Abstract

Information thecnology development is quickly even in outlying places that are never feeld its benefit before, but nowdays they can deeply enjoy able with information thecnology serves in an online manner. The business are established and progressed usually organized their supply management there (in the business). Previously PT. MUTIA MULIA PADANG has difficulty in the supply of the management be cause of manual character. Controlling inventory or inventory management right is not easy. But if too little inventory results in the risk of inventory shortage, as they often can not be imported goods inventory stating sudden cessation of the production process, delays in profits, even loss of customers. It would require an inventory application to manage inventory control, then the company's needs will be met with swift and precise, so as to control inventory. With the report in the form of file storage can allow minimize the potentially fatal errors, such as losing records. This application is built using the programming language PHP and MySQL, which assisted with modeling UML (Unified Modeling Language).

Abstract

Navy of the Republic of Indonesia one part of the military has the responsibility to enforce the law and maintain the security of the sea forces and national jurisdiction in accordance with international law. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Navy to be supported cadetmidshipmen are tough and smart. Therefore, in creating a formidable cadets, prospective cadets are given training through the Naval Academy. Education conducted to prepare the cadets to be a leader and is the backbone and driving force of the Navy. The existence of inaccuracy in delivering value to prospective cadets have an impact on the decision given less precise. Therefore, to facilitate in the selection of candidates for naval cadets, Decision Support Systems can be an option in choosing a new cadet at the Naval Academy. Abstract

This study aims to propose a system that is able to detect crowds that have the potential to violate the Covid-19 health protocol. In this case the camera is used to capture objects in the form of images (image). Furthermore, the obtained images are processed using Deep Learning. In this case, the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used. The criteria used are the classification of the number of people in the picture and the distance between each person in the picture. The distance allowed between each person is 1 meter. If there are more than 5 people in the image that have a distance between each of them less than 1 meter, then this is classified as a crowd that has the potential to violate the Covid-19 health protocol. In this study, 2 classifications were used, namely crowd and non-crowded. From the test results obtained the average value of accuracy, precision, and recall are 91.71, 91.25, and 92.65, respectively.

Abstract

Image thresholding is one of the most frequently used methods in image processing to perform digital image processing. Image thresholding has a technique that can separate the image object from its background. This is a technique that is quite good and effective for segmenting love. In this study, the threshold method used will be combined with the HSV mode for color detection. The threshold method will separate the object and the image background, while HSV will help improve the segmentation results based on the Hue, Saturation, Value values to be able to detect objects more accurately. Segmentation is carried out using the original input image without pre-processing or direct segmentation. As we know that in digital image processing, there are steps that are usually done to get a good input image, namely pre-processing. In this pre-processing stage, processes such as image conversion and image intensity changes are carried out so that the input image is better. Therefore, even though the input image is used without going through the pre-processing stage, the object can be segmented properly based on the color type of the object. The results of this segmentation can later be used for recognition and identification of image objects. The results of the test method for object segmentation achieved a color similarity level of 25%, with an accuracy rate of 75% in detecting uniform color objects. So that this method can be one of the most effective methods in segmenting image objects without pre-processing or direct thresholding

Abstract

UMKM Keripik Pisang Layla merupakan salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi makanan yang berproduksi dan memiliki pasar yang baik. Dengan Kualitas bahan baku dan rasa yang baik, membuat konsumen merasa puas dengan produk yang ada dipasar saat ini. Sekarang ini kualitas pada bahan baku masih kurang memuaskan hal ini disebabkan beberapa masalah seperti pengetahuan dan fasilitas yang kurang memadai. Sehingga perlu adanya sistem penilaian jenis pisang untuk mendapatkan bahan baku pisang terbaik. Untuk mendapatkan kualitas bahan baku pisang terbaik diperlukan suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dengan kriteria terdiri dari : Rasa Pisang, Aroma Pisang, Tekstur Pisang dam Ukuran pisang, sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa Pemrograman Visual Basic dan database MySQL. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan dalam proses penilaian jenis pisang terbaik serta menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat dan akurat. Abstract

Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negera yang bergerak dibidang perbankan khususnya perbankan syariah. Dalam hal pemilihan pegawai BNI Syariah secara rutin melakukan perekrutan pegawa setiap tahunnya guna mendukung kegiatan operasional dan pelayanan kepada nasabah. Pelayanan yang terbaik tentu menjadi prioritas utama dalam menjaga kenyamanan dan loyalitas nasabah. Oleh karena itu, dalam upaya menjaga persaingan dibidang keuangan perbankan dan pelayanan nasabah perlu didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Didalam melakukan perekrutan pegawai perusahaan memiliki kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap pegawai yang diterima sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, untuk membantu dalam pemilihaan pegawai yang cepat dan efektif, sistem pendukung keputusan dapat menjadi pilihan dalam meemilih pegawai yang terbaik. Metode Fuzzy merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam membantu pemilihan pegawai pada BNI Syariah. Dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan maka penentuan pegawai yang akan diterima dapat diproses berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan, sehingga dapat membantu perusahaan memilih pegawai secara cepat dan efektif.

Abstract

CV. Venes Jaya is a company that operates in the field of technological equipment such as computer hardware, monitors, recording equipment, communications equipment, networks, and many more. With the complete range of products sold and reliable teams, this company still has problems in providing recommendations for GPU selection to customers. This process is still carried out manually, namely by providing recommendations according to the funds owned by the customer. If there is more than one alternative that suits the funds owned by the customer, employees will have difficulty choosing them. Such a manual process is likely to be wrong or mistaken. Therefore, there is a need for innovation that can help and make it easier for employees to provide recommendations for GPU selection to customers, namely by implementing a Decision Support System (SPK) that uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method built with the VB programming language, and a MySQL database. in determining GPU recommendations that will be given to customers. This system is expected to help CV. Venes Jaya in providing GPU recommendations quickly, precisely and accurately. The results obtained from this research are that Alternative 5, namely the Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti Gaming OC, was selected as the best alternative with a total value of 1. These results are the results obtained from the Decision Support System created by the author, where these results will be used as recommendations to customers in choosing Graphics . Processing Unit (GPU). This system can help CV. Venes Jaya in providing GPU recommendations to customers quickly, precisely and accurately

Abstract

Health, including dental and oral health, is a fundamental human necessity often overlooked by many. Dental and oral diseases can affect anyone unexpectedly, underscoring the critical need for timely professional advice from dentists based on symptoms presented by patients. Various factors contribute to the reluctance in seeking dental consultations, including inadequate awareness of oral health importance, financial constraints, and discomfort from lengthy wait times. This research proposes an Expert System utilizing the Certainty Factor method to diagnose dental diseases efficiently. The Certainty Factor method quantifies the certainty or uncertainty of facts within expert systems. Through computational analysis of multiple symptoms, the system accurately diagnosed a patient with Tooth Faktur disease with a high certainty level of 98.8%. Such an expert system promises to significantly aid dental professionals in diagnosing diseases promptly, facilitating appropriate treatment interventions.

Abstract

Glaucoma is a significant eye disease that can lead to irreversible vision loss if not detected and treated early. This research focuses on developing an automated glaucoma detection system using a combination of a convolutional neural network (CNN) with the residual network 18 (ResNet18) architecture, locality sensitive hashing (LSH), and Hamming distance calculation. The CNN model is trained to extract meaningful features from retinal images, while LSH enables efficient indexing and retrieval of similar images. Hamming distance calculations are utilized to measure the dissimilarity between binary codes obtained from LSH. A dataset of 506 retinal images, consisting of 117 glaucoma images, 19 glaucoma suspect images, and 370 healthy images. The proposed glaucoma detection system achieved an average accuracy of 99.96%, sensitivity of 99.97%, and specificity of 99.94% during training, and 82.37% accuracy, 86.78% sensitivity, and 73.55% specificity during testing. Comparative analysis demonstrated its superiority over traditional methods. Further research should focus on larger datasets and explore multi-class classification for different glaucoma stages. The proposed system has potential for early glaucoma detection, facilitating timely intervention, and preventing vision loss.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid advancement of technology has an indirect impact on humans. Computers are one of the results of technological advances that can help humans improve the quality and quantity of work. By using computers as one of the tools in presenting data information, especially data processing supported by PHP and MySQL applications, it can support the speed of data processing as efficiently as possible. This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Method and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Method. The IPA method is a method used to map the relationship between interests and performance of each attribute to meet consumer satisfaction by providing a Likert scale. While the CSI method is a method used to determine the level of consumer satisfaction as a whole by looking at the level of satisfaction of product and service attributes. Based on the combination of the IPA and CSI methods carried out directly in the field using interview techniques, as well as by studying books related to the problems discussed, it is expected that the new system that will be implemented can improve the quality of information so that it can be useful for the relevant agencies. The results of this study are based on the consumer satisfaction index of 82.24% , so that by applying these two methods, it can find consumer satisfaction in increasing curtain sales.
