Land Use Transportation is one of the important things in the development of land transportation, where land use can generate generation, especially in traffic. Movement occurs due to land use due to the presence of office, trade, tourism, industry and housing centers. One of the traffic activities whose land use area is busy being passed is the City of Payakumbuh. Payakumbuh city experienced very rapid development in the economic field. With the development, several roads in the city of Payakumbuh are busy with traffic volume and experience traffic jams. One of these roads is the Tan Malaka Simpang Paring Payakumbuh road, where this road can lead to several accesses including to the Riau province area. For this reason, a survey was carried out on the geometric conditions and traffic volume of the road to find out whether the performance of the road is in good condition or not and whether or not traffic management is needed. From observations and measurements, the width of Jalan Tan Malaka Simpang Parik is 7 meters with 2 lanes where each lane has the same width, namely 3.5 meters. The road has shoulders with the same width of 1.5 meters each. For the results of the traffic volume survey, data were obtained at 2582.6 pcu / hour. Meanwhile, from the analysis of road performance data, the degree of saturation is 1.041, meaning that the road is in a saturated condition.

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Sistem Absensi Mahasiswa Menggunakan Sensor RFID dengan DataBase MYSQL dimana studi kasus yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Komputer STT Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rancangan absensi digital berbasis RFID yang dapat dimanfaatkan di lingkungan STT Payakumbuh. Komponen yang digunakan terdiri dari Arduino Mega sebagai Mikrokontroller, RFID sebagai sensor, perancangan aplikasi menggunakan Visual Studio 2010 dengan DataBase MYSQL. Dengan adanya program sistem absensi mahasiswa di laboratorium komputer ini dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam menginputkan data mahasiswa yang akan melakukan perkuliahan pada laboratorium komputer. Program yang penulis buat dengan Visual Basic Studio 2010 dapat dikembangkan lagi dengan sistem yang lain.

The Public Works and Spatial Planning Service or known as (PUPR of Payakumbuh is the agency in charge of public works, spatial planning, and building permits in Payakumbuh. So it is necessary to control reports on development implementation, especially in the special allocation fund (DAK) activity section, one of the activities contained in PUPR, namely managing DAK activity report data to manage financial data in the PUPR Office. At the PUPR Service, especially the subdivision of the Program, there is no application system so they still use Microsoft Office Excel, this results in errors regarding funding information in making reports due to large amounts of data and delays in preparing reports. This study aims to create a web-based DAK reporting application. The method used to build the system is Rapid Application Development (RAD), with the stages of Requirement Planning, Workshop Design and Implementation, so that system development is faster and more efficient. Application development uses PHP, in this case Laravel and MySQL. The results of the research show that the application built is easy to use, all functions are running as expected, and user needs can be met.

The application to search for student final assignment titles at the Payakumbuh College of Technology is still being done manually, namely written in a book that has been provided by the admin of the computer engineering study program, thus storing the data has not been computerized so that it can result in human error. Therefore, it is felt less effective and efficient. Because in searching for data for the title of the final assignment, you have to look at it one by one so that there are no similarities between other upper-level students, to do the search takes a relatively long time, the data stored in the book can also be lost by the computer engineering study program admin. So there is a need for an application to search for student final assignment titles at the Payakumbuh College of Technology using Visual Studio 2012 and MySQL. The existence of this search application makes it easier for the computer engineering study program admin to see lists of names of students who have taken the title of the final assignment. The admin of the computer engineering study program can make a search in a short time and doesn't take a long time. In addition, the admin of the computer engineering study program can also perform data archiving by inputting the data into this application, be it student data, lecturer data and title data so that it can overcome the loss of data. The data that has been input can also be printed according to annual data and individual data.

In the current era of globalization, the development of science and technology continues to advance rapidly. This encourages various changes that are very fast in terms of life and it is undeniable that these changes are felt in everyday life. One of the results of utilizing technological advances is the use of computers, which in the present and in the future will be very much needed, because it has been proven that computers are tools in completing human work accurately, effectively and efficiently. The research method uses observation and interview techniques to obtain information related to filing letters using a computerized system. Microsoft Visual Basic is a programming language that offers an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that creates software programs based on the Microsoft Windows operating system using a programming model. MySQL (My Structure Query Language) or commonly read "mai-se-kuel" is a database creation program that is open source and runs on all platforms, both Windows and Linux. AbstrakTujuannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk mempresentasikan ide dan fakta guna meyakinkan, memberi edukasi, dan memberikan solusi terhadap penulisan artikel sesuai dengan kaedah ilmiah di STT Payakumbuh. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan mengadakan kegiatan sosialisasi sistematika penulisan artikel ilmiah dan publikasi jurnal, implementasi dan pendampingan proses penulisan artikel ilmiah dan publikasi jurnal dan langkah terakhir melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk melihat hasil kegiatan PkM dan mengetahui kendala-kendala yang ditemui dalam implementasi kegiatan ini. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi ini secara umum berhasil menambah wawasan mahasiswa mengenai proses penulisan dan cara mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persentase jumlah mahasiswa yang telah menemukan jurnal ilmiah sebagai tempat publikasi artikel ilmiahnya yaitu sebesar 67%, dan persentase mahasiswa yang sudah mulai proses penulisan artikel ilmiah baik dalam bentuk draft (35%) maupun yang telah sesuai dengan template jurnal ilmiah yang dituju (27%). The method implemented in this service activity is by holding systematic socialization activities for writing scientific articles and journal publications, implementing and assisting the process of writing scientific articles and journal publications and the final step is carrying out monitoring and evaluation to see the results of PkM activities and find out the obstacles encountered in the process. implementation of this activity. The evaluation results show that this socialization activity was generally successful in increasing students' insight into the writing process and how to publish scientific articles. This can be seen from the percentage of students who have found scientific journals as a place to publish their scientific articles, namely 67%, and the percentage of students who have started the process of writing scientific articles either in draft form (35%) or in accordance with the scientific journal template. intended (27%). West Sumatra Province is one of the provinces where the City and Regency have natural resources and many tourist objects. These cities and regencies have natural resources and tourist objects that have their respective advantages. Several cities from the many cities in West Sumatra that have a busy tourist attraction are the cities of Bukittinggi and Payakumbuh. In addition to having many tourist attractions, it also has abundant natural resources such as plantations, forestry, and industry. To visit and transport these resources, it must be supported by proper and adequate transportation facilities. Currently, the transportation used to transport goods and passengers uses roads, so it has the potential to cause problems both in terms of facilities and infrastructure and the emergence of congestion due to heavy traffic. Therefore, an alternative mode of transportation is needed to help reduce the burden of the highway, namely the mode of rail transportation for the smooth flow of distribution of goods and services, so it is felt that the Bukittinggi - Payakumbuh railway line is needed. This line is part of the route traversed by the Trans Sumatra Railway. This railway line is built or reactivated in order to reduce congestion that occurs at certain times. In the process of loading the Bukitinggi - Payakumbuh railway line, a methodology for collecting primary and secondary data, problem identification, literature study and analysis is needed. planning data in the form of design speed analysis, rail analysis and bearing analysis to be used. In this paper, the selection of the route, Geometric Planning, Railroad Construction Planning and at Km 15 is carried out. The selection of the route is based on the design speed of the train plan. Geometric planning using the Railways Management and Engineering method. Railroad construction refers to regulation PD-10 PJKA (1986). The results obtained from this paper are the planning of the railroad route as an alternative mode of transportation along ± 30 km from the City of Bukittinggi - Payakumbuh. So that it can be used as a comparison suggestion for the West Sumatra Provincial Government in building railroads in the future.

Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Payakumbuh merupakan suatu Lembaga pengurusan kepribadian masyarakat umum yang berkependudukan di Kota Payakumbuh. Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil berfungsi untuk penyusunan rencana pembangunan dan pengembangan kegiatan pendaftaran dan pencatatan penduduk, pemberian Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK), pendaftaran dan penerbitan kartu keluarga, pendaftaran dan penerbitan kartu tanda penduduk, pencatatan dan penerbitan akta-akta catatan sipil (kelahiran, perkawinan, perceraian, kematian) dan pencatatan pengakuan dan pengesahan anak pengolahan data penduduk. Aplikasi ini nantiknya bisa membantu pihak pengguna aplikasi di kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Dalam penyimpanan Akta Kelahiran karena sudah menggunakan aplikasi yang nantiknya data akta kelahiran bisa tersimpan dengan rapi karena sudah menggunakan database MYSQL. Apabila pihak pengguna aplikasi di kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil ingin mencari data Akta Kelahiran petugas tidak kewalahan lagi mencarinya diruang tempat penyimpanan data yang masih manual dan menggunakan lemari – lemari penyimpanan.

SMKN 2 Kecamatan Guguak merupakan salah sekolah dari sekian banyak sekolah yang ada di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Sekolah ini berbasis Teknologi sehingga banyak diminati oleh masyarakat, ini dapat dilihat dengan disekolahnya anak- anak mereka di SMKN 2 Kecamatan Guguak . Sebagai salah satu sarana pendidikan yang baru berdiri pada tahun 2011, SMKN 2 Kecamatan Guguak merasakan peningkatan jumlah siswa dan siswinya. Peningkatan jumlah siswa-siswi setiap tahun tentu berdampak pada jumlah guru yang juga meningkat. Sarana bagi tenaga kerja di sekolah baik itu majelis guru dan tata usaha yang awalnya cukup baik menjadi tidak tercukupi, salah satunya ruangan majelis guru. Dengan tidak tercukupi ruangan untuk majelis guru ini maka SMKN 2 Kecamatan Guguak akan membuat bangunan baru berupa gedung ruang majelis guru. Pembangunan gedung ini diawali dengan sebuah perencanaan mulai dari struktur bawah sampai struktur atas Perencanaan pembangunan gedung di SMKN 2 Kec. Guguak ini harus sesuai peraturan yang berlaku yaitu direncanakan dengan berdasarkan standar agar nyaman, aman dan efisien.

In the management of data recording marriage events at the KUA (the Office of Religious Affairs) is still manual and has not utilized information technology to the fullest. The process of inputting, managing and storing data on recording marriage events only utilizes Microsoft Office applications and there is even some data that is written manually so that the process of presenting reports for recording marriage events is still relatively slow and inefficient, there are often errors and loss of data which results in the KUA having to search for data again. To overcome this problem, an application design is carried out that can speed up the process of recording marriage events at the KUA. Design and Implementation was using Visual Studio 2012 and MySQL as a database processing place. The application designed to support the process of recording marriage events more effectively and efficiently.
