Abstract

The snack business conducted by the residents of Cintamanik Village has struggled to compete with snacks marketed in Garut, resulting in an insignificant increase in their income. In light of these circumstances, the PKM Team conducted training activities to introduce flower preservation technology to produce preserved roses with high market value. Additionally, training sessions focus on financial management, packaging design, and digital marketing via online marketplaces were provided as marketing tools. The research employed a descriptive analysis by processing primary data through pre-test and post-test of 32 entrepreneurs as respondents. The test outcome indicate an improvement from the pre-test results to the post-test results, indicating that the conducted training significantly enhanced the participants' abilities and knowledge. Particularly, the training enhances skills in preserved rose production and product marketing, facilitating income growth for the participants. Abstract

This review explores how digital technologies—namely the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and blockchain—are transforming supply chain management (SCM). Based on a structured review of recent peer-reviewed studies from databases like Scopus and Google Scholar, the findings show that these technologies enhance efficiency, visibility, and responsiveness. IoT enables real-time tracking and inventory accuracy, AI supports demand forecasting through predictive analytics, and blockchain ensures secure, transparent transactions. However, adoption is influenced by organizational culture, leadership, infrastructure, and regulations. Government policies play a key role in supporting digital transformation through incentives and standardization. The study highlights the need for multi-stakeholder collaboration and policy support to address challenges such as resistance to change, skill gaps, and infrastructure limitations. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies and the context of SMEs and developing regions. Modular integration, collaborative ecosystems, and sustainability-driven innovation are essential for building resilient, adaptive supply chains in the digital era.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh reputasi seller terhadap keputusan pembelian Grab Food dalam perspektif brand awareness. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS Versi 3.0. Responden pada penelitian ini dengan jumlah 100 orang responden didapat dengan menggunakan teknik non-probabillity sampling dengan rumus Lemeshow hal ini dikarenakan jumlah populasi tidak diketahui atau tidak terhingga. Hasil menunjukan bahwa secara langsung Reputasi Seller tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di platform GrabFood, sedangkan secara tidak langsung Reputasi Seller yang dimediasi oleh Brand Awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Seller yang menjaga reputasi cenderung lebih mudah dikenali serta dipilih oleh konsumen. Oleh karena itu, seller perlu menjaga kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan Brand Awareness, sementara GrabFood sebagai platform disarankan untuk mendukung seller melalui fitur-fitur yang memperkuat eksposur reputasi mereka kepada konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan bagaimana kepuasan pasien dan kualitas pelayanan berkorelasi di Puskesmas Cipanas di Garut. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi Penelitian kuantitatif ini melihat pasien yang datang ke Puskesmas Cipanas Garut. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel ialah 97 responden. Penelitian kuantitatif ini mempelajari pasien yang datang ke Puskesmas. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan regresi linier sederhana program SPSS 25. Variabel dependen dari Variabel bebas Kualitas pelayanan dan penelitian ini variabel bebasnya ialah kepuasan pasien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pasien tidak terpengaruh oleh kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the productivity and operational success of a company, including in the home industry sector such as the Kadungora Tofu Factory in Garut Regency. However, high physical work pressure and tight production targets can trigger burnout and excessive workload, which ultimately has an impact on decreased performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of burnout and workload on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 54 respondents from nine tofu factories in Kampung Bojong Bunggur, Kadungora. The analysis assistance technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 20 software. The results of the study showed that burnout and workload simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 76.1%. Partially, both variables also showed a positive and significant effect, with workload being the dominant factor in influencing performance. These findings indicate the importance of saving workload and preventing work fatigue in increasing employee work effectiveness in the manual production sector.

Abstract

Air merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi mahluk hidup. Seiring waktu, keberadaan air bersih semakin sulit dan hal ini nampaknya mendapat perhatian khusus dari pemerintah setempat. tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Insentif, Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Petugas Perbaikan Teknik di Perusahaaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Intan Garut. Dengan metode asosiatif dan hubungan kausal, penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus terhadap 32 petugas perbaikan teknik. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Berganda dan hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji signifikansi. Hasil penelitian secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Insentif  dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Petugas Perbaikan Teknik di Perusahaaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Intan Garut dan secara parsial pun kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan.
