Abstract

Tirta Sari Sonsang tourist attraction is a mainstay tourist attraction for Kanagarian Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. This tourist attraction is a natural tourist attraction that has its own uniqueness and characteristics such as fishing grounds, recreation areas for visitors in various regions. Lack of knowledge and skills of partners towards the development and management of tourism objects that can improve the economy of the local community. The purpose of this service is to increase knowledge and skills through tourism awareness training. The method used in the implementation of the service is carried out by means of program socialization, and training in the form of tourism awareness education. The results obtained with this training can help partners improve their knowledge and skills so as to create a clean, orderly, comfortable, safe, beautiful, cool, and memorable environmental tourism object.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era presents various opportunities and challenges for resource management in increasing employee productivity. The main opportunities presented include the use of advanced technology. And challenges arise where with sophisticated technology, data security is the main thing. This research aims to look at the opportunities and challenges in increasing employee productivity in the era of society 5.0 . This research method uses library research, with the main source of this research coming from journals, articles or related books. The results of this research are opportunities, namely increasingly sophisticated technology, work flexibility, training and development as well as employee welfare and health. Furthermore, challenges include data security and privacy, technology adaptation, managing remote work, regulations and policies. To overcome all this, continuous training, flexible policies and support for mental well-being as well as investment in cyber security are expected.

Abstract

This study describes the local wisdom of Aceh's traditional house architecture and the potential for developing cultural tourism objects. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The research location is Awe Geutah Village, Peusangan Siblah Krueng District, Bireuen District, Aceh Province. The research informants are key informants, namely the managers of Acehnese traditional houses. This study also uses the principles of documentation, inventory, and tourism approaches—data analysis using data reduction, data display, and data reduction. The research results and the research update are the design of the Teungku Chik Awe Geutah Aceh traditional house model. This traditional Aceh house was built around the XIII century and has local wisdom in building construction that is sturdy and earthquake-resistant. The house plan consists of 3 parts: the front, middle, and rear. Each element in the traditional Aceh house has a philosophical meaning and a way of life for the people of Aceh. The potential for developing traditional Aceh houses is viewed from facilities and infrastructure, accommodation, accessibility, transportation, security, and hospitality. Keywords: Architecture, Local Wisdom, Cultural Tourism, Aceh House

Abstract

This study aims to enhance students’ numeracy literacy skills through the use of plastic bag waste as a learning medium. The research is motivated by students’ low level of numeracy literacy and the limited use of contextual and environmentally friendly instructional media. The study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach conducted in two cycles, consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research participants were sixth-grade students of SD Negeri 3 Muara Batu. Plastic bag waste was utilized as an instructional aid in literacy activities such as arranging letters and words, as well as in numeracy-related tasks including number arrangement and simple addition exercises. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The findings indicate an improvement in students’ numeracy literacy skills in the second cycle, particularly in terms of conceptual understanding, arithmetic skills, and active participation during learning activities. The use of plastic bag waste as a learning medium proved effective in creating more engaging and contextual learning experiences while also fostering students’ environmental awareness. Therefore, the integration of recycled materials as learning media can serve as an innovative alternative for improving students’ numeracy literacy skills.

Abstract

Indonesia faces multidimensional challenges in escaping the middle-income trap and attaining high-income status by 2045. Although economic growth has been relatively stable (averaging 4.9% from 2000 to 2022), poverty reduction has plateaued at around 10%, indicating that growth has not been sufficiently inclusive. In parallel, Indonesia—home to the world’s largest Muslim population and ranked first in the 2021 World Giving Index—has substantial potential to scale Islamic Social Finance (ISF).Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this article critically examines the strategic role of key ISF instruments—zakat, infaq/sadaqah, and waqf—in poverty alleviation, inequality reduction, and inclusive development in Indonesia, with particular emphasis on the accounting dimensions of recognition, measurement, reporting, and accountability. The review indicates that the estimated national zakat potential of IDR 327 trillion could finance up to 76% of the government’s social protection budget. In addition, cash waqf provides a sustainable social investment model that can support long-term funding for education, health, and MSME empowerment. However, ISF optimization remains constrained by low literacy, fragmented governance, limited transparency, and weak policy integration—issues that are closely linked to the quality of financial reporting, disclosure practices, internal control systems, audit/assurance, and governance mechanisms within ISF institutions. This study concludes that ISF should be positioned not merely as philanthropy, but as an accountable, measurable socio-economic instrument that complements public fiscal policy, strengthens the social protection architecture, and supports the achievement of an equitable “Golden Indonesia 2045.”

Abstract

This study aims to examine best practices for integrating spiritual values into an online competition website to improve students’ achievement in the Economics Science Olympiad at MAN 1 Banda Aceh. This study employed a descriptive, qualitative approach with a best-practices design. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, supervising teachers, and student participants in the Olympiad program. The results indicate that the integration of spiritual values was systematically implemented through three interconnected stages: the pre-competition stage (intention formation, spiritual and mental readiness), the competition stage (emotional control, trust in God, and stress management), and the post-competition stage (reflection, gratitude, and character building). This integrative approach has been proven not only to improve students’ cognitive achievement at the city, provincial, and national levels but also to strengthen affective and psychomotor aspects, such as self-regulation, mental resilience, digital literacy, and ethical competitive attitudes. This study confirms that the effectiveness of the online competition website is maximized when integrated into a holistic educational framework grounded in spiritual values. These findings contribute to the development of literature on digital learning, character education, and contemporary Islamic education.

Abstract

AbstractCommunity service activities began with the problem of limited S1 graduates in the Social Education field to continue their education to the postgraduate level in Aceh Province, especially in Bireuen Regency. The objectives of community service activities are 1) as a manifestation of the Tridarma of Higher Education lecturers in the Social Science Education Study Program, Postgraduate Program, Almuslim University, 2) to provide feedback on curriculum development by stakeholder needs before it is implemented. The implementation of community service activities was carried out at the Ampon Check Peusangan Hall, Almuslim University. The results of community service activities included stakeholders strongly supporting the sustainability of the Social Science Education Study Program, Postgraduate Program, Almuslim University in improving the quality of education in Aceh Province, especially Bireuen Regency. The service results were a curriculum draft for the Social Studies Education Study Program.AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berawal dari permasalahan keterbatasan lulusan S1 Bidang Ilmu Pendidikan Sosial untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke tingkat S2 di Provinsi Aceh, terutama Kabupaten Bireuen. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah 1) Sebagai wujud Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi dosen pada Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Program Pascasarjana Universitas Almuslim, 2) Memberikan umpan balik tentang pengembangan kurikulum sesuai dengan kebutuhan stakeholder sebelum diimplementasikan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Gedung Aula Ampon Check Peusangan Universitas Almuslim. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara lain stakeholder sangat mendukung keberlanjutan Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Program Pascasarjana Universitas Almuslim dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Provinsi Aceh, khususnya Kabupaten Bireuen. Hasil pengabdian berupa draft kurikulum Program Studi Magister Pendidikan IPS.

Abstract

The Role of Village Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) in Improving Community Welfare in Kuala Raja Village, Bireuen Regency. Development is an orientation in activities to advance the nation, including processes, one of which is village development which must be carried out in a planned manner and touch the real needs of rural communities. regarding the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) In improving the welfare of the community so that the BUMDes program is effective and targeted, how is the role of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in improving the welfare of the people in the village. Kuala Raja village. This PKM aims to find out how the role of BUMDes in improving the welfare of the community. The results of this pkm show that: 1) Seeing from the activities of BUMDes, it is clear that it helps the people of Kuala Raja to further improve their welfare because seen from the programs that are being run, there is nothing that harms the community but adds or increases he income of the community and the income of the Kuala Raja village.
