Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan sebuah prestasi atau hasil kerja yang telah dicapai oleh seorang guru ketika melaksanakan tugasnya serta hasil kinerjanya dievaluasi oleh pimpinan lembaga pendidikan yaitu kepala sekolah, komponen yang mempengaruhi diantaranya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala Sekolah SMP Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah, Mengetahui Budaya Organisasi SMP Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah, dan Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMP Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah?. Populasi penelitian adalah 15 guru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 guru dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner (angket), observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, teknik inferensial, analisis korelasi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi 0,66 dan berpengaruh sebesar 0,44 atau 44%. terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,71 dan berpengaruh sebesar 0,51 atau 51%. terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komitmen kepala sekolah dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,84 dan berpengaruh 0,71 atau 71% terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.. Kata Kunci: Kepala Sekolah, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Life has been changing rapidly. Industrial Revolution 4.0 is developed for people to make a novelty. Education as one of the important parts of people’s life is needed to be prepared for every change to improve the teaching and learning system. This article discusses a study conducted by using developmental research with the development of the 4-D design. This study was a Study Room Blog that was conducted for students who could learn individually based on the previous research and only focused on web development or e-module. The advantage of this Study Room Blog was equipped with an evaluation of students’ scores that could be accessed by teachers. The study involved the students in Elementary School to see their reading literacy. Based on the validator assessment result, the average score from the validation of IT-Technology Experts was 80, which was categorized as good. And the average score from the validation of the Linguist was 81.17, which was categorized as very good. It means that the blog could be used in the teaching and learning activity. After obtaining the validation assessment result from validators, then, this study room blog was applied by using a limited try-out which was applied in two classes, the experimental and control classes. In the experimental class, the average score of pre-test result was 50.71 which increased to the average score of post-test result, 80.9. In the control class, meanwhile, the average score of pre-test result was 60.57 which increased to the average score of post-test result, 75.89. Thus, the use of the study room blog was increasingly effective in learning reading literacy. It means that the study gives a contribution to the teacher and students in increasing reading literacy through the Study Room Blog as an interactive media in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Currently, to achieve a fast and accurate information can not be separated from the information system that is built well. Likewise with the student savings information system. The large number of savers every day and the frequent occurrence of damage to the passbook at SD Negeri 1 Candi make users find it difficult to manage data because the data must be reprocessed, also at the time of making reports, besides that users have difficulty when searching. The method used itself is a process prototype method that allows developers to create a software model, this method is best used if the client cannot provide maximum information about the needs he wants. In making the StudentSavings Information System, the system requires data to be processed so as to produce information that is in accordance with what is needed. Some of the information needed by the homeroom teacher is information on student savings as a result of verification that comes from student data, other information is the result of a search process in the field. With the proposed system, there are no longer obstacles for Class Teachers in processing student savings reports and finding information about required student savings. The system also makes it easy for users (Class Teachers) when making reports, because the data that comes in every day is automatically recorded in the database.

Abstract

The teacher's profession requires writing skills to support career development and to keep learning so that teachers are obliged to write scientific papers. However, in reality, the willingness and ability of teachers to write scientific papers still need to be improved. Community Service aims to improve the ability of elementary school teachers in Batang and surrounding districts to improve their ability to write papers, which we focus on Class Action Research (CAR). The method used is through workshops and scientific papers assistance for elementary school teachers in Batang and surrounding districts. This community service activity is divided into two stages, namely the first stage of material exposure by trainers on scientific papers. The second stage is the scientific paper's activities conducted by all participants accompanied by trainers. The community education program which was initiated by the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program of STKIP Muhammadiyah Batang was carried out very well and the positive impression of all participants was the best program. The existence of training programs and mentoring of scientific writing is felt very useful by participants, because through this program teachers (participants) who follow this program get new knowledge in the creation of scientific papers, especially in the making of Class Action Research (CAR).
