Abstract

Abstract— The development of a good automotive industry attracts investors to invest in this industry. The current investment grows into one of the lifestyles of modern society. Individuals or groups who have excess resources will do this activity. The purpose of the investment is to earn a profit or gain additional wealth in the future. There are various forms of investment that are on real assets, financial assets, or securities (stocks, bonds, deposits, and others). Automotive companies that go public serve as subjects in this study. Because the automotive company is a rapidly growing industry. In addition, the automotive industry stocks are among the most actively traded stocks, so the stock price moves quite actively. Based on these thoughts, the authors conducted a study on the design of the model of stock returns on automotive companies that go public. The design of research model refers to the basic model of stock return. Model design on the influence of return on investment, economic value added and stock liquidity by trading volume activity method to stock return. Research data obtained by way of documentation from data of automotive companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange in the year 2013-2016. The data obtained are used to test the model empirically by using multiple linear regression method with time series problem. From the test results, it is known that roi, eva and tva effect simultaneously on stock return and for the model of each variable is explained from the results of the hypothesis that roi is accepted which means partially positive effect on stock return, while for eva and tva is rejected which means no effect on stock returns.Keywords :  Return On Inverstment, Economic Value Added, Trading Volume Activity, Stock Return Abastrak - Perkembangan industri otomotif yang baik menarik para investor untuk melakukan investasi pada industri ini. Investasi saat ini tumbuh menjadi salah satu gaya hidup masyarakat modern. Individu ataupun kelompok yang memiliki kelebihan sumber daya akan melakukan kegiatan ini. Tujuan dari investasi adalah untuk mendapatkan keuntungan atau mendapatkan tambahan kekayaan di masa yang akan datang. Ada berbagai macam bentuk dari investasi yaitu pada aktiva riil, aktiva finansial, atau sekuritas (saham, obligasi, deposito,dan lainnya). Perusahaan otomotif yang go public dijadikan sebagai subyek dalam penelitian ini. Dikarenakan perusahaan otomotif merupakan industri yang berkembang dengan pesat. Selain itu saham-saham industri otomotif termasuk ke dalam saham yang paling aktif diperdagangkan, sehingga harga sahamnya pun bergerak cukup aktif. Berasarkan pemikiran tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai perancangan model return saham pada perusahaan otomotif yang go public. Perancangan model penelitian merujuk pada model dasar mengenai return saham. Perancangan model mengenai pengaruh return on investment, economic value added dan likuiditas saham dengan metoda trading volume activity terhadap return saham. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara dokumentasi dari data  perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia pada tahun 2013-2016. Data yang diperoleh digunakan untuk menguji model secara empiris dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan permasalahan time series. Dari hasil pengujian, diketahui bahwa roi, eva dan tva berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap return saham dan untuk model dari masing-masing variabel dijelaskan dari hasil hipotesis yang menunjukan bahwa roi diterima yang berarti berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap return saham, sedangkan untuk eva dan tva ditolak yang berarti tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham.Kata kunci : Return On Inverstment, Economic Value Added, Trading Volume Activity, Return Saham

Abstract

Abstract— PT. Eastern Modern Apparel is engaged in garment production. The company has experienced financial constraints. This is marked by the dismissal of some employees. Research is done to determine the prediction of bankruptcy of the company. Methodology that has been done in this research are conducting interviews with the company, field study, financial data retrieval. The step is done to meet the data needs in the next step. The next step is data processing using Altman Z-Score method. Processing consists of X1 = Working Capital Ratio against Total Assets, X2 = Retained Earnings Ratio against Total Assets, X3 = EBIT Ratio against Total Assets, X4 = Market Equity Value Threshold on Book Value of Debt. X5 = Sales to Total Assets. Processed data is in the period 2014, 2015, and 2016. The process produces Z-Score value for each period. Z-Score calculation results in the period 2014 = 3.91, 2015 = 3.19, and 2016 = 2.83. While the limits of healthy company according to calculations Almant Z-Score of> 2.675. Then the results of Altman Z-Score calculations on the company is said to be healthy, because the results exceed the limits of the healthy category. Abstract

BAPPEDA is a regional government supporting element that has the task of assisting the Mayor in determining policies in the field of development planning in the regions and their evaluation and implementation. Regional Development Planning Bodies are formed based on the needs, developments and advances in the Government Sector as well as current technological advances, in order to assist regional governments in implementing development, especially in the Government Sector. This research was conducted to determine what factors influence the application of knowledge management at BAPPEDA and what factors are most important in the application of knowledge management at BAPPEDA. Knowledge management is important to be applied to an organization, as well as BAPPEDA needs to apply knowledge management to conduct training and education to improve employee performance. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to 50 respondents of Bappeda employees. The variables in the study were strategic planning, organizational structure, organizational culture, management support, perceived benefits, user ease of use, mimetic pressure, information technology infrastructure, adoption intention, knowledge management practices, organizational learning and non-financial performance. This research model was tested empirically using the SEM method with the help of PLS-SEM software. The results showed that the variables of organizational culture and adoption intention had a positive influence on knowledge management practices. Knowledge management practice variables have a positive influence on organizational learning variables and organizational learning has a significant positive effect on non-financial performance. Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah dibentuk berdasarkan kebutuhan, perkembangan dan kemajuan di bidang Pemerintahan serta kemajuan teknologi dalam rangka membantu pemerintah daerah melaksanakan pembangunan. Manajemen pengetahuan penting untuk diterapkan pada suatu organisasi, begitu juga dengan BAPPEDA perlu menerapkan manajemen pengetahuan untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pendidikan untuk menyempurnakan kinerja pegawainya. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, pemanfaatan sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang belum maksimal oleh pegawai Bappeda membuat tidak tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerapan manajemen pengetahuan di BAPPEDA dan faktor apa yang paling penting dalam penerapan manajemen pengetahuan di BAPPEDA. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung terhadap 50 responden pegawai Bappeda. Variabel dalam penelitian adalah perencanaan strategi, struktur organisasi, budaya organisasi, dukungan manajemen, manfaat yang dirasakan, kemudahan pengguna, tekanan mimetik, infrastruktur teknologi informasi, niat adopsi, praktik manajemen pengetahuan, pembelajaran organisasi dan kinerja non-keuangan. Model penelitian ini diuji secara empiris dengan menggunakan metode SEM dengan bantuan software PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel budaya organisasi dengan effect size 0,383 dan niat adopsi memiliki pengaruh positif  dengan effect size 0,553 terhadap praktik manajemen pengetahuan. Variabel praktik manajemen pengetahuan memberikan pengaruh positif dengan effect size 0,672 terhadap variabel pembelajaran organisasi dan pembelajaran organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dengan effect size 0,650 yang signifikan terhadap kinerja non-keuangan. Faktor yang paling penting dalam penerapan manajemen pengetahuan di Bappeda dan berdampak pada kinerja adalah pembelajaran organisasi dengan nilai effect size sebesar 0,732.

Abstract

Abstract— The existence of inventory in business activities cannot be avoided. One of the main causes is that products cannot be obtained instantly, but it takes times to get. Lack of good information design and lack of communications led to the delivery of raw materials documents in warehouses often hampered because the system manually logs. It became necessary to design new information systems to facilitate all these activities.Warehousing information system is a system that has been computerized with the database. The research phase begins with an analysis of the current system of warehousing conditions. The goal is to identify the needs of the warehousing system. The next stage is system design. The design phase includes Flowmap, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, and database design using software package xampp and MySQL. The database there are six tables namely, data tables of goods, purchase of goods, delivery of goods, purchasing, suppliers and production tables that have been integrated with all the parts in the company. The result is efficient working time and facilitate the user in input or obtain the required data. Non-functional needs should also be available. The need is minimal computer Dual core with minimal windows operating system 2000 with software package xampp, microsoft acsses, mozila firefox and printer and need to be carried out researcher use technology RFId. Keywords: Warehousing; database; information Systems.

Abstract

Abstract— Hotel "X" has a problem with a marketing strategy that is incompatible with the characteristics of consumers staying at the hotel "X". This is because the hotel "X" does not yet know the characteristics of its consumers. The marketing strategy that is not optimal also affects the occupancy rate of the "X" hotel. This problem can be seen from the fluctuating number of overnight stayers. So that the number of hotel visitors is small. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy that is following the characteristics of consumers in the hotel "X", using the K-means clustering method. The research data collection was done by collecting secondary data based on historical data of Hotel "X", which amounted to 725 transactions. The data collected is data on gender, room type, travel companions, length of stay, price, area of origin, booking method. Data processing using the k-means clustering method was carried out with the help of SPSS 20. The results of the analysis of the k-means clustering method were gender, type of room booked, number of friends, length of stay, room price ordered, nationality, booking method. This study obtained 3 clusters. The first cluster is a cluster that often books economical rooms and orders online called online-low customer. The second cluster is the medium customer, namely the consumer cluster that orders middle classrooms, and the 3rd cluster which is similar to the 1st cluster but ordering through media other than online, namely the offline-manual customer.Keywords— Consumer characteristic, Hotel, K-means clustering. Abstrak— Hotel “X” memiliki permasalahan pada strategi pemasaran yang tidak sesuai dengan karakteristik konsumen yang menginap di hotel “X”. Hal ini dikarenakan hotel “X” belum mengetahui karakteristik konsumennya. Strategi pemasaran yang belum maksimal juga mempengaruhi tingkat okupansi hotel “X”. Permasalahan ini terlihat dari jumlah penginap selama 1 bulan yang fluktuatif. Sehingga jumlah pengujung hotel sedikit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik konsumen di hotel “X”, dengan metode K-means clustering. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data sekunder berdasarkan data historis Hotel “X” yang berjumlah 725 transaksi. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data jenis kelamin, tipe kamar, teman perjalanan, lama menginap, harga, asal daerah, metode booking. Pengolahan data dengan metode k-means clustering dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS 20. Hasil analisis dari metode k-means clustering faktor yang berpengaruh adalah jenis kelamin, tipe kamar yang dipesan, jumlah teman, lama menginap, harga kamar yang di pesan, kewarganegaraan, metode booking. Penelitian ini memperoleh 3 cluster. Cluster pertama merupakan cluster yang sering memesan kamar ekonomis dan memesan secara daring disebut ­online-low customer. Cluster ke-2 bernama medium customer yaitu cluster konsumen yang memesan kamar kelas menengah, dan cluster ke-3 yang mirip dengan cluster ke-1 tapi memesan melalui media selain daring yaitu offline-manual customer.Kata kunci— Karakteristik konsumen, Hotel, K-means clustering.

Abstract

Economic growth causes goods and services produced to increase and competition in the process of meeting the needs of consumers. PD.TEGUH KAOS POLOS is a trading company engaged in the field of clothing. The existing problem is the stockpile of goods that cause large inventory and not necessarily when the time of purchase of raw materials and the process of recording transactions, whether the purchase transactions and sales transactions are still using the manual with a note and ledger. The purpose of this study to determine the economic order and frequency of optimal ordering time by using Period Order Quantity method with the help of management information system design to help find out the information system needs regarding the amount of stock available. POQ calculation results obtained that the optimal order amount of 1803 units / pcs with the frequency of ordering 11 times and the distance between reservations for 29 days. There was a decrease in stock buildup around 7626 units / pcs. POQ decreases message costs and saves Rp.36.171.103 which can save company costs. Functionally a company needs a computerized information system and non-functional companies need a computer device CPU with the help of XAMPP software to run the database. With inventory information system using POQ saves working time to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Asa Agro Corporation, Cianjur, West Java, Indonesia, is a region with optimal climatic conditions for oyster mushroom cultivation. Despite the sector's potential, challenges such as product quality instability and fluctuating productivity hinder business growth. This research employs an integrated SWOT analysis strengthened by IFAS, EFAS matrices, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to systematically identify critical internal and external factors and formulate prioritized strategies. Unlike previous studies that predominantly rely on descriptive SWOT frameworks, this research integrates quantitative weightings and empirical prioritization through QSPM, thereby addressing a significant methodological gap in mushroom agribusiness decision-support literature and enhancing objectivity in managerial strategy formulation. Data were gathered through structured questionnaires, field observations, and secondary reports from 30 purposively selected respondents. This analysis revealed strong internal factors, including strategic location and superior spawn quality (IFAS score 2.95). In addition, there are several significant external opportunities, such as increasing consumer health awareness and government support (EFAS score 2.78). The positive relationship between time and production (r = 0.95; p < 0.05) suggests a trend of steady expansion from 2020 to 2024. This quantitative integration allows for measurable improvement in strategic decision-making precision, with QSPM scores providing clear prioritization metrics (SO strategy: 3.2; WO: 3.1; ST: 3.0; WT: 2.6). This study offers SO strategies with a QSPM score of 3.2 by utilizing strategic priorities and quantitative approaches to optimize long-term sustainable competitive advantages in the oyster mushroom agricultural sector.
