve Bayes. By employing the RapidMiner tool, this study was able to evaluate the attributes affecting car prices. From the experimental results, random forest producers have the highest accuracy of 95.46%.  Then, this study figured out that brand, engine capacity, kilometres, colours, years, number of passengers, and transmissions are the most influential attributes to determine the estimation of the used car prices.

Abstract

The Cianjur Diskoperindagin recorded that 2,715 new MSMEs had emerged. However, Cianjur micro businesses experienced a significant decline in sales, making it difficult to design and implement marketing strategies. Therefore, micro businesses are required to produce quality, competitive products that have high competitiveness and to continue to innovate in terms of product development and sales. This research seeks to analyze the effectiveness of micro-enterprise knowledge sharing through business innovation. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 140 micro business actors in Cianjur. Data and conceptual models were tested using the PLS-SEM method with the help of SmartPLS4 software. The research results show that the tacit knowledge sharing variable is explained by the variables trust, organizational structure and employee attitudes with a variance value of (10%). Meanwhile, the explicit knowledge sharing variable can be explained by the variables trust, organizational culture, employee attitudes and motivation methods with a variance of (20%). The quality of innovation in this research can be explained by explicit and tacit knowledge sharing with a variance value (12%). This is different from the speed of innovation which can only be explained by tacit knowledge sharing with a variance of (11%). This research also shows that the operational and financial performance of micro businesses in Cianjur can only be explained by the speed of innovation variable.

Abstract

Public health problems in Indonesia that have a high prevalence are stunting. The high number of stunting cases should be an opportunity to increase sales for PT. SGT as a manufacturer of anthropometry kit products. However, PT. SGT's market share is still not optimal. Therefore, a strategy is needed to increase sales in the next period. The purpose of this study is to analyze the selection of the best strategy for PT. SGT by using a questionnaire that will be distributed to 3 respondents. The data is used to conduct a SWOT analysis and IE matrix to determine the best business strategy, and then other methods such as AHP-TOPSIS are used as support in determining its business strategy. Based on the internal and external matrix (IE) analysis that has been carried out, the anthropometry kit product is located in quadrant I, namely Grow and Build. Several classifications of strategies offered are forward, backward, or horizontal integration, market penetration, market development, and product development. Through analysis using the AHP-TOPSIS method, the best strategy that can be carried out by the company is a market penetration strategy with the indicator of gradually increasing production capacity by collaborating with partners.

Abstract

Objek wisata mengalami penurunan wisatawan yang sangat drastis pada awal tahun 2020 akibat adanya berbagai macam aturan pemerintah terkait pencegahan penularan Covid-19. Hal tersebut berimbas pada bisnis jasa perhotelan dan sewa vila. Pertengahan tahun 2020 aturan tersebut mulai dilonggarkan dengan berbagai macam penyesuaian. Keadaan ini menjadi titik balik untuk bangkit dan memaksimalkan bisnis untuk kembali memperoleh profit. Salah satu kunci sukses dari setiap bisnis adalah kualitas yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengunjung vila dan menentukan tindakan yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di CV. Sindangrestu. Metode yang digunakan untuk pada penelitian ini adalah metode service quality dan importance performance analysis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode servqual terhadap lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan menunjukkan terdapat 14 atribut yang menjadi masalah yaitu terjadi kesenjangan antara persepsi dan harapan konsumen yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai gap atribut negatif. Adapun atribut layanan yang dapat diusulkan menjadi prioritas untuk ditingkatkan berdasarkan grafik importance perfomance analysis yaitu pada atribut keadaan kamar hotel (bersih, nyaman, dan luas), tempat parkir luas, tersedianya kendaraan di vila (mobil rental), penampilan manajer rapi, penampilan karyawan rapi, kecepatan melayani tamu, daya tanggap terhadap keluhan, kecepatan menyelesaikan masalah, keramahan dan kesopanan yang konsisten, kenyamanan yang terjamin, ketersediaan waktu karyawan dalam mendengar keluhan pelanggan dan memahami kebutuhan tamu.
