Abstract

This study was made to know the features of any vehicle feature on which decisions of consumers inJakarta when it took the decision to choose a vehicle. The method of research by giving questionnairesto 120 respondents and data processed using SPSS 16 to determine the degree of importance, usingdescriptive analysis and frequency. This study was conducted based on the number of vehiclemanufacturers of four-wheel vehicles in LCGC (Low Cost Green Car), researchers wanted to knowwhether the feature LCGC effect on supply chain sustainability. Feature - a feature built into thequestionnaire is physical endurance and durability of the product, engine performance and Type latestmachinery, Recycling of plastic materials and metals, the use of environmentally friendly raw materials,the ethical aspects and environmental supplier, the price of the vehicle, the number of passengers in thevehicle and the shape and models of vehicles. based on the results of the questionnaire which featuresare most influential in determining the selection of a vehicle is the price of the vehicle, followed bynumber of passengers, and then features eco-friendly materials and performance and the latest enginetypes. Based on the degree of interest of 95% consider price feature becomes an important factor even40% thought it very important. For features an environmental friendly raw materials use 100% of therespondents agreed to consider these important features.

Abstract

Peningkatan pengetahuan Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja Sangatlah Penting bagi para pekerja, terutama pekerja yang dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan. Kerugian yang disebabkan oleh kecelakaan kerja sangatlah banyak diantaranya harta benda atau bisa sampai menyebabkan cacat dan lebih parahnya bisa menyebabkan kematian. Salah satu contoh pekerjaan yang memerlukan K3 dalam pekerjaanya yaitu Pengelasan. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman Tentang K3 Pengelasan perlu diadakan pengenalan dan penerapan K3 pengelasan untuk berlangsungnya pekerjaan agar tercipta pekerja yang sehat, selamat,berkualitas dan profesional dan siap bersaing di global Industri. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat saat ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan kepedulian terhadap keselamatan diri dan lingkungan khususnya di bidang industry pengelasan. Dalam industri seorang tenaga kerja harus meningkatkan kewaspadaan dalam bekerja, termasuk dalam keselamat diri dan lingkungannya. Tantangan untuk menghasilkan pekerja yang sehat dan selamat, maka perlu dilakukan pengenalan dan bagaimana cara menerapkan keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja yang kali ini akan dikemas dengan pelatihan selama beberapa hari. Peningkatan kewaspadaan warga untuk mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada industry atau bengkel merupakan hal yang perlu dipersiapkan oleh warga Desa Nogosari agar tercipta industri/bengkel yang aman dan kondusif. Solusi yang ditawarkan atas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu dengan mengadakan Pengenalan Serta Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada bidang Pengelasan guna mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja. Diharapkan dengan mengadakan pelatihan ini kewaspadaan warga desa dapat meningkat dalam hal keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja di bidang pengelasan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan pengabdian, dan evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Tahap persiapan dilakukan secara teknis dan non teknis untuk memastikan kegiatan pelatihan yang akan dilaksanakan bisa bermanfaat dan tepat sasaran. Adapun materi yang akan disampaikan selama kegiatan pelatihan yaitu pengenalan tentang dasar K3 pengelasan serta melakukan praktik penggunaan alat pelindung diri pada proses pengelasan.

Abstract

Selection of suppliers is a critical aspect that requires serious attention from every company, as it not only impacts the improvement of the supply chain quality but also affects the quality of the products produced. The current issue faced by PT Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi in the supplier selection process involves conducting direct surveys to several suppliers and comparing prices, which results in delivery delays and subsequent production delays. This situation forces PT Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi to find alternative suppliers unexpectedly. This research employs the Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods in the supplier selection process at PT Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi. The objective of this study is to combine the ANP and TOPSIS methods to enhance the accuracy of decision-making in supplier selection. The results of this research identified four criteria and 12 sub-criteria, and the prioritized ranking of the best suppliers for PT Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi shows that PT Baja Kencana Sakti ranks the highest with a preference value of 0.56693, followed by PT Stilmetindo Prima with a preference value of 0.44565, and PT Fujimaki Steel with a preference value of 0.39298.

Abstract

Quality Management has been known since four thousand years ago, when the ancient Egyptians measured the dimensions of the stones used to build the pyramids. In modern times, quality management activities have developed through several activities, namely inspection, quality control, quality assurance, quality management and integrated quality management. The problem currently occurring at Bir Pletok Bang Udin UMKM in quality management is that they do not know the right composition to increase quality and do not know the standard level of factors used, so the author has carried out quality improvements in product manufacture. This research uses the DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) with the Taguchi method for quality improvement. The aim of this research is to combine the DMAIC cycle with the Taguchi method to improve the taste quality of beer pletok drinks. The results of this research are that there is a significant change in the DPMO value and sigma value, before the DPMO improvement was 614.092 and the sigma value was 1.21, this value was relatively low, after the improvement the DPMO value became 32, this proves that the number of defects has decreased and the sigma value has increased to 5.50 This proves that there has been a large increase in process capability, so that the improve phase has proven to be very effective in improving quality and process capability.
