Abstract

CV. Lulus merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distribusi bahan bangunan secara retail atapun grosir. Penjualan pada CV.Lulus yang dilakukan secara grosir ataupun retail belum terdata secara terstuktur beresiko terjadinya kehilangan stok barang dan kurang maksimalnya evaluasi penjualan karena terhambat dalam pencatatan pembukuan yang dilakukan secara manual. Diperlukan adanya pembaruan sistem dimana proses pencatatan sebaiknya dibuat secara terkomputerisasi maka segala proses pencatatan akan dapat berjalan secara terstruktur dan rapi. Sitem Informasi Point Of Sales dirancang untuk membantu CV.Lulus dalam mengelola transaksi penjualan, laporan penjualan serta pemantauan stok barang. Sistem yang dibuat berbasis web dengan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Metodologi pembangunan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam sistem yaitu metode waterfall.

Abstract

SDN PETEMON IX adalah jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar yang berlokasi di Jl. Pacuan Kuda No. 43 SURABAYA.  Sistem penilaian pada SDN PETEMON IX masih menggunakan cara yang manual  dan menghabiskan banyak waktu dalam  mengolah nilai. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkannya  sistem Computer Based Testing yang bertujuan untuk dapat membantu dalam proses mengolah nilai dan juga mengurangi penggunaan kertas secara berlebihan. Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang sistem ini adalah metode waterfall, dengan adanya sistem ini dapat membantu dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada pada SDN PETEMON IX.  Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu dapat membantu guru dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap ujian siswa, sistem dapat membantu kegiatan pada SDN PETEMON IX, dan sistem dapat memberikan pembobotan pada setiap butir soal yang akan diinputkan.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Sistem Computer Based Testing dapat memberikan hasil nilai ujian siswa secara langsung tanpa mengoreksinya secara manual.

Abstract

Melysa shop boutique shop is a store that sells women's clothing and accessories located in Gresik city. Currently, the Melysa shop boutique shop wants to increase its sales by expanding its sales to all regions of Indonesia to seek greater profits. However, the lack of a sales strategy causes the products sold to be less interested. Therefore, this store requires a sales information system by recommending goods with a high level of sales and querying views that are often viewed. The result achieved is a system that can assist shop owners in selling their products in which there are customer data, category data, product data, sales reports, and product recommendations. Abstract

Population administration activities in Compreng Village, Widang District, Tuban Regency are handled by village government employees using office software, so they still encounter several problems including the presentation of information that is not organized, the making of letters is not automatic and others. Therefore, an information system is needed that can improve service quality and facilitate village government employees in carrying out population administration activities.The system proposed by the author is web-based, built with stages that refer to the waterfall method using Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2020 software using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. From the results of implementation to system testing using the blackbox method, the system managed to run all processes and features as planned properly.

Abstract

Store Alan Borneo is one of the shops that sells processed products of various kinds of bajakah tea, bajakah honey, chopped natural bajakah roots in Pangkalan Bun City, Central Kalimantan. The sales process of Toko Alan Borneo is carried out directly with buyers visiting the store and transacting according to the desired items, which are generally located in the city of Pangkalan Bun. For those outside the city, the sales process is by contacting the shop owner, then the buyer transfers the nominal purchase, then the goods will be sent by the owner to the store to the buyer's address. Referring to the utilization of technology, the traditional sales process carried out by Toko Alan Borneo will reduce sales potential compared to using Website and internet media. In designing the sales website at Toko Alan Borneo using the Codeigniter Framework, it was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. This research resulted in the design of an information system that provides product information and product sales so that work that was previously done by word of mouth and using Whatsapp, can be computerized properly. From the results of implementation to system testing, the system successfully works as needed on the system can process data dynamically using the crud function (create, read, update, delete) and the system can print Invoice numbers after payment and reports from consumers who have made purchases, and the system can also process data such as information in the form of graphs, the presentation of data is more systematic, and the information to be managed is more secure because the system login function has been used.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) has a very important role in an institution, both educational and non-educational to support the learning function within the institution. If the use of IT has been going well and is able to integrate well, then IT is able to encourage an increase in performance within the institution. For this reason, IT management is needed so that it can be utilized properly. ABC University implements E-Learning as an online learning medium, but its implementation still requires evaluation. Assess the level of capability and prepare recommendations for IT management that do not meet the standards. The evaluation standard usd is COBIT 5 domain Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA) which focuses on supervision, assessment and regulatory compliance of the entire IT system. COBIT 5 is a framework that has a broad and more detailed spectrum of IT processes.  In this study, researchers took research to audit E-Learning from ABC University in order to determine the maturity of the system as well as monitor and evaluate to comply with the COBIT 5 MEA domain framework. From this research, the researcher can give some recommendations after auditing and calculating each domain, sub domain and gap analysis. In accordance with the existing level conditions, every recommendation given by the university can be realized by 95%. This recommendation is made in accordance with the target of achieving maturity level is 2 while currently the level achieved is 1.
