Abstract

Data mining ialah operasi resourcing dan penggunaan data untuk mencari pola atau hubungan darisekumpulan data yang berukuran besar. Data mining telah diimpelementasikan pada berbagai aspek,salah satunya pada bidang penjualan produk roti. Pihak perusahaan dapat mengetahui minat pembelidengan memanfaatkan data mining untuk mengolah data penjualan produk roti. Penelitian inimenganalisis tentang pencarian informasi dari data transaksi penjualan roti menggunakan data miningdengan algoritma apriori. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab dan model manajemen berbasis kepuasan kerja guru di Sekolah Rintisan (Studi SMK Enterpreneur Al Wasath Narmada). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan strategi ilmiah yang menekankan pencarian makna, konsep, karateristik, gejala, maupun deskripsi tentang suatu fenomena. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah factor pendorong kepuasan kerja guru adalah gaji atau fasilitas, hubungan antar pribadi yang baik dan lingkungan yang nyaman. Sementara faktor penghambatnya adalah kebijakan instansi yang tidak sesuai harapan dan gagalnya pencapaian kerja. SMK ini menggunakan model manajemen tipe kustodial dan suportif yang mana sekolah menggunakan koperasi sekolah, aktivitas deep talk dan liburan, pertemuan rutin yayasan dan pembelajaran kolaboratif sebagai strategi peningkatan dan penjagaan kepuasan kerja guru.

Abstract

Cryptography is a science or art of securing messages and is carried out by cryptographers. Data that is secured includes several aspects such as message security such as confidentiality, data integrity, and authentication. One cryptographic algorithm that is often used in the process of data security is the RSA algorithm. RSA is short for the names of the inventors of this algorithm, namely Ron, Shamir and Adleman. RSA is an algorithm that uses the concept of public key creation (the asymmetry / key used to encrypt is different from that used to decrypt). Where the applications made with Webbase in their security are still often using the MD5 and Sha algorithms so that additional security is needed in securing the existing education in making e-Commerce. Abstract

Indonesian netizens were named the most disrespectful netizens in Southeast Asia after the release of the Digital Civility Index (DCI) 2020 by Microsoft. Therefore, it is necessary to read and prepare formulations related to social media among the Indonesian people, especially the younger generation. This study aims to understand netiquette behavior in the virtual communication culture of Mataram University students. This research was conducted using the Netnography method in the Unram New Student Info Facebook group. This research uses a qualitative method. The total membership of the group is 33,700, representing a diverse community in terms of educational background and year of study. Data collection involved depth interviews, observation, documentation, and data triangulation. A sample of 2 informants and 4 subjects was selected for detailed analysis. The data was analyzed in three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that, firstly, Mataram University netizens have understood netiquette by extrapolation even though they use other terms. Secondly, the attitude of Mataram University netizens tends to prioritize cognitive aspects in responding to all information on social media. Thirdly, in general, netizens from Mataram University have implemented netiquette well; however, when discussing campus politics or policies perceived as unfavorable to students, their responses tend to be varied and often do not prioritize netiquette.

Abstract

Hospital settings, particularly maternal-child care units, involve high emotional demands that influence employees’ flourishing. This study aimed to examine how hospital employees construct and experience flourishing within such conditions. A qualitative single case study was conducted using semi-structured interviews with three participants representing management, healthcare worker, and non-healthcare worker. Data were analyzed through Reflexive Thematic Analysis following iterative stages of familiarization, inductive coding, and interpretive synthesis. Five themes emerged and aligned with the PERMA framework: positive emotions derived from patient recovery and appreciation; engagement reflected in deep absorption and coordinated teamwork; supportive relationships that buffer emotional strain; meaning rooted in service values and a sense of responsibility; and accomplishment represented by professional growth and pride. These findings indicate that flourishing arises from the interaction of emotional labor, relational support, and personal values embedded in the organizational environment. The study implies that hospitals should strengthen supportive leadership, peer collaboration, reflective spaces, and structured recovery opportunities to sustain engagement, prevent burnout, and cultivate enduring flourishing among employees.
